After booking via HOTELS.COM and receiving my itinerary, the reservation could NOT be found in the hotel’s system. The front desk clerk, Deborah, was very patient, kind, nice, and helpful. Luckily two rooms were available so my family was able to stay. The rooms were nice and clean with plenty of space. However, we could hear everything from the rooms above. Around 5:00 A.M a lady was yelling “STOP” at her small barking and growling dog which was not the morning alarm I desired. I will stay here again because the staff is WONDERFUL and the rooms were very clean.

Front desk staff super friendly, hotel was clean, and the pool was great!! Warm pool water so we could actually enjoy swimming with the kids and it was very clean. Definitely staying here again when back in the area.

This Hampton Inn is the most upscale one I’ve stayed in. There were sconces and art work in the hallways, an indoor pool, beautiful lobby, large breakfast area, and work station/area. They upgraded me to a king suite, which was a surprise. I was in town because my mother had passed away so I was able to host family members. The breakfast was hot, varied and amazing! I come here often to visit my family and will always stay here. It’s my new home away from home.

I like how the property seems separate unto itself; away from the mall with loads of shopping and dining—yet the hotel is still very close to it all.

No WiFi. Tv kept going in and out the whole stay. Very disappointing. Never had those issues before and we’ve used this hotel many times. For the price should have better amenities.

I booked this for a room with a King sized bed reservation in May. Upon arrival I was told the hotel overbooked and gave our room away. Which was absurd! Reception said I needed to take a lesser sized room even though I prepaid, this was unacceptable to me. I mentioned this to my husband and he insisted that we had a reservation and the hotel needed to fix it! Then the receptionist made a statement that it was because we booked through a third party site. By the way we are Hilton Honors Members. But got the best price through Hotels.com. We went to celebrate our anniversary The freezing pool had no heat as parts hadn’t arrived for the dehumidifier. We did get the room we reserved but I feel it was given begrudgingly. Breakfast was good both days but the hotel ran out of tea, as I like to have a cup in the afternoon. Overall I was disappointed, as we had stayed at this hotel before in 2018 and 2020 both for ten day stays, each time less enjoyable. We won't be returning to this hotel in future as we went to enjoy the pool (which wasn't available). Just didn't like to feel I was 'Less Than' for booking there.

We know what to expect when we stay at a Hampton. Comfy beds, assortment of pillows and a microwave/fridge. Hampton has a much better breakfast than most chain hotels which is a plus. This particular Hampton needs a little more attention to the bathroom. The walls had just been wiped down, not cleaned and there was mildew under the soap dish. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We always stay at Hampton and I can never complain. At checking in the lady was such a great host. At 10pm no one is ever that cheery and nice.

This is a nice hotel. It has a great location, excellent parking, and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff is competent and courteous. The only thing that would keep me from giving it a higher rating is that the grounds need a bit of attention-trimming and general maintenance.

There was no body soap in my room. Breakfast was terrible, so opted for the to go bag, which only had a water, an old bagel with peanut butter and an apple which was old and tasted bad, so was not quality checked. Lobby coffee had no reg creamer, had to go look for kitchen person

The tv barely worked, it kept buffering. The bed is so lumpy we couldn't sleep and the worst was the toilet bowl was dirty when we checked in.
