Our condo was beachfront, the view was gorgeous, and the pools, property, surroundings were lovely.

Great price great view of ocean

Property looked just like the photos online. Brian was quick to answer and super friendly at check in. The place was clean and cozy, with a gorgeous view. Perfect location, not too close to the bustle but a quick walk away. My ONLY complaint is that we could not get the sleep timer on the bedroom to work. Will DEFINITELY consider this property again. Thank you!

We originally planned this trip back in 2020 and it was cancelled right before COVID shutdown. Our host was nice enough to postpone it to 2021, which sadly, was also cancelled. Not trip in 2022, but finally was able to get this trip planned again for Spring 2023. Our host was great to work with and his property was perfect for us and as advertised. Wonderful ocean views. Would stay here again and again...

The space was lovely and clean with a balcony overlooking the beach. The pool was nice, but the hot tub and lazy River were dirty. It was in a good location and exactly what we were looking for! Thank you!

We had a great time and the property manager, Brian, has the process down. I appreciate that he has a check-out list. I always wonder how and where to leave the linens, how to leave the thermostat set, etc. Brian spells it out and it makes leaving hassle-free. Our only disappointment was finding the indoor pool and hot tub has been closed since February and there is no posted timetable for reopening. A sign said they were replacing the ceiling, and everything was covered in plastic drop cloths, but no one worked on it during the ten days we were there. Knowing that Myrtle Beach can be pretty cold in March, we had selected this property specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub. That was a pretty big disappointment for us, but everything else about the condo, location, parking, and resort, was great!

Condo was very nice and clean. It was very close to everywhere we needed to go. Downfall - (and completely NOT at fault of the owner whatsoever) Our neighbors were smoking Marijuana on the balcony and the smell came into our condo. The indoor pool and hot tub was unavailable which we weren't notified about. My daughter loves to swim and couldn't because it was too cold and windy to swim outdoors. Every night the street traffic was incredibly LOUD from 8pm-midnight. Loud motors, revving up engines, beeping there horns, etc. in which we heard it all trying to sleep. Also, the water for showers were not hot at all. Like I said, not the owners are not at any of the fault for the above. They can't control irresponsible individuals. Overall, the condo was nice (could use an upgrade, no biggie though), but the surroundings were awful

The condo was clean and as described, check in was very simple, just one quick phone call, and we were in.

Condo was cute, clean and in a great location. The balcony was our favorite spot. The condo itself was awesome. I would book it again for my family in a heartbeat. It was the perfect size, had everything we needed. We stayed in January so the resort was basically empty. But the weed smell is strong. The amount of people that smoke on the balconies is horrible. My 7 and 11yo were not happy about it. The inside pools were awesome, the resort was clean and we felt safe there. The cleaning staff was out and about cleaning every morning into the afternoon. The laundry here is horrible. Very old and outdated.

This is the perfect condo for staying in Myrtle Beach. Beautiful beach front view with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The inside was very well furnished and clean. Everything you would ever need in the full kitchen. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. Brain is a wonderful host. see you next year!!

My sister and I were very pleased with this condo. It was clean had everything we needed, beds really comfortable. The view was spectacular. We would definitely return to this condo. Brian was amazing to deal with, thank you for a great stay.

Everything was great!! The checkin was Easy. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Woke up to the sunrise every morning . Beautiful !! There were so many things to do it was hard to squeeze everything in a week. You couldn’t hear anyone in the other room at all it was very quite. Plenty of space if you wanted to bring the kids.

We liked everything. Little noise from vehicles on main Street. But pools are very nice. Could be open until 10-11.

This is definitely not a place to take young children. We were greeted with vomit in The elevator which was in there for a while. My young kids repeatedly asked me what the smell was and it was marijuana. There were large bugs in the lazy river. Not the small ones that you expect to occasionally have. They were at least the size of my pinky finger. The room was somewhat clean but there was a large mold stain on the ceiling and paint was also chipping from ceiling too. We spent one night there. My husband wasn’t feeling well and did not feel comfortable with leaving me alone in the pool area with my kids 10,9,and 6. As there is no control of who can come in and out of the property. There was no type of security. When I tried to Just pay for the night we stayed the property manager wasn’t really easy to work with so we lost a chunk of money for a very unpleasant experience. Any time we have travelled we have always paid a portion before arrival and the remainder when leaving. Instead we were out $1900+ and accused of taking hardware from something and a curtain rod. I guess shame on me for not reading the reviews before booking and not realizing it was shady paying for it all up front. There is a reason why they ask for the whole amount upon arrival and not running like other places where they give you back the money for the nights you don’t stay.

Great property , everything was close.

Location is great. Easy access to beach and pool, 20 minute beach walk to pier… longer with toddlers. Check-in and out was a breeze. Laundry is not so convenient of a location to the property.

So the place is super lax on the rules. Tons of super drunk collage kids the first two nights. On night four and five the neighbors to the right where screaming and yelling I called security and it turns out they don’t actually do anything except keep people out of the pool at night. They said it wasn’t there units what ever that means. Kids like a night swim thought they should be allowed instead we went down to the beach and played in the water. Super close walk to the beach the place is beautiful. But again security won’t let you swim at night but allow fifty drunk collage people to drink and cuss in the pool all afternoon. I would definitely give this place five stars but for that it would have to be managed better and I don’t think it has anything to do with the owner/booking people. It has to do with resort operations.

Brian was very easy to get in contact with & he even let me check in a little early. The location was excellent & I loved the multiple pools & hot tubs & lazy river. The condo was more than enough for the 2 of us & could easily fit more people comfortably. I would definitely stay again!

Loved that the property was so close to everything...was very clean..was great for just the two of us....beautiful view of the ocean...very easy to deal with Brian....will look it up again next year

Overall everything was very nice. My only complaints are that there should be more towels for people staying for a week. The room stayed very moist so things would not dry at all. Not sure if there is a way to have better laundry facilities because the sets next door were always full of clothes and with the towels and my clothes feeling so wet it made the room start to smell musty. The remote for the main room with the beds for the tv was broken but we didn’t use that tv much.

It was a nice stay. Usually there is soap, etc. to get you started. We didn't have that, but not a big deal. We'd stay again.

Pictures make the unit look a lot larger than it was. We thought it took up the whole floor. The floor was covered with sand when we got there but after we cleaned it up, we could not have enjoyed our stay any more. The balcony views are amazing, the proximity to the beach was fabulous. The hot tubs, pools, and lazy river were tons of fun. The locale in relation to route 17 and all the shops, restaurants, and big wheel were excellent (close enough to walk to but not so close that it overwhelmed you) Would return again once we got used to the size of the room

Overall it was a nice place. The floors were a little dirty and there was hair in the bathtub. According to the pictures I thought the bedroom was a separate room and not right as you enter the condo. You have to walk through the bedroom to get to the kitchen and living room. Overall it was a nice stay.
