Apprently we stayed im the old rooms that are being torn down. Whatever. The parking is for compact but i made my truck work. No microwave how stupid no breakfast why advertise ?

Great setting in Springdale. Just outside the National Park. Rooms are spacious. Beds very comfortable and plenty of hot water for a good shower. The hot tub was great too. Would happily stay again when next visiting Zion National Park.

Desk was too high (counter hight) and there was one chair in the room that was too low. Very small room the price.

Beautiful boutique hotel with spectacular views and a wonderful trail to hike up! Nice pool and hot tub area too! Excellent restaurant! Love the waterfalls all around the buildings! Stay here!!

I am always apprehensive about hotel reviews but this place did not disappoint. It was clean and quiet. It’s location to Zion National Park was so convenient. We walked to the park. Springdale also has a shuttle bus that you can take with multiple stops in town. And the infused water in the lobby was refreshing after a day of hiking!

Quaint and comfortable with convenient location to Bryce. Beautiful view of the canyon from the balcony. NO ELAVATORS. Good breakfast right next door.

We loved the setting and views of the incredible landscape. The room was spacious and the beds so comfortable. We sat in the jacuzzi and enjoyed the incredible views of the star laden night sky. Everyone was very accommodating and the dinner at their restaurant-excellent!!

We loved the property! Clean and kept up very well. We highly recomend this place and definitely use the spa if you can - the massages were fantastic!

My husband and I stayed here for our one year anniversary trip and had a wonderful time! The hotel is beautiful and peaceful. We also got couples massages that were incredible! 10/10 recommend!!

Property is idyllic and staff very friendly and helpful. Ventilation within the room could be improved, seemed unusually stuffy and moist with the air conditioning turned off.

Quiet property with a great Spa and restaurant nearby. The property could use better lighting at night. The stairs need better lighting to be able to walk to the ice machine or the hot tub. Love the rooms, spa like toiletries, and very comfortable beds

I loved this place!! We walked right into Zion National Park from here very close. Listened to live music, and the restaurant food was delicious!!

This is a great place to stay right outside Zion National Park. The views from the labyrinth at the top of the hill are amazing!!! We had 5 adults and stayed in the Gary Adams Suite. Only drawback I would mention for those that like to prepare their own meals is that there is just a small fridge, microwave and cart with coffee and glasses/mugs and a small sink so not equipped to cook meals. But there are several restaurants within walking distance.

We loved our stay here! The staff are amazing - they are the reason this place is a gem. The restaurant is very good (and hotel guests get a discount). The pool is well maintained and the hot tub is nice after a day of hiking. We enjoyed an amazing couples massage at the spa. Only (very small) complaint was that the room AC is weak - max cold was 68 and the unit was really loud when it turned on. The heat (100 degree days) and noise made it hard to sleep restfully. The mattress was super comfy though!!

We had a wonderful room at the back and top of the property which had a balcony with views of Zion mountains. A special feature was that we were able to park right outside our door, but once inside we were on the second level with views and a lovely balcony. Perfect location!

The staff here was terrific! From the 2am checkin to the 9 am checkout everything was great. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the area & the park and very accommodating.
The room was a decent size and very clean. The Spotted Dog restaurant on the property was very good as well. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast there, very good.

The view omg the view was incredible the staff was very friendly and helpful the room was so clean and roomy .....and a 5 minute walk to the Zion visitor center this has been one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at and I am looking forward to returning here next year .....my girlfriend loved it too and she hates hotels so that's saying a lot.....I also thought the wooden room keys were a nice touch

This is an extraordinary property. We felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The room was quiet and peaceful. (There’s a ceiling fan!) The restaurant on premises is very good. We were able to park right by our room. I loved the bells on the property which are taken in at night so as not to disturb the guests. Lovely stay. We will stay here again and will recommend it easily to our friends.
