We had some issues with cleaning of our unit and wrote an email to the property, but they never responded or acknowledged receipt of the email.

Great location if you are skiing Creekside. Ski storage lockers are right there as well, very convenient. Nice pool and 2 hot tubs (1 is adult only) there are also free use BBQ's beside the pool which was great. Rooms are nice and spacious, main king bed was super comfortable but the sofa bed was pretty rough. In suite laundry was a nice luxury as well. Booking the movie room was simple and a nice treat for the kids.

Our family really enjoyed our suite, but we did not have a good experience with check out where we were misinformed about the late check out process and caused my family to rush out on our last day. Two family members were really ill and they were not understanding about our situation.

Excellent stay! It’s so close to the chairlift and everything else. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean and comfortable. Would definitely come again!

Great accommodation with lots of space for us. So convenient to shopping for essentials like groceries and any gear you may need, and most of all only steps away from Creekside gondola for easy access to the mountain.

Thought the lobby was not very welcoming
Difficult to find your way around
Also, exercise area was hard to figure out too many security issues to get in the facility

No bar in the hotel or free coffee in the lobby. Everything nearby closes at 6pm

Great location with shopping nearby. Although, the Front Desk agent could have communicated where to park to be close to our room. We had to walk so far from the parking elevator to our room.

The family suite where we stayed was a very good suite and it even included a den or an extra room to stay so for a family of 6 ppl it was a great space to stay at the hotel.

It was okay - too far away from the town - I don’t recommend it - stay in the town - the lower cost doesn’t justify the inconvenience
