The restaurant on site was limited menu and only operated during certain hours so not a plus for me . The bed was not very comfortable at all and there is a nightclub or loud music playing well until midnight so didn’t get much sleep with all the loud music. The distance to convention center was right there within walking distance and the area is safe. the hotel is very clean and new. I would probably stay again if I was in the downtown area.

Brand new hotel, very clean, with all the comforts I needed. Convenient access to the pool and gym. Plenty of options to eat and drink, super friendly service and helpful staff. I’ll be back!

Staff responded to what we requested only had towels for 2. Room was not cleaned until after 5 one day

The room was adequate to get a good night sleep to travel the next day.

It's the perfect situation. Nothing overproduced. Everything totally functional, neat, comfortable, quiet, and moreover run by actual adults not trying to sell you on an "experience." I never stay in chain hotels, but this one changes things. It just worked so well and I had everything I needed. Also, good lighting and super comfortable pillows and linens.

Staff was great, room was clean and up to date.

Room is clean and quite. Nice and helpful staff.
The AC is noisy. We turned off the AC when we went to sleep and put it back on in the morning. The room was not that stuffy and was tolerable.
Not thrilled with the parking fee. The hotel is located at outer downtown and should offer free parking.

The hotel was built on the grounds of the convention center. It was built later, which caused the hotel to have limited space. When getting to the hotel, I was advised that they had no more room for parking even though we were staying at the hotel. The frustrated employee advise that we could park on the street but if it did so had to move by 8 AM otherwise would be towed. They also advise could park next-door at the parking structure for a fee. This greedy hotel built more rooms than available parking with no option once they’re filled to satisfy the remaining guest
Side note my tv also was not working

Clean, stylish, incredibly comfortable property in easy walking distance to downtown Tucson and cultural attractions. A bit more expensive than I’m used to, but I stayed on a weekend during their peak season and there was nothing else cheaper in the area. I’d absolutely stay there again.
Why do the most expensive properties always charge for parking?? ($20 for self, $27 - plus tip - for valet.)

Trying to drive into the hotel was confusing; guy at the outdoor valet stared at us as we tried to figure out how to get to the hotel lobby; clerk who checked us in was pathetic in his explanation for how to park our car; bartender was the only guy who explained why the hotel entrance was so barricaded

They charge me 21.47 dlls for what?? Nothing and they cant give me a receipt

Very nice room. Good cookie. I wish breakfast was included for the price.

Was in Tucson overnight to attend a funeral only 2 blocks from the hotel--at historic, beautiful St.Augustine Cathedral. Great, convenient location. Adjacent, dedicated surface parking was a bit pricy for Tucson at $20/day but was mitigated by the very low weekend Sunday hotel room rate of $126 (included taxes) in late January 2024. No coupons were used. Rates during the week were quoted substantially higher (+2-3 X more, so check closely). Hotel is clean and all aspects appear to be new to nearly new and well maintained. No on-site meals seemed to be available (and no breakfast). I inadvertently left a small travel bag on tge counter at check-in. Tasteful contemporary design inside and out.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, thought about leaving at 11pm night of arrival but was too tired to drive. Left at 7am next morning.

The property was new, clean and fresh. Parking spaces are tight, but staff is very helpful in squeezing into those spaces. Wi-fi is not free unless you are an Honors member, but membership always has perks right? Little details we loved, the QR code to tip housekeeping, the USB ports everywhere, and of course the Double Tree cookies.

I wish I could give a 10 star rating for the staff - wow, every single person was friendly, kind, efficient, and made us feel special. Thanks to you all!

The hotel was awesome and clean. The staff was amazing and the cookies were delicious. Thank you!!! The facilities were clean and look like brand new.
The only con is that the bathroom didn't have a lock so the baby will be able to open it and get it, so we had to find ways to keep the door locked.

Welcome cookies were a nice added touch and well as serving Starbucks in the morning.

It’s right next to the St. Augustine Cathedral but still takes a bit walking to the downtown restaurants. Somehow the downtown area felt very deserted and I wouldn’t recommend walking around at night. But the hotel is very safe and grand with soundproofing and modern facilities as expected. The pool is small and not quite heated. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place with nice location parking is terrible and $20 to park is ridiculous. It's Tucson not LA

The toilet didn’t work very well. I would have left or two chairs in the room. There was only one. The bed was very comfortable!

It was very clean but there were a lot of noisy people in the hallways late at night

The location was good. The room was very nice and the workers were polite.

The restaurant seemed to have oversized portions that did not seem to go with the rest of the meal. For example, I had the tacos which were perfect portions, but the side of refried beans was a huge bowl of beans which nobody could ever eat. Also I ordered the street corn and it was very good but too difficult to eat. The drain in the sink broke and the shower doors were rusting at the bottom. Not a big deal but looked raunchy for the hotel class.
