Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk was very friendly the sky bar on the rooftop was very nice with a nice lounge and big pool, awesome view of capital ! I’d book again for sure

The staff when we checked in and thereafter couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. In fact the Sakes Manager dropped just off at a restaurant on his way home. And…breakfast was great!

We really enjoy our stays at this hotel; everything is crisp, clean and new. The people are always helpful and super polite- the entire staff- cleaning, breakfast and front desk made us feel like we were their most important guests: Michelle - Ops Mgr is terrific- remembered us from a prior visit and always goes the extra mile.

The room could have been any room I’ve stayed in across the country. We booked it in January-to stay at the same place as our friends- May 3-6. The room was $492 per night before taxes.i expected above and beyond- deluxe? Luxury? It was Standard King Room. Shower difficult to shut off. The a/c unit smelled strongly of mildew-I checked the filters and they were clean. Housekeeping did not have any Lysol type product. ++ comfortable bed. Clean. Good breakfast. Comfortable lobby. Friendly staff. Okay location. Really disappointed and honestly mad that I paid that same amount I’ve paid elsewhere for a very nice 2 room suite.

Check in was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was great. Nice and quiet. Only issue we had was our shower door would not stay closed. Kind of a pain and made showering not as relaxing.

The facility was excellent but not near the tourist area along Broadway which was about 1-1.5 miles away. Service was adequate. Charging $40 per night for parking was down right criminal considering the location! We will never stay at this location again due to the parking policy alone! What a rip off!

Our stay at this property was delightful. Our room was spacious (king suite), the lobby is warm, inviting and well decorated, the breakfast had many options to choose from and it was clean and organized and the staff was attentive and helpful. My husband and I had a great time there and it was fairly close to all the sites downtown. We walked it several times. It was good to be out of the hustle and bustle of Broadway but still be able to get to it easily. The Capital View area is very nice with upscale restaurants and shopping and the Gulch area is a short walk as well. Loved the stay.

Very clean hotel, and very nice staff! There was a pretty loud late night train nearby somewhere, and could hear my hotel room next door neighbor snoring. But otherwise, great play to stay and convenient!

We were stuck 2 extra days in Nashville due to the 7 inches of snow that was received. It was very seamless to extend our stay in the same room. The complimentary breakfast and the Sky Bar on the 10th floor both contributed to a great stay.

The stay was great. Hotel location was perfect and the room was nice outside of a slight almost mildew type smell (which we didn't report). Our issue was, they charged us $131 for parking even though we had no car. We flew in and took rideshares everywhere. The desk staff never even asked if we had a vehicle there. I didn't find out about the charge until I saw it on my bank statement which made me look at the final receipt closer. I have now talked to Customer Service twice and have been told that I have to wait up to a month to receive a check in the mail. So, they overcharged me and stole my money and I'm having to wait a month to get my money back and they aren't willing to do anything for me and told me I just have to wait.

We were in Nashville for a show downtown and had to bring our 65-lb puppy due to lack of boarding options (that dog virus). This Hampton Inn was lovely and actually dog-friendly, meaning it has green space right out front! There is a sizeable dog park about a block north, just past the Airstream selling delightful espresso beverages. Hotel staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. Breakfast was warm and varied - waffles, eggs, oatmeal fixins, bagels and pastries, juices and coffee...really a nice spread. Our only issue was that it is extremely quiet, so if you have a furry friend who's never stayed in a hotel and wants to bark at any unfamiliar sound, be sure to download a green noise app!

This is an amazing hotel. Looks and feels brand new and is in a great location if you're traveling or passing through. Right off the Fwy and has a great parking structure that allows you to enter/exit without going outside. It was very quiet and the staff was friendly. My only negative comment is the free breakfast. It's becoming not worth trying to eat at these free breakfast hotels. Food is rarely there. You have to wait and it's not very good but that's pretty much anywhere I've gone. Other than that this is definitely a great stay.

We stayed four nights and our room was clean, breakfast was decent and had a variety to choose from each day, parking was easy, staff was friendly…only thing that was not the best was the comfort of the bed and that’s an issue many places. There were so many good qualities to this hotel that we would definitely stay at this Hampton again.

Hotel was walkable to Broadway (around a mile or so) which was great but not sure I’d do the walk alone at night. Main lobby area of hotel and room were both very clean. Complimentary breakfast was a plus and included a good selection.
