This motel blocked my credit card because there TV was broken and microwave was broke a worker named Alexis is a terrible worker no clean towels hair every where loud noises all night toilet dirty.tv turn black when your watching it.key was not working for room was locked out had to keep going to office still did not work a lot of tweakers.

It didn't have a backup generator the power went out due to the storms

Amazing

There was no table or chair in the room. Had to use my laptop while setting up on the bed. No hot water in the shower, just very tepid. No Kleenex like tissues in the room. Window heater did not heat very well. Found how to use the sink stopper by trial and error. No lever to pull; had to hand screw it down, and then to empty the sink had to put hand in water full of whiskers and shaving cream to "unscrew" the stopper.

This is by far the nicest Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. The customer service was top notch and the gated parking lot added a sense of safety and security.

I /we recently had stayed at another location that almost killed our faith in motel 6 .But comming to this locatation has restored our confidence.

Everything was good the night I stayed there.

Wonderful trip. I love the pet policy. The MOD was especially understanding. This pooch, Scrappy, is so spoiled that he takes whatever food he has and climbs into bed with me. The stains may be brown and yellow. Blame them on the Jack in the Box Tacos.

If you room is close to the highway, it will be very noisey even in the night. They do not over hair dryer which is not acceptable to me.

I was impressed with the cleanest of the room. It was sparten (no coffee maker, no microwave) had fridge. Impressed with the security and secure parking. The staff was top notch and helpful. Great place to stay!

The towel were all dirty and the bed sheet dirty as well.

First of all the front clerk was slow. Took me 45 minutes to get my room key . Secondly there was no table and the chair in the room . Room itself was small . Bathroom was large and clean .

Staff was friendly and it was clean. Nice place with an operating pool. Also quiet. Only setback was having to stand in line for 10 or 15 minutes outside to check in. Also took $50 deposit but I got back promptly at check out.

The room is clean, Very good lightings the room with USB outlet for your devices. Bathroom learn. The inner parking lot has an electric gate, which is very good which give you a sense of security for your vehicle. The saff are very helpful. On getting into Sacramento international Airport, I had problem getting my retal care and had to they get other mean to the hotel. The staff called me provide me two numbers that I can get transportation arrangements to the hotel. The other staff I meet on other days so far was very helpful also.

Stay was great

I paid $486 when I make the reservation and when I arrived o found out that the hotel cancel my reservation so I end up paying $240 more for a MOTEL room!!! Run away from this place. The rooms are bad the door of the restroom get stock, not enough towels, they don’t have iron (I have to requested in the lobby and return it ) they don’t have hair blow dryer, this hotel is a mess!! I would never recommend this place. RUN AS FAR as you can from it.

There were payment issues for 5 days (which I paid via a 3rd site)--which could have been solved with only a phone call to Expedia--but unfortunately; the motel believed that it would take "too long" to contact them and therefore they wanted me to leave the hotel and return at 3:00 p.m. (which I refused). Law enforcement was called (which I informed them to do because I refuse to leave the premises as payment had already been made)--and of course motel 6 this phone them--and somehow on a different computer (handheld); my payment made that morning miraculously appeared. All of this drama could have been prevented with the inception of one simple phone call (needless to say; I definitely would not enamored during my time there). I could have even provided a card statement showing the amount that was withdrawn from my account. In addition and I surmise that this is because of the pandemic; it does not appear that hotels want you service the rooms of the customers (as mine was never serviced the entire time I was there). Finally; I believe that it is imperative that hotel staff at least where a name plate on their shirt (still that customers know whom to refer to when queries arise)

A phone call came through on the motel phone, interrupting my sleep. Nobody knew I was here, so it made me feel unsafe. Otherwise, it served its purpose, allowing me to continue traveling.

Hotel is fine, gated parking. Close to riverfront, parks, old Sacramento, freeways. Lots of homeless tents, garbage, characters in the surrounding area.
