Location was great.

Paper thin walls. Lots of construction. No gym facilities.

Location was good. Room was spacious. Nice balconies. Nice pool. Restaurant on site.

No coffee makers in room. Check out at 11 am rather than noon. Not all rooms had refrigerators.

Loved the restaurant and the pool and the marina. The staff were great.

Our room wa up some very steep stairs and we had a lot of luggage. Next visit we will request floor level room.

The WiFi is not working very well.

Very proximate to the Marina and staff at bar were very accommodating.

The place was filthy. Only one outlet in the room to charge laptop and cell phone which worked sporadically. Room cleaning service, if it came at all, was very late in the day.

very old world charming, clean, well maintained, helpful friendly staff, very “sweet” pool area with scheduled activities, bar, restaurant, music… Marina shops /restaurants close and good for walking

our water wasn’t getting hot very fast, bed a bit hard, the duvet cover was bothersome.

Basic hotel room , nice pool, good staff. Restaurant on site, close to lots of restaurants in the Marina.

The rooms could use an update and more amenities ( coffee maker and maybe a small fridge.)

I liked the staff at the resort. We met tons of friendly travellers who really made our stay extra special. The resort was a good size and was very clean.

We bought in the all inclusive but the food was very poor plus I ended up getting sick one full day so then after that I couldn’t eat the food from the resort. The drinks at the bar were all mediocre poor alcohol choices for the all inclusive. If they improved both of these things the resort would be amazing.

You can hear everything when sleeping, the front door does not have any insulation or anyhting to block the noise coming from outside, this is the first time I stay at a hotel where you hear everything when triyng to rest: luggage wheels, kids running and crying when passing by, employees yelling at each other when in the hallway, etc Could not sleep well at all during the night or early morning. Couch in the seating area was in terrible shape, could not even seat there, very uncomfortable, this must go to the garbage and replace it with a new one. Ordered one glass of milk from room service and it took 30 min and nobody showed up, had to call again just to find out that there was no milk and I guess nobody bothered to call me. we stayed 2 weeks and when checking out nobody bothered to ask how was our stay until I mentioned to the desk person, then she asked me, I explained to her all of the above mentioned but did not care much, terrible customer service. Except for the bellboy, nobody is trained to really provide a good customer service, they have a lot to improve starting with the noise. The manager should stay one night on the 4th floor and experience what we had so maybe then he could consider making some changes. they need a mini frigde and coffee maker in each room, all the hotels have that now, they are a way behind . Hope this helps other people before they choose this place.

Nice quiet marina location. Full-facility hotel with a pool, restaurant, and room service. Short walking distance of many other restaurants, bars, and shopping. Great staff.

No drawers or cabinets to store clothing for an extended stay.
