Very nice. I like the safety feature you have to use a room key for the elevator.
Blinds in our room would not work so at night we had to clip the curtains together for privacy and also a very bright light from the street lamps.
REALLY like that we can utilize the parking garage, also safety gate.

Great. Easy check in. Room was clean.
Beds were comfortable.

Our only complaint is that the bed was too hard. The room was lovely, nice lobby, super friendly front desk staff (from Wisconsin!). Location is a bit on the edge of downtown.

Room was nice, bed comfortable, clean, check in was quick

The bathroom had toothpaste inside the sink and hair on the floor from the previous stay. The room next to us had a large dog that barked a lot so we didn't get much sleep and the people were loud so we were up late and up early this morning. Also, housekeeping started knocking on our door just after 9 am and checkout isn't until 11 so we felt rushed to leave. The only good thing was the parking garage was secure so we felt safe leaving our vehicle there and the location is convenient.

The staff were really great and friendly. The man that runs the restaurant, at least in the morning is great. The food in the hotel was better then the restaurants around the area.

Room was awesome. Parking system is a mess. Feels like your are more at risk of getting rob while trying to park. We could music playing all night at the area of the outdoor fire out. Even with no one there at 1am the music kept going. Room smelled of propane coming in from outdoor fire pit. Called the front desk she never answered, after several rings answered saying she was busy with a customer. Walked down to the front and worker was on her cell phone. Other than these barriers the room itself was great. Pillows were comfy and room was clean!

They advertise that they have airport shuttles but on the day if our departure did not have a shuttle..

Great location and very nice breakfast. Views from the rooftop was nice. Great customer service in the mornings at breakfast time.

Homeless people everywhere around the property. Had to drive across the street to park my vehicle.

Loud people up stairs but they were gone the next night

What a nice place, clean updated, stayed with family and pet. Dry quiet place. Brenedette at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

I checked in late, and the front desk person was no where to be found. Had to wait in the vestibule for another guest to let me in. They don't answer the phones, and the automated check-in via the app didn't work.

Hotel was lovely. Clean, friendly, accessible. But the parking is terrible!!!! Tight, minimal, and not enough spaces for people in rooms. Had to use can opener to get into a spot the first night and 10 backups to get out of one the morning we left.

Excellent property: well managed, well staffed, clean, friendly/helpful protected and secured parking options included with stay. Well decorated throughout as well - nice touch.
Make sure to plan your arrival parking situation (call or Google Map it). It is difficult to park on street - but go ahead and pull into their parking garage facilities: handicapped parking immediately available or perhaps an open spot for you in the first small garage area (the other is straight ahead across the tiny alley: requires a room key to open gates) so you can go check in.

A friend selected this hotel and I opted to stay at the same one as she. My kid didn’t care that it lacked a pool. We walked to a food court 1/2 mile from the hotel and passed many homeless people. Perhaps every hotel there has homeless people around as another friend said there was a camp near his. Overall, the stay was fine. The parking got full, so is an issue. Not the hotels fault but people were drag racing on the street that fronts the hotel. A loud fan helped to drown out the noise. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Location was good and the room was clean and spacious.

Rooms were nice.
The music on the patio was left on all night which was next to our room. Had to call the desk to have it turned off. There was no mention of

Stayed 3 nights. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Great views of the Sandia mountains. Good access to parking (paid). Air con was a bit noisy but we managed to sleep through it. The location is a little bit sketchy, there were a few weird people hanging around outside, but I can’t fault the hotel itself. Can’t comment on the bar because we didn’t use it.

The hotel is nice and staff is friendly. Standard experience and expectations of what you would get from a Hilton. However the location is very sketchy and access is very difficult with parking the worst I have ever experienced.3 options to park. 1 is within the facility. 2nd is across an ally that isnt too far from entrance, but still odd. The 3rd is down the ally, past the parking for "probation and parole staff" and across the street. When your hotel is in an area that you acknowledge is sketchy to the point you must use key access to enter the lobby 24hrs, then having your guests park and have the vehicles secured by a gate that can be easily jumped over, you needed to rethink the parking and access when building.

A great and comfortable all-around stay!

From checking in to the private gates parking lot we knew we chose the right place to stay. Then it only got better with the friendly staff at the Hotel restaurant. Drinks and food were excellent! Our bed was comfortable and every inch of the room was spotless. There isn’t a single bad thing to say about this hotel. I like the extra safety precautions they have to get into the hotel, elevator and the gym. As a woman going to use the hotel gym alone, early in the morning, I felt comfortable and never worried about my safety. Lots of machines and weights to choose from for my workout which I appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The pillows were a little too flat, but other then that comfortable.

Great room and great place to stay and great staff as well

Walking to a restaurant in the area felt a little unsafe, but the property itself felt very safe.
2.0
The hotel is very well kept, clean however the walls and door are paper thin. My partner and I were able to hear our next door neighbor talk on her phone, and nearly everytime someone was talking down the hall or opening a door it significantly disturbed the quiet of the room. Parking is atrocious, and the area surrounding the hotel is sketchy.
