Access from the train station is good. Unlikely, the city hotel has a big public bath. So I enjoyed the big bathtub.

About 10min walk from Sakuraguicho. Lot of attractions in the area. We got a good view room which we could see a lot of action but still quiet. Breakfast were good in 2/F with great view and a lot of selections. Onsite onsen was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

This place has everything you need. Wonderful bath houses, a convenience store, provides many necessary amenities. Great and safe location. We loved staying here.

This was my second time staying here, while attending a trade show at the Pacifico Yokohama. It's about a 12-15 minute walk to the exhibition hall, which is pleasant during nice weather. If the weather is bad though, it's just a block to an entrance for the Bashamichi station, and then just one stop to Minatomirai. That station exits through the Minatomirai shopping mall, which connects to the exhibit all via a covered pedestrian bridge. (Covered so you don't get wet when it's raining, but open to the elements otherwise.) The rooms are Tokyo-small but not as tiny as som, so I had ample space for my luggage, especially thanks to the under-bed storage. It's a good, inexpensive solution overall, and the hotel also has a popular onsen that I didn't use but that a local told me is one of their favorites.

Basic Japanese style and size hotel room. The ambiance of the hotels lobby is amazing. Staff was very pleasant and rooms were clean. The view was amazing from my floor.

Although the hotel is a little far from the station, it is conveniently located in the center of the tourist area. There is a fitness center, pool, bathhouse, convenience store, and restaurant, so you can spend a comfortable time here.

Rooms are small and the check in lines are ridiculous. On the plus side, the hotel is nice and clean, in a great location, and buffet is awesome.

Excellent value for your money. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The view from the upper floors is incredible! Walking distance to most attractions and the metro station that transit into Tokyo is an easy 10 mins walk. Only draw back is our room is small, not unusual in Japan. There were only 2 of us, so it was not really an issue. Definitely will book this again if I return to Yohohoma. BTW book it with breakfast you will not regret it.

APA Hotel was so convenient on this trip because it was close to all the places I wanted to see. Staff was friendly and hotel is always clean. although this was business hotel it was perfect for 1 person or maybe 2 and the most. ill definitely be back soon!

The rooms are filthy, urine on my shower curtain, finger prints and smears all over the desk, hair all over the pillows, no air conditioning, windows don’t open for air flow, we moved rooms and the second room was just as disgusting. So disappointed

Getting to like this brand more and more. Their ease of check in and check out, location of their properties and standardized settings across their hotels were great. This location is particularly amazing as we got great view of the Yokohama harbour. We stayed for couple of days before we went on a cruise ship and the hotel is walking distrance to the cruise terminal. Breakfast was great with selecton of food, quality and services.

Ideally situated near all the major tourist attractions in the area, i.e. Brick warehouse, ferris wheel, Chinatown, and very close to Bashamichi station. Staff were wonderful, professional and spoke excellent English.

Close to metro station shops and cruise terminal. Views are superb on higher floors of Yokohama sky cabin and Ferris wheel. Rooms are clean but way too small for two people. Can barely fit two suitcases in room with room to move. Rooms are a bit hot. No choice to turn on air con as sometimes only option is heat only from controls.

Impressive lobby & amenities all around...room is good except the air conditioning system is a joke...cooling would shut off in the middle of the night & operate only in heat mode. Very uncomfortable indeed.

This was an amazing hotel especially for the price. Close to cruise terminal & transportation. A mall is close with many food choices. The hotel has two mini markets, gift store, spa, small gym, etc. It exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay again.

Loved the view from the 31st floor. Check in line was long but moved fast and checking in and out was easy. Room was tiny with no storage but the view made up for it and it was fine for one night before our cruise.
