I stayed at the Zenza hotel for a solo birthday trip and they were so accommodating esp Jen that works at the front desk. she is so sweet and helpful with all my taxi pick ups and restaurants recommendation. I would give this hotel a 4/5 only because a bigger selection of continental breakfast could be looked into.

Amazing hotel at a solid price and a good location. Penthouse suite for $600+ is extremely worth it. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Staff is great! Nearby beach is quiet and not crowded. Two restaurants are right in the same complex as the hotel. A couple of others are a five minute walk and are good.

We stayed in Hotel Zenza on the last night of our trip to TCI. It was a lovely oasis. We were able to linger by the pool while we waited for our flight. I would definitely go back

I had a great stay at Zenza! The hotel is updated and very clean. Walking distance to a waterfront restaurant and the hotel also offers free bike rental to explore the neighborhood. The hotel was 15 minutes from all of the popular sites by car.

If you are going to promote a big circular bathtub in the bedroom then you should at least make sure the water is hot enough to have a proper bath. Very disappointing

Zenza and the surrounding area is beautiful and perfect for a nice getaway. The staff at the surrounding restaurants and hotel staff were amazing and accommodating.

Great hotel, nice location in Turtle Cove. Free parking and easy to get to/from the airport and sites of interest. Nice large room with a great balcony and views of the marina.

Had such a great experience! The hotel looks exactly like the photos. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The views from the rooftop are spectacular. The hotel staff does a great job of explaining everything you need to know about the facilities and surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great, from the time we arrived until the time we left, all the staff was very friendly and nice Violet and Cherry were amazing especially Violet she checked on us everyday and made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. I will be back in April to see you guys. Oh and the hotel is located on the marina! Amazing view every morning.

Hotel is a nice property, but check out is at 11 am but key turned off at 10:45 had to get someone to let me in the room to det my items. The H.B,O on the t.v turned off at 6 am the morning of check out can't understand why

The lock to our door was not secure. We canceled our reservations and moved to another propert on the island. Some other guests did the same during the first day we were there.

Property was a 10/10. Hotel gives you complimentary water all day and complimentary breakfast snacks in the morning. The view of the marina is beautiful. Bathtub water is lukewarm. A/C is pumping. Room was clean. Keep in mind housekeeping doesn’t clean your room if you’re staying multiple days but if you need anything they will accommodate you. Hotel is very quiet. They have bikes to rent. Many dining options within walking distance. The beach is 15 mins away. Balcony has sitting area. Parking is free.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and a beach. Staff were very nice, pleasant and helpful when booking excursions and navigating the island. The hotel was well kept and clean. I have no complaints at all.

Room was great, A/C is not cold enough, mosquitoes in the room. Not enough restaurants in the area. Nothing to buy for snacks in the lobby. Sign out for everything. Some staff have bad attitudes. Over priced for sure

I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .

Some front desk staff great. Gem was wonderful. The others not so much. Told we could get a ride to beach then told golf cart broken and could be driven. Would recommend renting car.

My bf and I had a fabulous 1 week stay at the Zenza! Staff was very pleasant and helpful and location was fantastic. One of the top snorkeling spots on the island is a quick golf cart ride/walk away and there was a nice selection of restaurants on the property and within a short walking distance (Mango Reef was our go-to!). Our room was clean, modern and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the marina from the 3rd floor. My favorite activity in the morning was just sitting out on our balcony sipping on my coffee watching the boats get ready to go out for the day. The free continental breakfast offered in the lobby was a huge plus. The property embraces a boutique feeling, both intimate and fashionable and being relatively new, it was refreshing after a day in the sun to come back to such a fresh and clean room to unwind for the evening. If you're looking for the perfect spot only a few minutes away from Grace Bay without breaking the bank, I would highly recommend this property. Hope to be back soon! Few other notes: - Hotel offers Roku entertainment. Past guests had left their profiles on Netflix and Disney+ logins which made it easy. - Room had a small fridge which was not listed on the amenities. Much needed given the heat. - Hotel offered cold, free bottled water in the lobby. I didn't care for the taste of the tap, so this was nice. - Room had a Keurig coffee machine which we used daily. The cafe' sold lattes for $8.50. Prices on the island are no joke!
