Hotel false advertised having 2 pools and a hot tub. There was only 1 and water was dirty. Kitchen in room had no dish soap nor sponge to wash dishes. Hall ways smelled like weed.

Easy checkin super clean

Our room was rather tired the shower curtain was ripped the carpet frayed, tiles missing and there was a wet towel left in the room. The hot breakfast food was Luke warm dishes and fruit was replenished all this isn’t what I expect from a Home Wood suits by Hilton

The hotel is new, but the maintenance is a bit poor. Linens was insufficient, smaller than the bed size, and the breakfast service was terrible not having food all time. If you do not go earlier you will get without coffee, etc...

Breakfast was poor. Very limited choice and the hot choices were cold. The room was very spacious with all the amenities you would need. No housekeeping either.

Excellent location by French Quarter. Quiet area. Nice breakfast and Wednesday mixer/happy hour. Would stay again!

Very nice!!

The room was wonderful and well kept. They had a pleasing array of breakfast options. The check-in was easy and they went out of their way to let me know when the room was available.

The room was very spacious and very clean. Great location just minutes walk away from everything. Breakfast was okay.

Overall good, ladt night of trip they didnt provide full accommodation of towels/wash cloth. Valet service was as non helpful non accommodating , and unfriendly as any group of people ever.

Great location near canal and Bourbon streets and near the trolley.

Great for family, mainly if you have kids, & is still nursing. Loved that there was a kitchen, breakfast. A refrigerator, laundry on site. It was helpful. The staff were super friendly.

Just wonderful

The rudest staff I have ever encountered while traveling anywhere. I waited over an hour past check in. Staff literally walked off and ignored you when the seen you coming with a question. Then tried to charge double for their extremely overpriced parking. The room was fine just on the wrong side of the building to see the parade and it didn't match the description or pictures. I actually witnessed staff being rude to other patrons, not just me. I do not recommend this business.

There is no way you cant have a great time. Ita New Orleans. The staff, right from the valet onward, were very friendly and helpful. Checkin was a breeze. Large lovely lobby with concierge waiting to assist us with making plans. Breakfast was the normal hotel stuff which was fine, it was a great way to start our days. Our room was large as was the bathroom. There werent enough towels for our party but a phone call fixed it. Beds could definitely use an upgrade. The floors werent the cleanest and cleaning was only carried out every other day if requested 24 hours in advance. There is laundry facilities on site which is a blessing. Pool was not heated so didnt use it. Location was wonderful. Only 3 blocks walk to Bourbon street. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Close to French Quarter. Hotel & elevator safety was good. Did not receive room cleaning several days even after requesting.

Great location ! All the entertainment is just stepped away . Wasn’t noisy at all . The carpet was full of dog hair . I sneezed all weekend and myself and guest feet were covered in dog hair . The couch was full of dog hair . Left over socks from past guest were all over the room .

The place we stayed was ideally located and Walking distance to everything.
hotels.com, however, did not keep their refund policy promise. I tried to remove one person from my reservation days ahead of time and they could not do it. Therefore I paid for that person.

Courteous and well informed staff. Breakfast options were great. Convenient to Bourbon St., and the surrounding areas. Rooms are very clean. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay.

I booked through a 3rd party online service for 2 rooms. When i arrived, they only had one room showing. After several phone calls to the service, i needed to book a room myself. I was very frustrated, but Ricknie was so helpful, she fixed everything and super nice! The rooms are clean and spacious with a mini kitchen. It was rainy and staff kept the floors dry mopped. Close to everything in the French quarter, valet parking was nice since we could just walk everywhere

Can be more cleaner. Facilities out of date

Our over all atay was good. The staff was very friendly. There were a few issues that we came across, 1) our key didnt work for the pool access. We alsed the staff and it still did not work. The other issues was tje breajfast food was cold. They kept the food in chafing dishes but nothing underneath to keep it hot. Other than that our stay was good. It was within walking distance to bournon st but far enough away so you didnt habe all the noise.

Nice hotel. Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast pretty good. Parking very expensive tho! 48 per night i find a little over the top! Only real complaint would be that you cant turn the shower on without getting wet! Doors open the wrong way.

Staff is great. Allowed us to walk easily to French Quarters without being directly in the noise and we had access to trolleys/bus. Its our second time there and has become our place of choice. We've been to New Orleans many times and have stayed in a number of places.

The area was not safe, and I am a smoker and there was nowhere to smoke but in front of the hotel and the begging from people walking up the street was very overwhelming and i felt unsafe by quite a few that approach me.

Location was good. Staff was pleasant. Asked to have room cleaned and they did it two out of three days. Food was not regularly refreshed at buffet. Kitchen in our suite was not supplied with essentials in order to use it.

Nice hotel overall. Lobby is very welcoming and staff were nice. Nice location. Hallways had lots of garbage and laundry laying in them when we arrived. Room was comfortable with nice bedding and shades that made the room dark. Appreciated they held our luggage on both check in and check out days. A sign in the room says housekeeping comes every 2 days, but they did not. We really wanted the garbage emptied. We were gone the whole day but they never came. And when we asked for a towel it took a really long time and another call. 2 blocks from streetcar and walkable to French Quarter.

The hotel was ok but let down by the lack of in room service and breakfast option's. You can identify straight away that the hotel is in a very high tourist usage area with the lobby having standing room only during peak check in times. I will not stay at this hotel when back in NOLA. You can get better accommodation and facilities for the cost at the Marriott Inn around the corner.

I had a great experience. The building smelled fantastic with continuous air freshener.Room equipped with everything I needed, could have been cleaner. Staff was professional and courteous at all times. Convenient location, walking distance to everything.

As a Homewood Suite, one expects quality. Room 368 was filthy. The bathroom floor was dirty and only had 2 towels for a room for 6 persons. The couch in the living room was stained with food, especially arms of sofa. Walls had splatters all over. While we recognize the volume of people that go through this site, this was unacceptable and disappointing.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. We got some good rest in the comfy beds. Has great showers too. The suite was roomy and more than enough space for the two of us. A full kitchen other than an oven was great for leftovers. The complementary breakfast was a quick tasty plus. The hotel was a short 10 minute walk to Bourbon street and a short ride share ride from everything else. We would definitely return.

Room was amazing, breakfast was good, front desk staff were friendly and location was close to downtown.

We had a great start but when we went to make out the bed from the couch we found what appeared to be a turkey foot in between the cushions. We were completely grossed out. When we approached the front desk they only said oh no. I’m so sorry.
We definitely won’t stay here again.
