The hotel room ane breakfast were great. We were very impressed. The location of the hotel was great, and parking was easy to find. Some parts of the hotel need cleaning or replacement (the carpeting in the common areas such as the lobby).

Breakfast had a large selection for meat eaters to healthy. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. King bed in one side, full bathroom , tv. 2nd room had 2 queen beds, tv and a full bathroom, the room inbetween had a full kitchen and basic kitchen supplies,, table and chairs, a couch we think pulled out and another tv. The shower water does back up and toilet handles are little wonky but the work. Staff is great no matter what time of day or night. No charge for parking, the pool is outside and closed in winter. Super close to walk to the Delta Center or Salt Palace, at most a 10 min walk. Places to eat closer than the salt palace so great if you do t want to drive. Yes we will stay here again

Have stayed years ago at this property. It’s located just a few blocks from the downtown center, which is a plus. Stayed 3 nights but charged 4 days parking. Charged for internet which should have been free since I am Bonvoy member. Room temperature was barely comfortable despite adjusting thermostat. Breakfast was always the same (I pitty those who stay here weeks at a time). Parking Saturday night was impossible if not for desk clerk who voluntarily moved her vehicle to allow us to park. I was surprised at the pricing and mistakenly thought that I had scored a great deal. Not so. Probably paid too much. Not likely to return.

This met our expectations. We were there to meet friends for dinner. Easy walk and convenient location for shopping and dinning. Beds were comfortable with nice amenities in the rooms. Plates, cups, pots, pans all cooking things needed to make a meal. Shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. Would stay again.

I was a little skeptical to come to this property after reading some of the reviews. However this was one of the best hotels I've been to in a very long time. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit and it was amazing. It even had a washer and dryer! You can't beat the quality, ammenities and price anywhere in the area. Super friendly staff, everything was spotless, and a great breakfast!! Buffet style items. We will be back!

This is a very nice property. Very convenient to the medical facilities. Our room was excellent, very clean, quiet, comfortable and large. The outside was somewhat dirty, parking was very scarce.
The breakfast was outstanding, food great, excellent variety, very clean, spacious breakfast room. Staff nice and accommodating.

The rooms are perfect! The staff was friendly. And the breakfast was great. Perfect for our family weekend staycation for Christmas.

Very nice property with free parking. Rooms were clean but property starting to show its age. Area around is full of homeless - a problem for many large cities and SLC no exception.

We really like this hotel, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, we prefer better cooked options then frozen eggs and sausage.

The staff of this hotel are all amazing. I would stay here again if I ever have the opportunity to come to Salt Lake City again, just based on their service.

I had a one bedroom suite. Very spacious for one person. Full kitchen. Room was pretty clean. Was very close to restaurants. Free hot breakfast and coffee. Good for business travelers staying downtown.

Booked a 2 room suite that seeps 8. I had 7 on our reservation. When we got to the room no bedding for the pull out bed, the bathrooms only had towels for 4 people and no extras in the room at all. Also spent 30 minutes finding a parking spot as our suv would not fit in the parking garage.

In room phones didn’t work. No biggie with cell phones, but why are they still there?
1 of our 3 tv’s in our 2 bedroom suite didn’t work. We were offered to move rooms, but we didn’t want to do that. No biggie. Balcony was nice. One staff was unhelpful. We were told upon checking in that the pool was out of order for the entire weekend. He offered no apologies or discount. My kids were disappointed. Called the day after check out and was told they were still fixing the pool…it happens so the manager did give us a discount. Very happy. Would definitely stay there again.

Do not book this hotel. They will NOT honor pre made reservations. There were 4 groups left WITHOUT hotel rooms the same night. All of us scrambling to find a room @ 7pm. Disgusting

Need healthier breakfast choices, non dairy and GF choices. The AC was loud in the room but overall a pleasant place to stay. Great location.

Some of the tv channels did not work, I feel like the room would be more worth the money if you offered airport/arena shuttle and if the pool was open in the middle of summer

The two bedroom with living room and kitchen was perfect for our family. AC was excellent and needed because it was hot in SLC. Pool was out of commission but looked lovely. Sad we couldn’t enjoy. Breakfast was great and the space was always clean and well kept. Beds were hard but did the job. Facility looked renovated. I would stay again especially for the price. It worked beautifully.
