From the living room you have excellent views of the ocean, sand pit and marina, a great place to kick back for beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The owners have filled this home with all of the essentials for your stay, just pack your clothes! Included is a fully equipped kitchen, quality linens, from bath to bedrooms. There are two outside areas to entertain and relax. Enjoy the outdoor grill for a nice BBQ dinner. Great location to take a drive and experience many close communities off of historical Highway 1. Morro Bay is a small beach front community between San Luis Obispo and Cambria off of Highway 1. Morro Rock is one of the seven sister of extinct volcanoes. The rock was a navigational aid for sailors, but visitor and locals love to have view of the rock from every angle, it's a memorizing site. Morro Bay has a micro climate so it is important to pack for cool to warm weather in one day. Bird enthusiasts come and visit since Morro Bay is a designated national bird sanctuary. Loved our stay at this darling Morro Bay house! There were five of us in the home, three generations, and it was perfect. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, beautiful yard and an easy walk to the Embarcadero. We mostly ate out, but did prepare a meal one evening and found the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the location and amenities at this rental! Very close walk to all the restaurants, shops, and the Rock! The beds were comfy, and we had plenty of space for our family. Loved the outdoor areas with beautiful landscaping. Wonderful vacation home!

House was clean and comfy and close to everything. We were on a girl trip so lots of walking, shopping, wine and cards. The house is very well equipped with all you could need.

Well laid out house. Good BBQ set up. Two bathrooms nice. Full laundry is great. Kitchen appliances and dishes well stocked. There was even ice in the freezer was a nice touch. Cute decor plenty of TV’s

Very nice property. Well kept and with all the conveniences. It is just above the Embarcadero at Morro Bay. So walking distance to everything. Beautiful yard and outdoor sitting areas. Two couples shared there a 31st wedding anniversary there during recent four nights day. Couldn't have been nicer!

This house is perfectly located to anything you want to see or do in Morro Bay and surrounding areas. You can walk to Morro Rock and all the shops at the Emarcadero and downtown. And all the details in the house were well thought out. We had everything we needed. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Such a wonderful property in a great location. Left the car parked for the weekend as everything is walking distance. Will definitely be renting again.

The house is very spacious, great layout with 3 bedrooms with King beds and 2 bathrooms. The beds are very comfy. Very retro from the 50's/60's with pink and peach tile in the bathrooms, super cute! It was very clean! Tons of storage space. The house is very well-appointed with everything you would need! Two great deck and patio areas, and a very nice BBQ. Communication with the property manager was great!
Location is awesome, 2 blocks walking distance to Embarcadero where all the shops and restaurants are. We will definitely be coming back to this house!

My friends and I have stayed at this property 2 yrs in a row....it is close to the Embarcadero and so comfortable! Great view from the property, and walkable to most anything you need or want to do. We ventured out this time and walked to nearby streets in Morro Bay, where we visited a farmers market, shopped at vintage stores, enjoyed beverages at a local bar, and had a great pizza, just a few streets north of the home. We loved the new outdoor furniture and we spent much time enjoying the 2 patios at the home . The home itself is well appointed, with everything you may need during your stay. Property Mgt is just a phone call away if needed. I am giving it 5 *****!

This house was perfect. We appreciate everything included with the house including cookware, dishes, and bbq grill. The neighborhood was pleasant and peaceful. The house was close to our favorite shops, restaurants, and of course the morro rock! Thank you! We will be back for our annual family trip.

We absolutely loved this place, so much so we have plans on going back to this exact location. The home is perfect for your family and within walking distance of everything you need. Anything you can think of is already provided by the host. You can tell by the guest sign in book how many people have been to this place several times. We would highly recommend this location.

This is an absolutely adorable home. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. The house is clean, comfortable, all the conveniences from home, nice little back patio plus yard area. A little old school charm. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space plus still room to come together also. I would consider this home a hidden gem.

Over the years I have stayed at more than a half dozen properties in the area. My guests continually raved about the location of this house. Everyone really enjoyed it. The side porch was especially nice for enjoying the October days and evenings with its protected fencing.

The house worked very well for our family: my husband and I were joined by my brother and sister-in-law and their 7-year old daughter. The patio and garden were lovely. And the proximity to the water and Main Street made this a very walkable location. Loved the view of the Rock. A magical place!

House well decorated and equipped. Very charming. Perfect location one block above Boardwalk and main St. We appreciated beautiful landscaping, outdoor deck and barbecue. Hope to make this house our yearly summer destination.
