Situated in Atlanta, this charming house for $441 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This whole home is a duplex that has a three bedroom upstairs unit and two bedroom downstairs unit. Both have full kitchens, living room and baths. It is located in the thriving Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Walk on the Freedom Trail to the Beltline connecting you to neighborhoods Inman Park Midtown and Little Five Points. Only one light away from the freeway. Just 2 minutes from downtown and all the Atlanta attractions. Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, College Football Hall of Fame, Civil Rights Museum, Martin Luther King Center, and Americas Mart. The space When you stay, you will occupy the whole home, which is comprised of two separate units, one upstairs and one downstairs. The units have separate entrances side by side through the two front doors of the home. Upstairs unit has three bedrooms and downstairs unit has two. Each unit has a full kitchen. Downstairs the main living area has a dining room, larger living room and a half bath. Two bedrooms - one ensuite with king bed, television and full bathroom within. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom just outside. There is a deck off the back of the home with a private backyard. Upstairs has a smaller living/dining area. Three bedrooms. One ensuite with king bed television and full bath within. One with a queen bed, sitting area with television and fireplace (non working), half bath and a large balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed and full bath just outside. There is also a deck off the back overlooking the backyard. Guest access The guest will have the whole home (upstairs and downstairs units) to themselves during their visit. They will also have exclusive access to the back yard. Had an incredible weekend with my Sister friends… the decor was very original and delightful… the beds slept soooo good. We rented both duplex and had soooo much space… it really felt like home! All the conveniences that you can imagine… huge TVs… up to date appliances …Very clean! Definitely will try to get this spot the next time I am in Atlanta!

Arrived on a Friday for a quick weekend. The VRBO was perfect for two adults and two teens. The location was only 10 minutes from major attractions. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and communication with the host was instant when I needed to reach out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This large duplex worked very well for our family of 3 couples and 2 "adult" teens. Lots of privacy available, but still room to gather for meals and conversation. Everything was a pictured online. The location was superb, walking distance to great restaurants, the Beltline, and Krogers. Host was very responsive.

Stayed at this property with 7 other adults for a family member’s wedding. The house was perfect, clean, spacious, and beautiful. The pictures were spot-on. Julian was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved it!

This home was in a very good proximity to all the attractions that we wanted to do. Also, the home is very beautiful and nicely updated. I was really shocked about all the art and fixtures the home has.

This Vrbo worked out perfectly for our 4 night stay. Conveniently located to everything you'd want to do in Atlanta, particularly the Beltline and everything it has to offer! The house had plenty of bathrooms so that every couple felt they had their own space, and the common area was a perfect size to sit back, hang and play games whenever we weren't outside. Highly recommend!

The duplex was perfect for our group of ladies. We were able to spread out in both living spaces. Both spaces were equipped with everything you needed to include spices in the cabinets, cleaning supplies and detergent. Julian was amazing. We did encounter a problem initially, but Julian was there to try and fix the problem. He is top notch, first class and in touch with the property and his guest. I highly recommend this property. So many great features. Thank you again Julian for making our stay comfortable.

Our immediate family stayed together at this beautiful home while visiting Atlanta for a larger family reunion. The duplex was perfect for all of us (ages 10-79!) & the pictures were 100% accurate. Julian was a wonderful and responsive host and we would definitely stay at his property again! The location was on a quiet street and was about a 5-10 minute drive from the Centennial Park attractions. This was a fabulous find!

We utilized the whole house as far as bedrooms but stocked and cooked in the downstairs kitchen. The house is exactly as it appears online, beds are comfortable with plenty of bathrooms, large dining table downstairs where we could all sit to eat. We were able to easily walk the 1.5 miles to Centennial Park for the marathon to avoid parking hassles. We also really enjoyed the back decks to relax on post race as the evening was very pleasant. Only negative was the loud mechanical humming from the ramp across the street. We didn't sit on the front porch as this was loud enough to be annoying. You couldn't hear it inside the house or out back. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had too.
