Nestled in Cordoba, this attractive condo for $218 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Fantastic apartment of new construction, newly furnished, exterior and very bright. Fully equipped with A / C and central heating, Samsung 10 "Tablet, Wi-Fi, Smart TV 42", free access to movies and series with Netflix, TV in bedroom, Wii video console, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee maker .. . Decorated with a functional, modern and very cozy style. Ideal for families as it has a cot, high chair and games for children. Strategic situation in the center, near the train station and the historic center, just 5 minutes walk from both. Free garage. You'll love it! Let the beautiful light of Cordoba enter through the windows of all the exterior rooms of the house; Bedrooms, living room and kitchen, overlooking the Juan Carlos I park, which makes it a very nice and bright home. The construction is recent, so the kitchen or its two full bathrooms have very little time. The furniture, beds, utensils, cutlery, dishes and clothes are recent and constantly renewed. It has a bedroom with a double bed of 150, a second bedroom with two beds of 90 and a third bedroom with a bunk bed for two more people. In addition, you can convert the living room into another bedroom by opening the two sofa beds and if you need it I can also provide cribs for the children of the house! Due to its location you can walk in a few minutes to all the most emblematic places of the city (Mezquita, Alcázar, Synagogue, Museums, Roman Bridge ...), but if you come by car, it has a parking space for all the stay (see vehicle model). The Internet connection, the available Samsung 10 "tablet and the large Led TV with free access to dozens of movies and series through Netflix will allow you to relax and regain strength after an exciting day touring the city. You will have the whole house for yourself, without sharing spaces with anyone and without bothering you at all ... In the apartment you will find in addition to amenities and some surprise, a guide of the city of Córdoba with the services you will find near your home, useful information such as transport or telephone numbers of interest and my recommendations on restoration, routes, visits, etc. You just have to tell me what kind of trip you like and I will recommend visits and places to adjust an unforgettable visit to your tastes and needs I am an expert! The apartment is located in a strategic place; Between the nerve and commercial center of the city and the historic or Jewish neighborhood that attracts millions of tourists every year. Only 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the Jewish quarter or the best shops in the city. Around it you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, bus stops and the lively gastronomic market of La Victoria. And all this without problems of access by car. We stayed in Jaime's apartment for 2 nights in December and it was a convenient, comfortable place for us to explore the landmarks in Cordoba. It is within walking distance of the Juderia. The Mezquite, the Synagogue and the Sefarad Museum were all fascinating. Although Jaime was away during our stay and we were met upon arriving by his agent, he was extremely friendly and helpful during the months between our booking and our arrival, offering suggestions and answering any questions we had.

We had a great stay. The house has everything you need for a family. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. They have many extras at the house, kitchen is fully equipped, beds were super comfy. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location is great, close to main street and walking distance to the old town center. Free parking was a plus. The owner was one of the kindest people I have interacted with. He gave us great suggestions for activities, food and more in Cordoba. Couple of us fell sick during the trip and the owner helped with finding medical care and checked on us often. Overall we enjoyed our time in Cordoba and this rental made it more comfortable and fun

We were very pleased with this charming apartment, conveniently located walking distance to the mosque and cathedral, and to all manner of shops, restaurants, and the fantastic Victoria food hall (highly recommend for large groups). We parked our van in the very safe underground lot, and were introduced to the apartment by the very friendly agent of the owner. Explored the neighborhood on foot for the next day and a half. Great spot for a large family, and we will definitely book again.

This is a wonderful location a very short distance from all the beauty that Cordoba has to offer. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the space was lovely. We stayed few nights and we loved every second of it!

Following a soccer tournament, my husband and five of my teammates (women) travelled to Cordoba for two nights. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed and the host supplied us with lots of information so we had plenty to do and choose from. AND it was all within walking distance of the apartment. Can’t wait to come back and stay again

The apartment was lovely and clean also central to what we wanted to see. Jaime was such a lovely host. He gave us information about where to eat, what to visit and also arranged a taxi to collect us when we were going out in the evening. Unfortunately we only had one night here but packed a lot in!

We had a great stay in Cordoba, this property is close- even for kids as young as 5, to walk to the historic center of town. Parking garage was bigger than what I was used to in Spain which was very nice. Host is communicative and very helpful with any and all needs. Highly recommend, we were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the Mesquita or mosque and the Jewish quarter in Cordoba. Jaime is a great host and offered some great suggestions for activities. The apartment was clean and checking and check out process was very easy.

This place was in a great location, the apartment was well equipped and easy check-in process. Only thing I would mention is, there is no elevator so if you have a lot of suit cases it's a bit of a workout to the 5th floor. Otherwise awesome place!

Our family of five only stayed in Jaime's apartment one night, but it was very comfortable and convenient - a 7 minute walk from train and bus station and a short 15 min walk to historical center. Jaime was incredibly kind and patient when we arrived late for our check in due to issues with turning in our rental car and we very much appreciated his hospitality. He also left us a welcome gift of a nice bottle of Spanish olive oil. The apartment is very well appointed and there is even an iPad for you to use to research the city if you like. I highly recommend this apartment!

My family of five were only able to stay here for one night, but we were more than pleased with this apartment. It is close to the old part of town, but also near to shopping and the train station. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and our host was very helpful with recommendations and hints for making the most of our stay. His suggestions were so helpful that we wished we could stay another day to take advantage of all the city had to offer. If we were to go back, we would be sure to stay longer.
