The heritage hotel is a boutique hotel that has been modernized from a past 50s or 60s debut. The staff service was amazing. Our stay included a beakfast each morning (buffet or a la carte) plus one lunch and one high tea over 3 night stay. Also included unlimited bottled water and ice cream. The hotel is centrally located in the old city of Chiang mia and is walking distance to many of the historic temples. If you arrive on a Sunday, the public street market is a must see. Vendors of all types hit the closed off streets of Chiang Mai. A great boutique hotel at a reasonable price. Also included free netflix two pools and great cafe lattes in the morning. 5 out of 5 without a doubt.

Good value for money, very friendly staff, had everything we needed and good location. The room was tidy and clean and excellent hygiene throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good and the unlimited supply of water was very much appreciated in the hot weather! We would definitely come back.

The hotel is well situated in old city within walking distance to many good cafes and testy restaurants. The hotel believes in pampering their guests with comfort, food and drinks. Free high tea and luncn, free mini bar food and drinks. Service was excellent, staff spoke good English and one of them, Imm was most attentive and helpful.

We loved this hotel! Beautiful and comfortable with excellent service. The snacks, coldwater, and ice cream that were always available was an extra treat. We loved the location, which was on a quiet street, but just around the corner from lots of places to eat, drink coffee, shop and people watch. So much fun!

Lovely old world charm hotel with modern amenities. Location was superb as to being able to walk to numerous temples markets, the flower festival, parades, and restaurants. The staff so very friendly and helpful in every way. Relaxing atmosphere at the hotel with a wonderful breakfast afternoon tea And drinks poolside in the midst of a city and yet a gorgeous gold Temple directly across the street in full view. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel in Chiangmai! One of the best! Very very friendly staff and good breakfast! 1minute walking distance to the Sunday night market and 7-11. Definitely will go back again next time in Chiangmai

99 The Heritage Hotel is an excellent boutique hotel. The reception staff were very very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant, quiet, and welcoming. The decor of the entire hotel was tasteful and the room was very comfortable and attractive. The small pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot afternoon (which is every afternoon). The only reason for my not giving the highest ratings was the limitations on services and amenities (no restaurant for dinner, the workout rooms were modest, and no a/c outside of the bedrooms). I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return.

Was very very happy with this hotel. The staff were amazing from the start and the hotel is a little bit of perfection. Small and well looked after. It really takes you back to another age. Every little thing is well thought and planned. The shower is one of the best in any hotel I’ve stayed in, which is often overlooked. I would come and stay again in a heartbeat.

Hotel located on a Main Street facing a temple , lots of coffee cafe & places to eat , Oasis spa is 3 min walk , Sunday Night market is 2 min walk . Hotel as in photos , very clean & bright , staff incredibly nice& helpful with organizing our day trips , especially Ms Yui the receptionist . We stayed for a week and we will be back next year to stay at this wonderful hotel

The hotel is situated in the middle of the Old City in Chiang Mai, so it is very convenient to walk around to some of the Temples and the amazing food around the Old City as well. Not going to mention the excellent service and hospitality of the hotel staff. It was such an excellent stay in Chiang Mai, and would wish to come back to stay in the hotel again. Thanks so much👍👍👍

Very nice place for the price. The staff is super helpful and they offer all kinds of complimentary things such as bottled water, snacks and even ice cream. Location is also very good, in the heart of the old city and close to the airport, major shopping, etc. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here next time we’re in the area. Loved all the little extras that are included in the price like the welcome drink, ice cream, cookery class & afternoon tea. Only tiny little complaint would be that some of the chairs are not very comfortable

Hotel location was excellent within the old city. Hotel decor was great and room was spacious and clean. Heritage room on ground floor opening to pool area. The a la carte breakfast as included in room rate was excellent and buffet ok. Pool area was fine but needed some maintenance on decking which could be a trip hazard. Service was average. Staff needed to be more attentive in general and especially around pool. Would return with these improvements.

We were welcomed by Imm who was absolutely amazing and so kind. She reviewed everything with us. There was complimentary ice cream water and other items in the lobby which was a huge plus. Ice cream was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. We forgot items the hotel which included money and the staff was kind enough to ship it free of charge. We can’t thank them enough! HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

What i didn't like - when i had our room cleaned on Feb 28 the housekeeping staff opened the closet and took the bath towel i hanged in the closet to dry. The shower flr was wet so i can't step on it otherwise the slippers would get wet. We have been staying in hotels for decades and this is the very first time the housekeeping staff opened the closet. The a/c was broken on our first night and i didn't get a good sleep. The a/c was fixed the next day while we were out sightseeing. Otherwise, the staff were courteous and provided prompt service. The room size and bathroom were big. Hotel was centrally located in the old city.

This is an amazing property. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many beautiful hotels however this hotel is the best I’ve ever experienced. The beauty of the property is remarkable. However, the excellent staff makes you feel at home and they are eager to make your stay perfect. The breakfast served was excellent along with an afternoon lunch. Perfect is the best description of this hotel.
