The staff was very accommodating and helpful when we needed anything. Breakfast was good and organized for how busy it was. The grounds around the hotel were very nice. We also enjoyed the pool area. stores were close by and perfect distance for ride shares. All in all, I will be booking my next Disney vacation stay with this property.

Nice people and nice pool… bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft. We did leave early because my body hurt so badly after staying for 3 nights. Also, no free internet or free parking.

We stayed here rather than a Disney hotel because the price was so much more reasonable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. There was a free shuttle to the parks, although we didn't use it. The food and drinks at the poolside bar were really good.

The hotel was great. Big fan of the free breakfast and how close it was to the Target. The Disney shuttle pick up and drop off was a little cumbersome if you are used to staying at a Disney property and their shuttles. Def would not stay here if you are planning to go to Universal.

Advertised as queens but pretty sure they are fulls. Otherwise its a nice place. Beware of 10$ parking fees for nothing. You have a note of not being liable but still charged for self parking. So basically they steal 10$ from you.

I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The breakfast was incredible and they had some of the best breakfast sandwiches I had in a while. The room was super clean and comfortable and the staff was so kind. I loved working out by the pool, which was beautiful and the hotel bar/ restaurant by the pool was great. The bartender was super friendly and had great advice for places to eat in the area and things to do that weren’t Disney. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

They oversold the hotel, and gave away our room. It left me stranded without a room with my 3 children. We had to find one of the few remaining nearby rooms on another website and ended up paying a very high price just so we could have a room for the night.

We have stayed here multiple times, and have enjoyed it every time. Rooms are always clean, service is fantastic, all the workers are super friendly. We will be staying here again for sure.

Not so far from the parks. Very clean and great profesional customer service. Target store across the street. We love the grills and the lovely pool.

Huge shoutout to Dari, Denzel & the housekeeper Estella. These guys were truly superstars in our stay. It was our daughter’s 4th birthday and our son’s 1st birthday and this stay made everything perfectly smooth. We had an amazing 5-night stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout. Except for the morning front desk agent. Older blonde lady - she might need some re training on hospitality manners- The location is perfect, surrounded by numerous fantastic restaurants, and the convenience of easy parking made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was always incredible. The pool was so much fun. The shuttle was a little inconvenient, so we mostly Ubered it, about the same cost as parking per day. So it worked out

This was a great hotel! Updated, very clean. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful. If you are looking for a place to stay in Orlando I would highly recommend. Free breakfast was an added bonus, the workers kept things moving, clean, orderly, and well stocked. If we ever come back to Orlando we would stay here again.

Loved our stay, room was great. Only complaint was the pool was a little cold but my kids loved the slide. With no hot tub on site it is hard to stay warm with the pool temperature

Overall stay was decent. The staff at the check in waw friendly. The rooms are spacious, beds not comfortable. I had to check out day earlier than my original booking. Their policy was to checkout by 2pm. I arrived little vefore 2pm at the desk but lady didnt accomodate my request.

The coffee and sweetener refills need to be daily. I also found the breakfast buffet difficult for one of my kids. It would have been nice to have a meat option.

The hotel is new and very clean. Their breakfast offers many good items. My kid loves their heated swimming pool. It is within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, Target, and Walgreens. Everything is convenient. However, the shuttle to Disney parks NEEDs reservation 24 in advance and has limited seats. It also offers limited time points. So, we ended up taking Lyft.

The room was very large and housekeeping was amazing. The breakfast was ok, very busy. The only issue we had was the shuttle to Disney is always booked and hard to get space on so we ended up spending a lot on UBERs. Nice restaurants within 5 min walk. Would stay again.

Ample space for me and my family. Loved ghat they also provided warm breakfast with fresh fruit. Place was clean and plenty of places for the kids to sleep.
