Check in was a breeze. Friendly service. Had issue with the toilet and it was fixed immediately.

For the price, this was an excellent choice. For the price it was perfect for an overnight stay to rest up for the next day's . The TV, the fridge the microwave all worked and the bed was comfortable, The room was clean but yes you could you find dust if looked for it (i.e., you ran your hand on top of the bathtub surround) Was the furniture was dated? Were there crack in the sink and chips in the bathtub? Yes, BUT again, for the price it was the most reasonable place to stay. I did not try the pool or hot tub as arrived late and left early. Would I stay there again, yes.

This is the second stay in a row the owners tried to not honor my reservation. Both times they knew specifically that I was handicapped and disabled and they tried to get me a room upstairs and that they would not be able to help me and my room is not negotiable. I recently found out that this is a common practice that they do. They know that the room is non-refundable and they know I cannot take the room upstairs because I can't get up there, and then if I want a room downstairs which I specifically asked for and paid for, I would have to pay extra. They've done this twice and I'm going to report them to the state

Very nice with one exception ~ noise in ceiling when people in upper level walk!!! Definitely need to be FIXED!!!

The hotel is a bit run down. The pool is freezing and is falling apart. My kids will swim anywhere but I told them it was time to get out of the hot tub when the gentleman with open meth sores on his back came in. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were no blankets. There was a sheet with a sheet-like silk-smooth sheet-like topper. Spring break was pretty cold and the lack of blankets was not fun. The pile of junk to the right of the lobby entrance was likely a tip off to go go go but we rolled in pretty late into the evening and figured it’s just a quick one night pit stop of a stay. Looked ant the breakfast and skipped it. Unfortunately, we are leaving more tired than when we arrived.

The hotel was not expensive, so our expectations were not high. However, the hair dryer and microwave in the room did not work. There was sufficient hot water in the shower, but the sink never had hot water. The pool towels were ragged. The pool and hot tub deck were not clean.

We thought the plastic fork in the corner of the room was a good indication of the room's general cleanliness. And the TV's inability to get any signal was the next clue that our stay would be less than stellar. The loud traffic noise (I realize this was not within the location's control, but...) made sleep difficult and a slow draining bathtub made showers less pleasant. But it was better than sleeping in my car on a weekend where everything was booked.

Room 211. Shower rod was hanging by a thread. We booked a room with a single king and got a room with two full size beds. Got a call an hour after check-in asking what the name on the room was because there had been a "mistake." Walls were a patchwork of repairs. Tub was filthy. Otherwise, the room was clean.

This is definitely a budget stay, but it was comfortable and clean. The bed was great actually. Could the rooms use a bit of an update? Sure. But it was just fine, and I didn't have any problems whatsoever. Especially if you just need a place to wash up and crash for the night, this place works. It is also pretty close to great hiking trails, as well as downtown sights and restaurants. Parking can be a bit difficult.

Motel is obviously aged. The security lock on the door was broken. Carpet was so stained and dirty we didn't dare take our shoes off. I imagine at sometime in the past it had been vacuumed, but not recently. Someone's car horn beeped an alarm all night. I guess it's ok for a bed and a shower, but we won't stay there again.

This was an ok stay. First the t.v did not work after the got it to turn on the volume wouldn't go up or down not a big slection of channels. I couldn't turn the t.v off unless i unpluged it then it didn't turn back on

Fine for one night. Id have moved hotels if it was more than one night. Night shift lady not very friendly or helpful. Didn't feel like i could walk without socks. Pillows were awful. Won't stay there again

Front staff is aggressive. They wanted me to pay them $100 deposit for one night stay, the previous week there was no deposit. I didn’t have the deposit money so I was turned away and would not refund my money for booking the room!

The hotel itself wasn't too bad. It was quiet and the location was easily accessible and central to lots. My only complaint in regards to the room was that the temperature controls were a little wonky. The unit only had freezing or really hot and it never shut off. Also - not related to the hotel itself but worth noting, the younger female receptionist at checkin was horrible. VERY rude, not so much as a hello when I walked in. Then announced my room number out loud with other people in the lobby which is a safety issue. She couldn't be bothered to tell me more than 'Your room is on the end that way' which wasn't true. We had to go around the front of the building to get there. Not a huge deal since it is small but just not a great first impression. The older lady in the morning was delightful at checkout though.

The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 customer service. The room was dirty, there was recent shaven beard hairs in sink and used towel on the counter, but the room is very cheap so I didn’t mind as much.

immediately after booking I realized a made a mistake on the day. Hotels.com tried working with the facility but they wouldn't accommodate the change . Ultimately i paid for the night even though I didnt stay and rebooked for the correct night. Some3times you have to be human to get a good review.

I was surprised to show up and see how dirty the place was. I took pictures of the mold that was in the restroom, to show the manager. When I called the office to tell them about the mold the gentleman just said "it isn't mold it is just fromt he humidity." I told him that is where mold comes from. Nonetheless, he did come to clean it up, and said he would grant a full refund for the room, which was really nice but at that point I decided to leave and find another hotel.

The people in the next room were very loud and prevented us from resting. They couple was fighting and kept slamming the door going in and out. Tried to inform the front desk but after 10 pm unless it’s an emergency or checking I. they ask not to be bothered
