Ten thumbs down!!!!! I had a reservation I called ahead because I was coming in on a late flight. Major communication issues. My room was moved to a sister hotel sometime during my last flight. I didn't get the email until the next day. Poor communication from clerk. Sister hotel would not answer desk phone. I just wanted to go to bed after a long travel day. I ended up searching for a room at midnight. Lost my money for a prepaid room. Very angry with the whole transaction.

Easy and convenient for the airport

Very clean property. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Cute hot chocolate bar on the lobby. Overall, a decent place stay for a good price.

Our flight was cancelled so quickly booked a hotel. It was great having a clean, reliable hotel so late. My kids loved the hot chocolate bar!

Stayed here because of the indoor pool. Pool was closed. Hotel had no hot water and would not refund or discount the stay

The staff was so friendly! However, I had to ask twice for towels to be brought down to my room and my room was not cleaned as well unless I asked

The pull out mattress for sofa bed had blood and other stains on it. Dirt particles under it, we could not use the bed.

Only issue was they almost didnt let me check-in early.. they allowed me to after i mentioned that they were the 1st hotel this year to tell me i had to wait an hour for check in.

Helpful staff at check-in. Would be helpful to know price for long-term (airport) parking prior to booking.

This was our third time staying atvthe property. First time was fine. Second horrible. AC broke in the middlenof rhe night and flooded the room. Notified the Front Desk of the situation. Nothing was done. We ended upnlwaving at 3am. Third time was last night. The TV in the room didn't work. Young lady at the Front Desk tried to fix it.But could not. She offered to discount our room for the inconvenience. Which would have been great. But she did not. Two bad experiences in a row.

Room was very comfortable and they had a great breakfast included There is a restaurant next door where I had lunch after checking out while they kept my suitcases until my return to continue my travels. Staff very friendly and accommodating

The staff was fantastic! They greeted us and helped us with an early check in. They were very friendly!The room was very clean as was the hotel. We loved that they had a ball and pool noodles for the pool. It was fun to play with the big kids in the pool with them. We would come back if we were ever in Salt Lake again.

Perfect for a night before a flight. Good food at the attached Perkins. Good hotel breakfast. Good shuttle service.

I was assigned to 209; it was VERY hot inside (above 80). Maintenance wasn’t able to get the thermostat working, so the worker got me keys for a new room. I ran into a pilot in the elevator, going to get a new room after her thermostat didn't work later. 209 wasn’t taken offline. I got to room 234, the tv was not working. I took a shower ahead of a business meeting. The shower was not working correctly when I turned it on. The faucet and shower were both running at half pressure for the first five minutes, filling up the tub basin. I was moved once again, to room 228. This room had large gaps around the edges of the door, large enough to fully see across the hallway, and let visible light in. I traveled to the hotel as a single female; if you can see out you can see in as well. I tucked towels into the cracks for the duration of my stay, because I couldn't imagine having to re-pack and move my things again. I requested a 1pm check out time so that I could go to the conference and pick up my bags from the hotel at lunch. When I returned to the hotel at 12:15 to get my bags, I noticed that my room's door was propped open. I was able to push the door open without having to scan my card. All of my items were still in the room. There was no monitoring of that hallway, anyone could have entered and stolen my things, including my work laptop. I felt at multiple points that my safety and security were not prioritized here.

Clean but older property

Its a good spot. Needs a facelift but the bones are good. Comfortable rooms and the staff we encountered were very nice and professional. Shuttle was timely and polite. Please notice the hours the shuttle runs as it is not 24 hours. 10 out of 10 would stay again.
