Additional highlights include a seasonal ice rink, fitness center, and championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The condo sleeps four guests between a well-appointed bedroom and a double sofa bed. Large bay windows offer tranquil forested views in the welcoming living area, and a gas fireplace invites cozy nights at home. Kick back on the sofa bed and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in the early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
