Very nice rooms. I love the “organic” look and cement floors.
For convenience, I do wish there was filtered water or bottled water available in those nice refrigerators. Also, some Kleenex.
Otherwise nicely appointed.
Was not impressed with the restaurant on the roof. Got 3 orders wrong out of our group of nine. Food was good but not great.

We loved our stay. Quiet, relaxing, and fun.
Brunch was very good and the spa was excellent

Great hotel! The beds are comfortable and the root top bar has amazing views! Be aware there is limited free parking. They also have lights in the guest rooms with sensors that turned on in the middle of the night.

It was an amazing hotel!
Absolutely beautiful set up!
Shuttle ride was fantastic
Our host that checked us in was such a delight!

Stylish decor, clean, inviting. Staff friendly and went out of their way to see to our needs. Conveniently located to river park and downtown. Wish we'd had time to go to the rooftop restaurant Soma or the next-door 1820 Spa. Next time!

The hotel was amazing! The room was so so so nice! Parking however was atrocious.i did not like that i had to pay to park because the 5 spots the hotel had were occupied. The alternative was to park along the grass, but it was also full. 0/10 for parking, 9/10 for the hotel itself.

Our stay at The Brut was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything about this hotel is amazing! Definitely one of a kind in Tulsa! If you can, book the room with the hammock! It’s soooo comfy but honestly, all of their rooms are beautiful!
4.0
Very comfortable bed and large size room. AC fan was very loud and made it hard to sleep. We had to have the fan running because it got too hot without it. The room feels a little sterile, with cement floors and muted colors. Nice staff and beautiful view from the roof top restaurant.

Wow, this place is absolutely adorable. As an out of towner, I really didn’t know what the best areas to be in and this was perfect! The hotel is across from a huge park which was beautiful to look at! They have ample amount of self-parking ( + a valet option).
The room was spacious, up to date, and gave off a boho chic feel, right up my alley! Absolutely perfect. Brandon was incredibly helpful as well. Wonderful manners. Will be back!

Great service. Staff were soo kind and gave us a valentine’s gift. It was a great experience

The room was very clean and minimal, came with everything but a microwave and a regular coffee maker, they do have an electric kettle and disovable coffee packs tho. Also has a deep tub in the bathroom.the bath products provided were also good quality. The twin size bed is big enough to fit an adult and the couch was comfortable also. We had views of the river from our room and the front of the hotel is facing a big park that was always full of geese when people went playing basketball. We were in town for the bassmaster classic and the bok and cox centers are very close. Street parking in the city is free on the weekends so that was a plus. There is very little free parking at the hotel. Self Paid parking was $15 per night, or u could do valet for $28 per night. Clean part of town. And the pool was awesome for the kids. They also had an outdoor seating area with Cornhole to play and a fire pit. The roof top restaurant was very good and the roof top seating area had great views. It did get very busy and loud every night but we couldn't hear anything in the room. Overall great stay would def recommend

Beautiful hotel! Nice staff! Love the rooftop!

From the second we walked in, everything about this hotel, the staff and the overall condition of everything was wonderful. It's rare that the rooms are as nice as the lobby of most hotels. The Brute delivered on all aspects. Convenient to The Gathering Place, BOK, downtown, and popular Route 66 stops. Rooms are super clean and very comfortable. The restaurant Soma on the roof was wonderful! Killer breakfast, convenient parking, and everyone was so friendly. Made our stay perfect! Will definitely stay here from now on everytime we visit Tulsa. Usually come to Tulsa 3 to 4 X a year.

Excellent. Staff is extremely helpful.

I mentioned to the young woman checking me in that the email I received wouldn’t allow me to click reservation for the roof top restaurant. She assured me it was open table and we could eat there. Well, that was not the case. I was super embarrassed when I went for dinner and it was reservation only and I had to go somewhere else for dinner.

Very loud--you can hear everything from other rooms and whenever housekeeping is clanging around cleaning rooms.

We were in town for the Eagles concert, was happy to find out the Brut provides complimentary shuttles to BOK. Staff was very helpful. Hospitality is a priority for The Brut.

Very nice employees, room was great w/hammock!!, free shuttle to BOK both ways!!!!!

Long on promise, short on delivery. First time stay for a concert. Promised easy ground transportation, shuttle overbooked. Elevators super slow, restaurant ran out of glasses. Otherwise, room design was great and comfortable. Great potential but plenty of other options in Tulsa.

Love the amazing hotel and staff. Rooftop bar is great!!
Total at check in was $50 more than total on reservation…

The room was absolutely spotless. We stayed in a room across from the elevators, but it wasn’t noisy at all! We definitely recommend for a staycation.

Overall a great stay and staff was beyond kind.

It was beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. Coffee bar was great. The bathtub was deep and the essential oil soaps were lovely. The room had robes, throw away slippers, sleeping masks, and ear plugs. The kettle was nice and the loose leaf tea in the room was delicious. We didn't get to use the pool but we did check it out and can't wait for nicer weather to go back and utilize it! Also, there was wine for sell in the coffee/snack bar! Will definitely be staying again.

Loved the experience

It didn’t match the pictures or expectations from the website. Bad neighborhood, bad views even though they said “spectacular”. Place was tiny, no lobby, looks run down, pool is in the parking lot. I would have cancelled if I was staying more than a night. They tried to make a hip boutique, but it’s small and stale. Service was good, nice people.

The simplistic style was gorgeous and comfortable. Our room felt more like a studio apartment. We loved the kitchenette, the spa like bath products. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have a shuttle for downtown and valet parking. Everything was clean and beautiful! We will definitely stay again!

Cement floors in rooms with 2 tiny tugs were cold. No phones in rooms and emergency number/text no response. Safe down on bottom of floor in closet..No decaf coffee anywhere in hotel. No microwave ,
Staff was excellent and good food in very attractive Soma Restaurant.

Nothing not to like. This new and fresh hotel brings modern take to live.
The room we had was spacious. We love everything about it, although the floor is a bit cold for our preference since there is no carpet and the whole floor is concrete. Easy to clean for sure but had to wear the slippers the whole time we were in the room which were provided in the rooms by the way. So, no biggie.
Breakfast on weekend started at 9, unfortunately we had to leave before 9 so we did not get to try it. Breakfast on the rooftop would be AMAZING.
Valet parking is not on everyone preference of course since you have to pay extra $28/night. But it was quick and easy, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to places you need to go to.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Still working out some opening kinks, but the room was beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel was very nice , it's clean and everyone was friendly. They have a cute little coffee shop in the lobby and up stairs they have a restaurant, but you have to make reservations to eat there . Unfortunately my husband and I didn't know so we didn't get to eat there. Besides that we had a fun experience, amazing view too with a great location.
