My partner and I had an excellent stay and rate it 5 stars. Since we arrived, the staff were very friendly. It’s a low-key hotel where you’ll feel at peace especially hanging out by the beautiful pool area. Although it’s not a beachfront hotel, there’s a free shuttle running through business hours which is convenient. We preferred to not rent a car so for those who plan to do the same - distance is a 5-8 min walk to the beach, 20-25 min walk to the main strip where there’s a shopping center, restaurants and bars. We felt very safe in the area. Fast wifi provided and modern design was a plus. Special shoutout to Daniel for being awesome, answering all our questions and giving local recommendations! Look forward to coming back soon!

Smelly rooms. Lacks cleanliness. Poor customer service. Unkempt. Located in unpaved road. We blew out our tire because of the craters by this hotel. Nothing boutique about this place. Low water pressure. At one point we had dirty water coming out of the sink and shower. They're not good about replacing sheets and towels. Just bad all around, especially for the room rates they charge. I'd never stay here. There are many nicer places on the beach. This is not worth it.

Great location just a few minutes walk or golf cart ride to excellent beach with umbrellas provided. Great restaurants nearby. Room was spacious but sparse, but had a nice kitchenette with coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave Pool small and cold. Pillows very uncomfortable. Hot water took a really long time to get. Staff was mosly very nice. We loved Daniel who set us up on the beach.

It was a super clean and quiet place away from the beach buzz but only minutes away from the beach. For the bathroom, it would be better to have a separate switch for the fan and a separate light for the sink.

I had the BEST experience here. Super convenient location. Super friendly staff. Frequent golf carts to take you to and from the beach. Room cleaning every single day. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone ! Also the staff are all so kind and helpful, they really go above and beyond. Thank you guys 💛

Lovely stay at a lovely hotel! Location is very good - quiet but an easy walk to the beach (10 minutes). Staff are kind and helpful. Our stay was great - would certainly stay again.

Generally the hotel is brand new and in good condition. Missing small details that could make it better. The duvet is layered between two sheets and not zipped in so throughout the night one keeps touching the duvet which is not always washed after every guest. The linen situation can be improved. Otherwise than that it was good for the prices paid.

They made my stay so accommodating! Great customer service and friendliest staff in the world. Rooms were great too for the price and very close to a lot of good food and a 4 min bike ride to the beach or a 2 min cart ride. 10/10

Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Hotel has free transportation to the beach via golf cart. The driver was also super sweet. In our room a list of local restaurants, cabs, etc. was provided to us which was helpful because it was my first time there. Overall room was nice and clean. Staff were all friendly, would stay here again!

Great place Beautiful island Hotel is excellent Staff is amazing-Daniel is the best. Transportation to and from the beach is excellent Only issue—-you need a car. Everything is expensive specially the taxis. We will be back. Thanks

Let me just say…I chose this place based off previous travelers experiences. The reviews did not fail me. What an experience!!! It was a birthday trip that was highlighted by exceptional service (customer service 10/10). Thank you specifically to Ms.Shawnette (my mom still thanks you) Daniel for the rides to the beach, Raheem (friendly presence) Blonch for the smiles around the property and Ms Gayle (great customer service). Just an overall WONDERFUL experience for a solo female traveler!!! The rooms were clean & spacious. I always felt safe. Anything I needed everyone was accommodating. I will be back for sure. 😎

The staff were very friendly, check-in was a breeze. The rooms were very roomy and had everything I needed for a one night stay. The pool area was behind the building which gave you privacy. Good off-street parking.

As this is a boutique hotel it’s small but it’s great. The pool & deck is great. There is a shuttle to & from the beach every hour. You could even request a drop off or pick up from the beach off the hour if needed. The staff was so friendly & helpful. Daniel was awesome! The hotel is safe & they always have someone there. It’s also in a great location! Use the hotels recommendations for taxis as this can get expensive.

I could not have picked a more perfect hotel for my first time staying in Turks and Caicos. From start to finish, the entire staff at Seascape hotel was not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but also very helpful and accommodating. They were always there whenever I needed anything at all. And I have a lot of needs! I felt very safe here as a solo traveler because it is a gated property with 24 hour concierge. It is so incredibly clean that you can eat off of the floor! The premises are so well kept and just impeccable. Shout out to DANIEL … who is the absolute the best! He hast to be the hardest worker at the hotel, and he’s so enthusiastic about his job. He will give you rides to the beach, fix your bicycle for you, make sure the property is safe and secure at all times, and really adds to the entire experience at Seascape. I would stay here again and again!

Had an amazing time at Seascape! #Super clean, well kept property & friendly staff made me feel welcome. Was a solo female traveler celebrating my birthday and I could have not chose a better place! Daniel & Shonette (sorry if I mispelled her name) was amazing in helping me celebrate my birthday letting me know where to go for balloons, cake, and even the restaurant that I went to on my day (Aziza). The fish fry was right up the block & I had a wonderful time celebrating the culture. Shopping area is a short drive or taxi ride away. Daniel will drive u to the beach in the golf cart, or u can ride the bikes to the beach (your choice). If you're planning a trip to Turks & Caicos go to Seascape you won't regret it! and did i mention it's super clean! Full mirror is on the door in the closet & the tv has netflix..youtube etc..Sending my respect to the entire staff that keeps this place as beautiful as it is..especially Daniel & Shonette (my fav). Thanks 4 welcoming me ♥️

The staff was helpful when we asked questions about things to do. They were extremely friendly. I would recommend staying here. It is not far from the main drag called Grace Bay Road. They had bikes which made getting around easy.

Staff were lovely! Property is well maintained, close to grace bay beach. Parking is a bit tight. Overall, a lovely experience and would recommend.

Seascape is such a nice hotel! Very aesthetically pleasing and everyone that works there is extremely nice. The staff goes above and beyond what they are asked! Only issue was the door to our room did not close all the way properly which was a little alarming as young travelers. The hotel is gated at night which is a nice plus. Very close to the beach and Mr. Groupers. Very quiet as well. Planning on staying here again if we come back to the Turks!

The most perfect reasonable price hotel. This is to pick if you are not planning on one place. We were able to explore many beaches around the area wth no problem. This location was convinient and walking distance to the fish fry. Grace bay beach is a 3 mins drive . Deff recommend, staff was also VERY helpful

I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel. The staff is friendly and kind. I appreciated the beach shuttle to and from the hotel and Alex one of the staffers at the hotel was the most helpful in any issue or concern that I had. I would recommend the hotel and would be open to staying again.
