Evenings typically cool down enough to open up windows and help air out the home. Guest Access: Automated door locks! Every guest will have their own unique access code specific to their reservation. This ensures security and privacy. Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation. Other Things to Note: We do not accept pets. Early check-ins are available per request for a small $65 fee! Ask for availability first! Late check-outs will be charged an additional $65. Our family stayed here for Christmas- three kiddos (ages 2-5), sister-in-law and her husband and my husband’s parents. There was plenty of space for everyone! Each bedroom was a good size and the main living area, kitchen and dining room were big enough for the six adults and three littles. The entire house was well-decorated which made it feel modern and upscale. The large couches, blankets and fireplace made the main living area super cozy. It was a pleasant surprise to see the refrigerator and pantry stocked with some essentials (maybe leftovers from previous guests but it all worked just the same)! The only negative was the downstairs bedrooms got a bit cold at night. We managed with warmer blankets on the beds, so not a big deal!

We had a great stay at this property. Its modern yet very homey. Its clean and got all we need. Too bad we only stayed for a night. We hope to stay longer next time!

Very easy location and nice modern home to stay in for my wedding weekend. The home accommodated myself and guests wonderfully. Plenty of beds for everyone!

Everyone really liked it. Our only issue was the propane was empty for the bbq. We had to go fill it ourselves. We were reimbursed 50$ for the inconvenience.

We loved this property. The communication with the manager via Email was very good, only the jacuzzi was not really clean. But after cleaning we could use it. The check-in was very easy. A few hours before the arrival we got a code and everything was fine. The house had all utensils you need. A welcome gift was also given. We had a great time. Thanks.

Me and my family visited north Lake Tahoe and decided to stay here. The property is very nice and well organized. This house is great for big family!!! The owner is very nice and response to your message quickly if you needed any help. Great place!!!
