This may have been the absolute worst experience I have ever encounter. Upon arriving to the hotel, the area seemed sketchy with an individual who appeared to be drunk or high slouched against the wall and an escort walking with a man into the area. When we entered the room, it had not been cleaned. There was trash, used towels and I changed bedding everywhere. The room had a very musky stench and saw a roach on the paper towels. We left immediately. The only good thing about this experience was immediate refund of the reservation. Hotels.com worked to get the refund within 24 hours. I appreciated the timeliness. Hotel is absolutely disgusting and a stay will never happen.

For the most part everything was good except I paid the extra $50 for the early check in and I still wasn’t able to get into my room until after the normal check in time. So the next morning when I checked out I talk to the lady at the counter she said she would personally make sure I was refunded that $50 and I still to this day have not gotten a refund from them. I got my $100 deposit back but not my early check in.

Horrible smell, the door didn’t close properly, the room and hallway were dirty, the sink was plugged, the window was smeared, there was a gaping hole in the bathtub, there were strange people everywhere, my kids and I did not feel safe. The thought of the smell of this hotel still makes me feel sick. It took close to 3 hours calling Hotels.com, then the property (the front desk had no one working there), then back to Hotels.com to ask them to contact the property (twice) before they finally opened a complaint. I finally got my refund 3 days later. I had to find another safer place for me and my children to stay. Expensive mistake booking this horrible place.

First time staying here. Although the environment was nice, I did not realize it wasn’t going to be like a normal hotel check in. Had to call to get checked in at 4pm even though someone was supposed to be at the desk until 5pm. Had to call back to get 2 room numbers and 2 passcodes to get into a room. After that no real issues

Building had a strange odor. Floor in room was sticky. Light by bed didn’t work. All lights seemed to be on timers and kept turning off.

Excellent location, we had a track meet at MCC for 2 days so it was great to be 5 min away. Communication was excellent. The room wasn’t bad at all but beds weren’t that comfortable. Especially the pillows. The showers were a little dirty with hair on the curtain and the corners of the shower. For how cheap it was and having a kitchenette… I didn’t care. Plus I loved being able to bring my pup along. I’d recommend it if you’re okay with some minor issues.

Only big negative was the dog noise next to us and in hallways. Evening and early am.
