The rooms had no windows
The light had an issue and would only work once the keycard was taken out to ensure darkeness for me to sleep. Thus the AC dont work as the card was disconnected

Hotel was welcoming with friendly staff. We had pre-booked the hotel due to its proximity to the airport since we had a very early morning flight scheduled. Check-in was smooth. Hotel room was great for these 2 very tired people. We ate dinner, breakfast the following morning, and dinner again at night. Again, staff were great, food good, service as expected. Would not hesitate to stay again in this hotel in Amsterdam.

Convenient location, easy access via train to city centre.
I paid extra to have a room with airport view, but the view and the windows were not according to the pictures. No amenities in the room and a very hard bed. In the app it is specified that there is a pool, when I asked at the reception it was called a whirlpool. It was very small. It appears to be an acclamation to the competitive airport hotel which has not got one.

Request a crib for baby with my reservation. Upon checking in to hotel, the reception desk asked if we need one and said it would be delivered to our room but the crib was not delivered.

The room is clean and spacious, the hotel pleasant, but I do not appreciate being charged a fee to check in prior to 2:00. This is an airport hotel servicing guests who are arriving and departing at all hours and coming from various time zones. This is another service charge that hotels are implementing similar to a destination fee that is simply to boost their revenue. To be charged the fee for a room that is available is unacceptable.

Excellent staff at front desk. Delicious food in restaurant - surprisingly so… best pho I’ve ever had. Restaurant manager was super nice and very attentive. Nice respite during a whirlwind trip.

Returning our rental car the night before our flight from AMS makes this Hilton special to us. NO stress at all. Very comfortable rooms and SOOOOOO quiet! This was our 3rd stayover and we'll do it again in future too.

Flight cancelled and I had to stay overnight at the airport, nothing wrong with this Hotel and I am refunded by the airline but it is way to expensive for what they offer , besides a 250ml bottle water at the room is priced at 3.75 Euro! It’s insane most hotels offer free bottles of water these days

The hotel was just what we needed after a long day of travelling. The room was set up perfectly for me and my two kids to get some rest before an early departure. Super comfortable and everything we needed.
There were a lot of delays and cancellations at the airport the day we stayed and I have to applaud the staff at reception for dealing with a lot of upset passengers looking for rooms. They handled it with a lot of tact and kindness.

A very friendly front desk person made me feel welcome. The room was very comfortable and super quiet, although the lighting was a bit subdued.
The thermostat was inscrutable. It had no backlight -- I had to use my phone as a flashlight to read the display. But it was unclear how the /- temperature buttons worked. Fortunately the temperature was already perfect so I just turned off the (already very quiet) fan. It would also be nice to have a USB charging port by the bed (instead of only on the desk). And the light switch arrangement felt random.
While it's walkeable from the airport arrivals, I couldn't find the signage after picking up my bag coming in from another EU country, and I ended up walking in traffic outside. To do it the right way, you have to go up one level, then there's a walkway to parking. The hotel is past the last parking garage.
A note to the hotel manager: my room (728) could use a visit from a handyman (the towel hook was wobbly).

Super convenient for a layover at Schiphol airport. Easy 10 min covered walk to terminal. Very good buffet breakfast. Calm mellow sanctuary. Amazingly quiet for being in the middle of a busy airport.
We caught a 25 minute pleasant train to the city center for the evening.
