Our stay at Rosalia’s was an excellent experience!! The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us to coordinate our bags and transportation back to the airport. Our room was comfortable and clean. We would absolutely stay at Rosalia’s again!

Great central location to explore Amsterdam. Wonderful owners and staff. Large, clean room, comfortable bed, great little espresso machine. Free snacks and mini cans of soda in the refrigerator were appreciated. Great vibe and cocktails in the bar in the evening, and the breakfast was fresh and a great start to the day. Just beware the very steep stairs up to the bedrooms, a very Dutch way of avoiding higher property taxes in the 16th and 17th centuries, by building homes considerably narrower.

Single male, stayed two nights. For the price it is just amazing. Top room. It is just great. It is like a small bar/hotel. Boutique hotel reflecting Amsterdam to the core. That house was probably built in the 1500's lol. Love it. Brick all the walls. Restroom is great, is big. Everything works. Bed is comfortable. And the location is fantastic is across the street from a metro station. And like 15 min walk to central station. Restaurants and food just right there. Breakfast is the cherry on top. Is so good and the cook, what a really nice guy. The other guys that work the bar and help you get the bag upstairs are great too...The steps are the steepest of all the steps I have ever seen before. Like 1500's staircase :) . If you have go up the stairs to the dome of a cathedral like in Rome or in London, that is similar. I don't mind, is good work out. But if you fall you die lol. A hotel. Just stay.

I stayed just the one night at Rosalia's Menagerie Inn Upstairs and it was fabulous. It is a small Inn of just 6 rooms which are above a quirky cocktail bar in the heart of Amsterdam. My bed was comfortable and it had everything I needed. The owner, Rachel, was lovely to talk to and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was also fabulous. This accommodation is in an old Dutch house and as such access to the rooms is via some rather narrow and pretty steep stairs so if you have trouble with stairs then this may not be the right hotel for you. As for me I will certainly be returning in 2024.

This place is incredible! The location is perfect, the room was over the top (yes there are stairs, but they’re worth the climb :) ), but the people are what make it. From the host/hostess, the amazing bartenders, the people making breakfast in the morning. Top notch service. I will stay here again next time I’m in town!!!

Great location and service, but not sure I would recommend over other hotels. The room is small, which is fine, but the bathroom and toilet are really tight. Also, the room is very, very, very noisy. There are loud people outside all night. Was woken up at 0300, 0400, 0500, etc. Horrible sleep. Lastly, the stairs are super sketchy. They are so small and narrow, and there is no lift, so don't have too much to drink at their wonderful cocktail bar, or you could get seriously injured.

Second stay in this hotel. Great location. Excellent large room, comfortable bed, clean. Perfect freshly prepared breakfast.
Tight and steep stairs might not suit some but, canal view rooms are worth it. Sometimes bar area too busy for guests to get a table but, understandable with a popular bar.

We loved our stay at Rosalias.
The location was great - walking distance to the station & all the attractions we visited.
The price was very similar to another generic hotel brand but the offer was much better. Great attention to detail: quirky cosy decor, delicious breakfast, free choc & soft drinks in the room minibar, late check out, air conditioning and super friendly staff. And a cocktail bar downstairs!
One of our favourite places we've stayed in for a long while!

Rosalia’s is probably the prettiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The lobby/dining area is gorgeous. We couldn’t stop admiring the decor! The staff is so welcoming and kind.

This is a small boutique hotel in the center of Amsterdam. They have a responsive and accommodating staff, a copious breakfast, and comfortable beds. Stay here!

We had a good stay and the hotel was cute. Room was on the small side but you aren’t in there much so it worked for us. Nice heated floors in the bathroom. Very good breakfast in the morning. Very convenient to walk everywhere. 8 minute walk from the train station. Beware, the stairs going up to the room is steep, but the hotel takes your bags up and down the stairs.

Incredible location, very quaint, incredible and super helpful host, great breakfast. Close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but also very walkable area. Room was super clean, and communication with host was great and super easy. There is a set of very steep stairs that go up to the rooms...not a problem for most, but may be an important factor to be considered by some. Overall incredible place, highly recommend!

Misc EatDrinkSleep is a must. Super quaint and VERY unique! There is an active bar on the ground floor that serves upscale drinks and appetizers. It gets a nice crowd at night. Very small bar and service area. People will line up outside to get in. There are only 6 rooms so book ahead.
Rooms are on the smaller side but I think it's average for Amsterdam due to the way the buildings are laid out. Mini-fridge had sodas and Tony Chocolony bars. Room also came with chips, coffee and tea. They make you a special breakfast every morning and it's great!
Super close to the Red Light district but not in the middle of it so you can get some rest at night.
It's a must book hotel if you are in the area. I would definitely come back again.

Staff was very courteous, bar was very unique and special, the room access was a hidden door that opened from the bar to the stairway. Hope to come back soon!

This is an epic venue. Best service ever and, central for pretty much everything in Amsterdam.

Great hotel. Quirky decor & a very cool vibe. Centrally located in walking distance of the main attractions & Central Station. Room was quiet with no noise from the street below, great view of the canal as well!
Great find! Great breakfast as well..

This is a small, lovely inn. We stayed for four days in a canal-facing room and it was much bigger than expected! The location is great - walkable to all the main attractions and to Central Station. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the main floor has a great cocktail bar where they also serve breakfast. Highly recommended! The only downside is the steep stairs up to the room but they are well worth it.

We had a great stay at this lovely place. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. Very nice to have a cocktail before going out in the evening. We liked the quirkiness of the place! We would stay here again if we return to Amsterdam. Thank you

Wife and I stayed in this property for four nights. The Inn is conveniently located with lots of attractions in walking distance. The AC in our room was broken and the proprietor gave us a floor fan which forced us to sleep with the windows opened. My wife and I got several mosquito bites during the night. Not a great experience.

Tiny, quirky hotel in a great location for exploring Amsterdam. The hotel is above a fabulous cocktail bar - totally unique in decor and choice of cocktails. Bar staff give great advice on best places to visit in Amsterdam - as well as best cocktails to suit your taste! The canal view room didnt disappoint - beautifully furnished with a two big windows on top floor. Room was a good size, bathroom pretty small - but great shower (just need a little patience for hot water to reach top floor!). Breakfast was just right - lots of options and freshly made. Oh - and watch the stairs - very narrow and steep staircase - but that adds to the quirkiness!
