The attendance people were very nice and helpful. The only thing negative was the alarm clock made noise all night long (annoying) the kitchen floor could have been a little cleaner. But over all it was a nice large space and pet friendly for my fur baby! I give It a 8/10. It’s Worth the stay.

Excellent choice, clean, comfortable. Only negative is no recycling -- that bothers me. Other than that I would stay here again.

Needed somewhere to stay for a week, the room had a full size refrigerator, two top burner stove, and microwave. You can request a toaster, and coffee pot. So perfect for a family not trying to eat out on every breakfast lunch and dinner. Washer and dryer on premises was awesome as well.

This was a decent hotel to stay in for multiple days on a budget. Not a bad drive to downtown Greenville or Greer. Comfortable beds. Service was not great, often had to wait for a while at the front desk for someone to come up, despite hearing people talking and laughing in the back, kinda frustrating. I thought the cleanliness was ok- but you have to exchange your towels each night yourself, which was fine. However, my issue with the towels, is they did not feel clean. Every time we exchanged our towels there were hairs all over, stuck to the towels _ NOT my own hairs. Kinda gross, If you're reading this maybe just bring your own towels. I noticed some hairs on the bed linens as well but tried to just brush them off and not let it get to me. The complimentary breakfast is not very much, again, not a huge issue but if you're intrigued by that, don't get excited - yogurt, make your own oatmeal, and prepackaged muffins. I wouldn't stay here again, but it served its purpose for the time being.

Check in was a bit slow . Attendant wasn’t at the desk when I arrived but was friendly once he got there . I booked a room online with 2 queens and a sofa bed . There was no sofa bed and the reception said there are no rooms like that at this hotel . Very disappointed in the false advertising .

Very close to many dining options, was very clean and nice laundry facility.

Clean and quiet, especially for an extended stay hotel. Staying on Woodruff Rd can be iffy because of the traffic, but this is just outside the busiest areas. Very convenient to several restaurants, 385 and 85, and they allow dogs so you might get to pet a bunch of random dogs and what could be better than that?

The property seems like a newly built and the rooms and kitchen appliances are all new.
There is only one person at night who manages the entire property, we waited in the lobby for 30 minutes just to check in at 6:00 PM
Complimentary breakfast is just Grab and go (muffins/coffee/energy bars) nothing else.
A homeless guy in the property early in the morning grabbing everything in the kitchen and messing, reported this at the front desk. it was not a good experience.
Location is right next to i385 in the Greenville area.

Beds were comfortable, hotel was very nice, and staff were great. The free breakfast was lacking but overall it is a great hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facility and rooms were clean and beautiful. Our suite was very nice - comfortable, convenient, and well-stocked. Highly recommended, and we will stay here again during our next trip to Greenville.

Overall condition of room was ok, bathroom floor were sticky dirty, bed lines lock that weren’t changed, for the price I expected better, sorry if sound some negative, but I have been in other Stay American hotels and they were in better condition, hope this will help.

Breakfast was dissappointing. Expedia should have a more specific listing than "free breakfast". The free "Grab and Go Breakfast" offered at this property was truly minimal. Is should be listed as "free coffee and granola bar".

The staff was very helpful and polite the hotel was very quiet and clean

The hotel signage is small and the entrance difficult to find, considering the busy off-ramp its near. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sheets and pillow cases have an old oil smell. The towels were clean and fresh though. The room and bathroom were clean however the carpet and baseboard were very grimy. We noticed a black moldy growth around the outlet covers on the exterior wall in the room. Since we were in tor area house hunting, we decided to check out 2 days early. Jennifer helped us adjust our stay and we had no problem with check out the next morning. Average long term facility.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY
4.0
This is our first time at an Extended Stay America. We would stay at this one in Greenville again
Cons:
- room lighting dim, even with all the lights on
-bathroom fan is on constantly, not a lot of noise, did keep it from steaming up
-heating and cooling system somewhat noisy too-refrigerator noisy
-good thing I always bring earplugs or I might not be able to sleep
-not a very big selection at breakfast, but can cook in room
Pros:
-seems like a fairly new facility, everything in good condition
-really liked setup of bathroom, lighting around mirror is very nice, little shelf to put things on, big shower that worked really well and not claustrophobic
-staff we encountered very friendly
-like that we had a full refrigerator, stovetop and microwave, and could get dishes and cooking utensils if needed

Great place to stay, very clean, and great hospitality.

So far, after the first hour, 1) we have a sink faucet in the bathroom that won’t turn on fully because it hits the mirror mounted to the wall above it. 2) The TV that is mounted to the wall, adjacent to the bed, won’t turn on. 3) minimal lighting around the front entrance. It looks like the back of most hotels. Nothing made the entrance “stand out”. Interesting design choice.

Everything was great

Set way in back next to storage unit. Room was dirty; black hairs on toilet, bathroom sink and shower. Urine and dirt on toilet and bathroom floor and was sticky on bath and tile floor. Stains on sheets. No supplies in room for “extended stay”. Area felt unsafe with people walking around outside. Doors were all unlocked. First night someone slid something under our door until our dog barked at them. Room smelled bad. Won’t overpay for this room again and will opt for Home 2 Suites instead.

The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. The whole hall was quiet, TV had good reception, you have the convenience of a fridge, microwave and stove. Definitely would recommend this place to those looking for a little homey spot.

Unfortunately elevators were not working due to lightning strike, no ice available, but room was good.

Amazing room, very simple check in and check out.

I love the convenience of being able to get to shopping and events. Also if I wanted to stay in there’s a full size fridge stove top and dishwasher. Nice amenities and friendly staff

Great location and clean. Great customer service as well.

We had to wait 12 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. There were initially no utensils for cooking, the ice machine was out of order for out entire 7 day stay.
1.0
Room and sheets smelled like smoke; air conditioning unit made loud noise when turning "on" and "off"; couldn't get room cold enough; barking dog across the hall; morning #1 out of splenda, sweet 'n low and coffee stirrers, granola bars smashed, morning #2 out of stirrers and coffee cups (instead had to use oatmeal cups); only 1 third shift employee so if away from the desk distributing towels to floors, for example, you have to wait at the desk for the person's return. In addition, creates an unsafe feeling walking into the hotel with no desk attendee.
3.0
The only issue was the ice machine was inoperable. It had broken the day before but an ice machine is an integral part of any stay.

Not a bad experience, family just needed a quick over night stay. Breakfast was a grab and go which I didn’t realized so that is on me but it was very limited as you can expect. I’d stay here again, but it was nothing super great.

should not allow pitbulls. ridiculous. might as well have invited tigers or lions to stay there.
that darn fan in the bathroom was going and going and going...
water pressure in the shower was definitely lacking.
3.0
Nice place. Water pressure in the shower was really good. Shower door kept sliding open. Grab and go bfast, nothing fancy. Clean room. Tough to find as the hotel sign is hidden behind a bush as you approach the property on the road. We had to call and ask them where they were. "Between Ashley Furniture and the U-Haul place."
