Beach access stairs are rebuilt for Beach Access directly from our ocean deck! Daytona's Wide Beach has Returned!! This 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front condominium features a split floor plan, each bedroom is on its own side of the unit. Every room has a fabulous view! We have just finished totally remodeling the unit, all furnishings are new! In this 8th floor unit we opened up the kitchen putting in a large kitchen bar and expanding the kitchen so its occupants can also enjoy the view! The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. In the living room is a queen sleeper. For this we went to a Palliser 3 over 3 super queen sleeper. No need to remove cushions! Just pull it open to enjoy the gel memory foam mattress and a level no bar sleeping surface.! We understand the importance of a good nights sleep.

The condo was as beautiful as pictured online. So nice and clean! Great communication from staff and April was excellent and we were even able to get into the place a little early. Had a Keurig AND a Coffee Pot (so important for us moms!),. April gave us lots of suggestions for great locations we could visit when not on the beach- everything within driving distance of 10-20 minutes.. We had a great time! :)

The condo was very clean. I loved that both bedrooms had the gorgeous view. I wish the balcony was bigger to fit all four of us better. It was decorated nice. The extra fan was a plus but the air worked good. The check in was not as easy as usual- we had to meet someone to be shown around and we were later getting there so I felt like we were inconveniencing her although she was very nice . After she showed us around I could see that it was to benefit us but we are not used to that. My only complaint was the way Dennis reacted to me when I messaged him a few days after booking that I made a mistake in my dates. He was very sarcastic and snippy - I understood that the following week was for a minimum of 7 days rental but when I asked if I could change my reservation by a day he told me I already knew it was booked the day before and the day After when I booked my room. Well, no I didn’t. If I had I would not of asked him. Yes, I could of looked before asking him but I was trying to figure out what to do and let him know I had a conflict. So we went on and kept our reservation since we couldn’t change it, I have used VRBO for 20 plus years and never had an owner or realtor respond to me in that manner. I have always had great experiences.

The place was beautiful, upon entering there was 2 garbage cans of trash left. Which can happen. The issues were a toaster didn't work, we asked for new and was told the next day. It never came we lost out on many breakfast foods we'd bought. Ended up eating 7 breakfasts out cost us more $. The ceiling fan didn't work, toilet plugged, I was basically blamed for the issues, but not looking through month old emails for certain phone #'s. We were told to not contact from desk besides check in. I messaged April, and I left her a note of the other things wrong. Since she never showed, the other things also went unnoticed. For paying quite a bit for a week, I'd expect way better. I was sent many text messages faulting me for their wrongs. I was on a stress free vaca, not sitting around waiting for staff who never showed up. Honestly for the money, and lack of front desk help, I'd choose elsewhere.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view. Everything went smoothly from check in to checkout. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bedding and sitting areas.. it’s like home away from home right on Daytona beach. Easy access to anything you need or want.

The remodeling of Peck Plaza will be very nice when completed however it is far from ready to be renting in its current state. We were NOT informed the pool, hot tub, restaurant, tennis etc weren’t open for use!
