We only stayed overnite. But it was a pleasant stay. The room was very nice. Different type of lay out. Frosted glass doors to the shower and toilet. No traditional closet. Hanging open cubes with hangers and a drawer. Keurig for tea or coffee. Hardwood floors, and a small table. All in all pretty nice. You have to pay for a dinner or breakfast in the dining area. There are snacks and drinks also for purchase. All in all it was a nice stay.

This property is GREAT like I loved it. Spending 2 nights on the Second floor was TERRIBLE , It Noisy past 10pm, the ladies in the hallway were loud without being considerate of other Guest (maybe they had too many drinks) Also guests were Stomping above my head (3rdfloor) was hard to deal with. Housekeepers have to do their Job but they also interrupt your Mornings but Stomping above and Cleaning.

- Extremely loud AC in the rooms. I like white noise but this was not that. Even with earplugs. It also doesn't have an auto setting so it turns on and off throughout the night and especially when it turns on there's a loud thud. Didn't sleep much.
- I called the front desk thinking it was specific to my room but they said they are all like that.
- The pool was heated but super dirty. Lots of dead bugs on the top
- Breakfast looked really bad. There was something black in the eggs. Other than that it's bacon and cereal.
-/ gym is ok. Dumbbells only go up to 50. No other resistance training equipment

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was clean but service was lacking, it took 25 minutes to get our order for dinner. At breakfast we had to ask for black tea, there was plenty of green tea available, and only artificial sugar was readily available. The roses in the lobby permeated the whole downstairs and due to allergies and asthma we decided to eat in our room, however since breakfast was all you can eat we were told we had to eat in the dining area even when we explained there were health issues. I would stay here again but would plan to eat out. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

The check in clerk seems nice but she was very in genuine or fake after the check in process is done. I came to asked to let me borrow some wine glasses as I always have done this at other hotels, she said no, and it’s hotel policy. I told her you can bill to make room if needed. She still said no. There were no bartenders around. The iron board in the room was broken after I check in and fell over. The room service guy had the nerves to asked me if I broke it. I paid $160 for the room to be put next to the elevator and a view of the roof with all the vents. Horrible. Knowing there were plenty of other vacant rooms when I walked in to check in as there were no cars in the parking lot. In top of the cable not working and the WiFi keeps shutting off, there were a lot of noises in the hallway at 2am in the morning, people slamming doors and running around in the hall smoking weed all stinking up the hall and the smell came into our room. We couldn’t get a good night sleep. So for $160, I will not be staying here again.

hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding....most hoteld offered a free morning breakfast this hotel charged $12.99 for a sparce breakfast so even tho this was a great hotel my business will go back to Hampton

From check in to check out it has been seamless. So thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here and am looking forward to another Wyndham stay!

The rooms are beautifully decorated, the location is serene (next to a wildlife preserve with pond and ducks), and there are many places to shop nearby!

Lovely front counter staff and clean loft area. However, my room had shedded hair from either the previous guests or from staff. It was in between the bedsheets, the shower, the bath towels and blankets ! I stayed for 3 nights and was told room service is for every “other” day. No one came until after 5:30pm and I had to decline since I was showering. Had to grab my own towels take out my own bins. Gave a $13 cheap and gross buffet breakfast. Not worth staying.

Front desk called to say they were canceling my reservation because they could not process my card prior to arrival. Most credit cards have anti fraud mechanisms that would stop a charge using this procedure.

The hotel and room itself was really nice and spacious. The room was gorgeous. The only downfall is that the rooms are described as soundproof and we could hear our neighbor through the wall clear as day. He could have basically been in the room with us. So if you’re trying to have any type of special alone time, just know the walls are thin. Also, we had an accessible room with a roll in shower as my boyfriend has a bad back. After our showers, we noticed that the water completely flooded outside the bathroom and outside our hotel room door making a huge mess for us and the poor cleaning lady. Water was everywhere because there is no proper way to keep the water in as there is no shower lip and there’s also a large gap under the bathroom door which is why the water flooded our room. Even though we had some minor inconveniences, the room was beautiful and I would stay here again. Just a warning about the shower for anyone needing the accessible rooms.

Lobby bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor. There was no toilet paper in the stall and the garbage was full. This was on a Sat @ 2pm and they werent busy

Super convenient stay. We had one night in Sacramento and this was the perfect stay. Easy and free parking. Close to the airport. The beds were clean and comfortable. The man at the counter was very friendly. Would stay again.

This is as not a good satay it honestly wasn’t worth the money and you’re better off going somewhere else. The rooms above us were so loud overnight the stomping and slamming doors was so loud because they have fake plank flooring. The AC would turn on and rumble waking us every hour. The bed was very uncomfortable and had blood or urine stains on the sides.

I like that they separated bedroom and bathroom area by door.
One thing I noticed that floor was not clean.
There was a lot of black dirty spots in bedroom and bathroom.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Sacramento airport and they have a shuttle. The electric car charger didn’t work, which was the whole reason I had booked the hotel, so we had to leave at 6:20 am so we could drive to a Tesla charging station and charge the car for an hour before stating our journey. Hotel staff tried to help but the charger had an error message, etc. They were not willing to compensate us in any way for the inconvenience.
