Comfortable and clean place. Beautiful view of ocean and beach from balcony. Very convenient location for beach and for boardwalk area. We would stay here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach.

We rented a private condo at the Atlantica Hotel in Myrtle Beach. The condo exceeded our expectations - it appeared to be recently remodeled, was squeaky clean, and the view of the ocean was awesome. The balcony overlooked the hotel's pool, which was kept meticulously clean and the curfew enforced. I'd highly recommend this unit, one of "Brian's Condos."

We have been coming to MB for the past 11 years and 8 of them we rented from Brian. He is always available and quick to respond. We never had any issues and we plan to keep on renting from him in the future. We also love the condo at Atlantica. Much bigger than the one bedroom condos we rented in the past. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were really nice and the best part in my opinion is that it has a washer and drier in the apartament. The grounds and pools are also clean and very nice. We had a wonderful stay!

This is located very close to the busiest strip in MB. With so many people walking by, and through the property, the maintenance staff kept the place super clean! Security was good, too. Only thing to beware of is the wandering crazies that float around this area. One threatened my 12 year old with a stick and swearing just outside the pool gate.

What a nice getaway! The communication with Brian was quick and helpful. The location is high traffic however, you can’t tell that in the room. If you want the Myrtle beach experience, this is a great location.

Closer to rides, busy nightlife than we expected. The weather was good though and the condo was nice, and clean, with many amenities! We ate breakfast most days in the condo.

Great location to everything, but no wifi, even thought it says free wifi, not as clean as expected but doable, i would stay again just need to bring my own wifi Hotspot

Perfect vacation spot for my daughter and her friends. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return. Only complaint is pillows weren’t very comfortable.. will bring my own next time we stay. Thank you, Brian!

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach! Property was clean and had all the necessities for a 4 day get away. Beds were comfortable. Atlantica resort was well kept each day. Definitely would stay again.

Great location, we felt very safe. Nice restaurants close we didn’t get in our car for 4 days. Pools aren’t heated and the couch is past it’s prime.

Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. I personally thought the wall bed was the most comfortable believe it or not. I will stay here again. The only issue we had was we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some. It was not a big deal though.

This unit was the perfect size for the two of us. We were on the second floor, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the people. Walking on the beach and enjoying the warm weather.
We hope we can rent this property again. We will recommend it to friends.

The unit was extremely clean! Actually, the entire building was VERY clean and smoke-free, which is a huge plus! We saw people cleaning the passageways, lobby, pool area, etc. daily.
The unit had everything we needed (towels, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.). It's well set up, and being oceanfront is so nice! The living room furniture could use an update; the couch and chair were pretty uncomfortable. The beds, however, were great!
Overall, no complaints! We had a great week! This was our second time staying at this unit, and we'd definitely choose to stay again.

Great oceanfront condo! Very furnished, spacious, nice views and close to everything. Many things within walking distance. Grocery store, bars, restaurants, shopping, the sky wheel, amusement parks, and ice cream shops. We also enjoyed the hot tub & lazy river. Building, pool gate & condo all had keyless/code locks so you don’t have to carry around extra keys. Brian was easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend this condo.

The hotel was exactly as posted. Close to elevator and overlooking the pool. Ocean was a very short walk. The view was amazing. The only thing that was annoying was the parking lot was too far away from the hotel.

Great location for the strip. A bit noisy on the weekend (street sounds) had some noisy guests for a few days, but not a reflection on the owner we rented from in any way. It is a beach town with a lot of 20-somethings. Once we got past the weekend things settled down a bit. Loved being within walking distance to so many places, the pool & such easy access to the beach. Especially enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the day break and in the evening relaxing after dinner. Definitely feel we got our money’s worth! Only suggestion I would make is that if you have stability/mobility issues, getting in/out of the garden tub to shower might be a challenge. All in all, enjoyed our stay very much!

Property was just as described, right on the beach! Great place for beach getaway. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Unit was fully stocked for cooking.

Really liked the view and the walk to the pier. Clientele was a little sketchy but the property owner cannot help that. Close to everything, had everything we needed and close to the beach.

The unit was clean and spacious with a gorgeous view. I loved the security of the place too. The check in process was very easy as well.

Great experience! My family of 5 fit comfortably. It was great having the lazy river and pool. The beach was right out the back door. My son played at the Cal Ripken Experience and we were nice and close to everything.

We loved our stay with Brian, we have stayed at the Atlantica many times and Brian's condo did not disappoint. The condo was clean and just as pictured online. Brian was very friendly! We had a small bump with check-in but not too big of an issue and would recommend providing a vacuum for guests who are staying for longer periods of time, as well as basic kitchen condiments, but the many pots, pans etc were appreciated!
