the property common areas need paint and general refreshing. the rooftop has broken amenities such as fireplace and tvs.

I would stay there again.

I like how it came with a kitchen and the bed was nice. And the view wasn’t so bad.

I didn’t like the fact that the door wasn’t auto lock. You had to manually lock it and nobody told us so only god knows who was walking in our room when we left the first night before finding out.

Find somewhere else to stay

It had a kitchen area with a stove.

Very noise location. Dirty bathroom, gross bed. Floors were not cleans and the towel in the bathroom had stains on it. Not a great place to stay with a child. Would not recommend. Save your money and find a hotel.

Just like living in the DC Metro Area!

Wonderful location and facilities! It was just like living in the DC metro area. Subway was a short 5 to 10 minute walk. Highly Recommed this Wonderful property!!

The only thing to be improved upon was the lighting in the living room. It was too dark!

I was very happy with my choice to stay here.

Great location, easy access to highway back into DC as well as the Metro. Property was quiet which was great because I had a fair amount of work to complete while I was there.

Clean and relaxing hotel with minimalist features.

Location was fantastic with not much rush hour traffic. The 2-bedroom apartment we had was clean, spacious and comfortable. Starbucks is just a stone throw away and so convenient to have our breakfast there or at IHOP which is a few blocks away. Most importantly, the place feels safe to walk around at night. We will definitely stay at Placemakr Marymount Ballston when we visit WDC again.

No breakfast. No coffee, refreshment or snacks for house guests.

Gutes Objekt, aber Preis-Leistung passt nicht aufgrund Zustand des Objekts.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Konzept ist ebenfalls recht überzeugend. Sehr gute Aussicht. Parken in der Tiefgarage. 24h Rezeption.

Das Apartment ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung. Küchen-Equipment schwach und in schlechtem Zustand. Fenster, Boden und Waschmaschine inakzeptabel verdreckt.

First, you want my passport image, then bad window treatment, plus noisy work done right at midnight

The location is 10 minute.walk from subway station. There is a full kitchen in the unit, plus washer and dryer.

The window horizontal blinds don't cover everything so people can see us from outside. And it's rather bright throughout the night. There was service work done right at midnight that woke us up. We as guests need to follow the quite policy but the management or staff don't follow their own rules. Very disappointed.

Most gorgeous apartment for the value.

Location was absolutely perfect. Apartment was very well updated. Very well furnished.

Setting on the AC way too highly set upon arrival It was set on 87 degrees, It took nearly 3 days to get it to cool down to a comfortable 70 degrees. When you know you have someone about to stay, go ahead an have it set to a comfortable setting.

An excellent option to stay around Washington DC area

There was an incident with the power e immediately they contacted a partner and found me a new place. The staff was always on top of the issue and they did their best to keep me comfortable. So, my main review is you can count with them is something unexpected happens.

Good location but bare bones

The location was good

The listing said tv streaming service, but it was just access to it. You have to put in your own passwords for your own streaming services. The listing said parking, but you had to double click on that to see that it was not included. Parking is an additional $25 plus tax per day. The main bedroom was a good size but the second bedroom was too small for the bed. The rugs needed shampooing.

Great location and amenities, finishing touches need work.

Location excellent, amenities very good especially the gym.

Noise in room especially at night was louder than expected, sound proofing of windows need to be better. Kitchen was good but lack of utensils and cutlery, no teaspoons and 1 tablespoon. Asked for more but didn’t get. Washing machine was faulty on first day and took 2 days to fix, maintenance didn’t clean up after themselves. Reception staff were hit and miss, some very friendly and helpful, others no eye contact or any communication.

Excellent place to stay in Arlington

Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Good air-conditioning, easy access.

Air-conditioning was a bit noisy. Google maps places the address on the wrong side of the street (not the properties fault!)

50/50 - one time great, another time no-so-great

The location is great. Lots of fun restaurants, easy access to the metro and other entertainment spots are all within walking distance. And the building is pretty nice too.

I've stayed here before. Everything about that experience exceeded my expectations. This time however, starting from the room we booked - it wasn't what we expected or what I believe I booked, and there was water damage on the ceiling in each of the bedrooms - big cracked paint and such. Plus there were only table lamps in each room, no fixtures. Kind of weird but not a dealbreaker. Second, and more importantly, we confirmed a late checkout before we even arrived and then when I received a message via text (the same method I confirmed the late checkout) I texted back to remind them of our late checkout. Nothing. I texted several more times and nothing...I was ghosted - by customer service. Oof. At about 10:30/10:45 a worker rudely came up to our room to tell us to get out. My wife kindly reminded her that we have a late checkout at noon. The person curtly responded - uh...no, you don't. And then left. No more dialogue. Not awesome.

High quality apartment with great staff.

The apartment was very nice. High ceilings, lots of closet space, large TV, nice view, comfortable bed and couch, large bathroom with good shower supplies. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty and walkable neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Please inform guests on arrival that the room won't be restocked with toilet paper and paper towels. We felt bad for pestering the staff for these items. And the washcloths and towels should be washed by the guest, 2 washer pods are provided. Washer and dryer is in the rental suite. This unit is more of an apartment than a suite hotel. There is a Target nearby to buy essentials.

Great price and location, but check the lock on your door before leaving.

location and rooms were terrific. price is plus, too.

the lock on my door wouldn’t lock properly when leaving the room and needed to be fixed. also, the room lacked a remote for the TV - either regular or AppleTV. I was able to cast some from my phone, but was never provided with a remote for the TV.

Great location, but A/C did not work.

Location was great, staff was friendly. Venue I was attending was within walking distance and so were a ton of restaurants.

The air conditioning in my room did not work, they could not move me to another room, and only offered to refund the $75 cleaning fee when I asked if there would be any adjustments on the bill because they couldn't resolve the problem. Luckily it was during May and was not hot and humid outside, but I did wake up hot a couple times every night even with the fan on. I was also told that a manager or assistant manager would contact me, but they didn't and later when I asked about an adjustment to the bill (after no offer to do so), they had to go around the corner to talk to someone (I'm guessing a manager or assistant manager). I will not revisit this property on my upcoming trips to DC.
