They were super accommodating, and we were surprised that they had two pools. Breakfast was tasty, but it could use some fruit, but not super important. The location is great for everything around St. George. For the age of the hotel it looked to be in pretty good condition. The parking was great, and we never had a hard time parking real close to our room. We would definitely stay here again.

It was fine for a budget friendly motel. Nothing special. I enjoyed the pool. The one major complaint I have is the filter in the air conditioner was SO DIRTY that it couldn't even blow air until I took the filters out.

We had to go to front desk 5 times because our door wouldn't open. We were told to jiggle the handle. We even got stuck INSIDE the room for several minutes. There was also a clump of hair on the sheets. Neither of the 2 coffee machines were working nor was there any food except for cereal at the included breakfast.

Power was out when we arrived. Once back on we realized the a/c unit wasn’t working. Called front desk and was brushed off and told they would “text maintenance”. I called a few minutes later to let her know I was running to the store and if maintenance came by while I was gone she could let them know to just go ahead and go in but before I could tell her that I guess she said she already told me she would text them and some other unprofessional things before I hung up the phone. I will say the maintenance lady Kat was the sweetest lady who deserves so much respect. I appreciate her hard work and professionalism.

Wonderful value for the price. The amenities are more than adequate, but the friendliness of the staff is what made our stay. We had an emergency back home and Amanda at the front desk was so compassionate and helpful. Will absolutely stay again.

My first hotels.com experience where facility was WAY less than the rating indicated. Old, old building that needs huge rennovation. Room was adequately clean but shabby. Breakfast was below average. I would not go back

Room was overall clean and our stay was great. There was a lot of hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. Maybe they forgot to clean it.

Not great, not bad. It was decent for the price but it is a motel. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Breakfast was also ok but a little crowded.

The overall stay was fine. Not great, but fine. The beds were full size instead of queen. The pull out bed was not comfortable. The indoor hot tub was dirty and smelly. The breakfast was mediocre. Could have been worse. Could have been better.

Staff was very helpful. We only stayed 1 night. Easy check in. Breakfast was delicious. We left and returned to a clean room. This location is efficient to our traveling needs and exceeded our expectation considering it is an Inn.

The price was very reasonable. Our room (outside entrance) was clean and comfortable. There was no concern for safety in the area. This is not a luxury hotel but was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was well supplied with choices. The staff was friendly for check in and check out. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Staff was very friendly! The quickest checkin we ever had. Staff had no problem giving us a ground level room when we requested due to my son’s disability. The room was very clean, smelled good, very comfortable! Thank you for making our first stay in Utah a nice experience!

Girl at check in was fantastic. She was there last time I stayed. Very helpful and made sure I had all questions answered before I left. Clean quiet room. Only problem was the tv volume would cut in and out every second. Good thing I was not there to watch tv. Great breakfast with friendly staff.

Hotel check in was smooth. Made reservations months ago & all went smooth. Hotel is close to many tourist attractions. The only complaint is it looks like they had a mold issue in the restroom and tried covering it with paint.

It is a Remodeled older hotel. It clean and the staff was friendly. When my plans changed do to weather they refunded my money without any hassle. Good experience.

St George Inn and Suites has taken a step down. We have stayed here several times over the last 10 years and it has definitely gone down hill. We used to really enjoy the breakfasts and this time it was meager at best. There were waffles and Raisin Bran. Toast with butter only, hard bagels no fruit, no muffins etc. Carpets need to be replaced.

Area was nice and local. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was nice, as well as a small playground (although we didn't use it). Rooms were spacious. Cons: Breakfast consisted of waffles, bagels, sausage patty, egg patty and yogurt. Would've liked fresh fruit or something. Our room wasn't very clean. There were orange handprints on our bathroom door (looked like it may have been makeup/foundation?) and we found a sock that didn't belong to us. Our bathroom sink did not drain well and the placement of the pull out couch was such that you had to climb over whoever was sleeping in it to get to the bathroom. A little awkward in the middle of the night. To be fair, we did not contact the front desk about anything as we were only staying 1 night. We're scheduled to stay again next weekend on our way back through, but we may cancel and find something else. Also, in 1 weeks time, the price to stay nearly doubled because they don't price match in February (we'll miss it by 2 days).

The room smelled funny when I got there. There heater/air conditioner was disgustingly dirty. I had to clean it. The bathroom sink and tub didn’t drain filling up while I used it. Walls are paper thin and I could hear everything from the room next to me. The lady that checked me in in the evening was very cordial and informative though. I won’t stay again.

We are traveling through St. George Utah. Finding this hotel on the App was easy, checking in was fine. The service representative was nice and efficient. The actual hotel is run down. There were a few other guests that were questionable. One guest kept her door open and went to her car repeatedly. The room next to us , the door was kept open at times. We couldn’t help notice that the room was trashed. We checked our car a couple of times during the night. The room was clean. I just won’t stay here again.

We had asked for a pet friendly room for our first time traveling with a dog. We were surprised to learn there was an additional $15 charge once we checked in. It was not unreasonable, just unexpected. The room was nice and comfortable.

It’s a great place to stop, the rooms are currently being renovated but I loved the location and the size of the room. The staff was friendly and Sherlock (my dog) had a good area…. I would go back.

My stay was good. The room was clean and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable. The room heat/ac might be noisy for some, but it worked great. The mini fridge was noisy. Good breakfast: waffles, sausage, bagels, cereal, etc. Kitchen was a little small and crowded. Professional staff was helpful. I would stay again.
