This was the perfect spot for a comfortable and relaxing stay with my daughter. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle with a taste of “old Sarasota.” The home was spotless upon our arrival and had all of the essentials to get us going — toiletries, coffee, and dish washing supplies. The space is nicely appointed and comfortable for 2-4 people. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space for lounging. And very close to the airport which was very convenient. A great place overall.

What a wonderful, not overstated, terrifically located property! Needed to work while visiting, WiFi was excellent! Air conditioning for those not acclimated to the heat was def not cool enough, but that was a personal issue. Loved our time here!!

Home was immaculate, nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was great and very relaxing. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

House is clean and attractive, true to pictures. Backyard pool is very nice, could not use as much as we hoped due to weather. Property managers were responsive to some small problems with our stay. Check in was easy. A little disconcerting that we never received the partial refund we were promised due to some issues with our stay. The house is in a residential neighborhood that is a short driving distance to everything. There are no “spring break parties” or big noise at night, however there is CONSTANT activity and noise during the day - construction, noisy landscaper crews with blowers/cutters, pool cleaners and so on. Not as peaceful as we had hoped, to enjoy the beautiful backyard! Probably will not return.

The outdoor spaces were fantastic - football and grilling by the pool made for a heavenly Saturday, Very comfortable property, and the proximity to the airport made it very convenient to pick-up / drop-off family. Property was clean and inviting. I had work and decided to bring the family. We extended the stay and had a blast. We had a personal issue reached out to the property manager. Without hesitation, she jumped right in And took care of it. That exceeded my expectations. If work brings me back. I would definitely book again.

This property was perfect. It is close to everything you could possibly want to do in Sarasota and is in a very safe-feeling and quiet location. It is exactly as advertised and has the cutest indoor and outdoor decor. Everything was spotless, and the beds were super comfy. The backyard is the best part and made us not really want to leave to go do anything else. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and patio area. There is a grill that is fully equipped and an outdoor TV, which made for a lot of fun. We even had a peacock visitor hang out on the front porch for a few hours! Absolutely would love to stay here again.

We had such a fun time at this little house. The tv outside was perfect to watch by the pool. We are definitely planning to stay again! Close to downtown Sarasota so it was a quick Uber ride to several restaurants. Lots of peacocks roaming around the neighborhood and we loved it.

Our family loved our Spring Break stay at this beautiful home! The pool was warm despite some chilly temperatures and the outdoor kitchen was amazing for grilling and watching the NCAA tournament. The inside of the home is immaculate and absolutely adorable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sapphire Shores. It's a great neighborhood near the bay with peacocks to boot. It's a bit of a trek to the beaches but there's so much more character to this neighborhood than some place like Siesta. And with this backyard, you may not choose to leave! The kitchen was well-appointed with sharp knives and all the right appliances and dishes. It's got one of the widest kitchen windows I've ever seen, so you don't feel you've left the back yard. The only complaint I would have is the lack of basic cable. There are many Smart TVs across the house and one in the yard but they all rely on apps. There is a Samsung TV default that gives current national news. But we struggled to watch the Masters--eventually having to buy Paramount +.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Shores. The place is clean and wonderfully decorated. And the back patio/pool area is amazing. Truly a place to kick back and relax.
Lacey at Mainsail was super responsive and helpful with anything we reached out about.
It was easy to get to downtown Saratoga, Lido Beach and even Siesta Key (depending on traffic!). Definitely would stay again if in Saratoga.

Overall the place was great. A few of the features didn’t work like the outdoor fridge and cooler. Moots of the decorative led lights also did I not work in the front and backyard. One of the gutter led patio lights was also out. I would suggest adding a string or lights on the trellis to make the patio more useful at night.

We had a wonderful week at this property—and had absolutely perfect weather! Enjoyed seeing roaming peacocks on our morning walks in the neighborhood, ate breakfast/lunch and played cribbage in the outdoor dining area, relaxed and soaked up the sun by the pool, and explored many local restaurants for dinner. Many amenities were provided and accommodations very comfortable. We played tennis at a local park, hit range balls at a local golf course, played mini-golf, and shopped at Ellenton mall. We were sad to leave this winter retreat!

My family of five stayed at Indian Beach Sapphire Shores for a week over Thanksgiving break. It's an adorable house that's been completely updated. Everything in it seems to be new. The beds were the most comfortable we'd ever slept in, and the whole neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The backyard is a paradise -- very private and with wonderful landscaping and a beautiful pool. The reason I'm not giving this property a five is for a couple of reasons: 1. the pool is advertised as "heated," and our intention was to find a place with a heated pool to basically spend the whole week swimming and relaxing. But the heat was very inconsistent. The first three days, I texted with the property manager a # of times, and she said the owners would keep the heat on and turn it up -- but the heat really was so inconsistent that we couldn't use the pool a lot of time. On our last full day there, they sent out a pool guy to check the pool, but even then the heater never clicked on. 2. There weren't any games, and there wasn't a guest book with recommendations/maps/etc. When I asked for recommendations, the very helpful and nice property manager sent me a list of names of restaurants and places but with no info or anything. The lack of games and a guest book just made it seem less welcoming/homey. Most of our stay was cloudy, and one day it rained, and I went over to Walmart and bought cards and UNO and a couple of board games. If the pool worked and if there were some games/guest book, this would be a 5 star rating.

My family stayed here for 4 days. It was perfect for our beach getaway. The house was impeccably clean. It appeared newly remodeled or “flipped”. The decor is cheerful and bright. The heated pool was the absolute highlight. We enjoyed it daily, perfect after a hot day at the beach. The house is in a great location, a quick drive to everything we wanted to experience in the Sarasota area. It is tucked away on a very quiet, safe, cute residential street. The houses are relatively close and the community seems tight knit, a little leery of the people in the rental house. I have no doubt that if there were rowdy renters or parties, the neighbors would be very upset. Now to the few kinks or issues we had with the stay. There were little things we had to remedy throughout the stay. The propane tank for the grill was empty, the batteries for the remote controlling the lights were out with no replacements on site. The dishwasher had a little funk to it. When we tried to use it, it didn’t work. Repair man said it was hooked up wrong, this I feel like we were the very first to use it! The property manager was extremely responsive and polite in remedying these issues. They certainly didn’t ruin our wonderful time here. It simply felt as though we were the first family to stay here so we were finding the issues that needed to be worked on. I do have a word of caution for families with small children. The pool has no fence and the doors have no alarm. Thankfully, my 5 year old daughter respected our rules of not going outside when we weren’t out as well. The doors are easy to open for a child so this could be a real issue for some families. Overall, we loved our stay. We were sad to leave and we look forward to booking again in the future.
