Good sleeps. Convenient location. Bare minimum everything else. Ideal for crashing for the night. Oh, and you might want to bring your extension cord to charge your devices.

Hotel was dirty, dog poop all over the concrete, garbage everywhere. First room had no hot water, leaking toilet. Second room no working tv. Sheets were dirty. Room was dirty.

Room condition was not great. Furniture and mattresses left a lot to be desired. Fan in bathroom didn’t work, electrical outlets wouldn’t hold the plug into it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Light breakfast had more items than anticipated. No problems with noise

Worst motel I have ever been in. Roaches crawling, toilet rocks, uncomfortable beds, nasty tub, no coffee maker in the room and television had line through middle of screen and no sound. We will NEVER stay there again! Room reservation was a bust. Failed to have the room we specified, it had already been rented out. Terrible experience!

I reserved a king bed. It plainly said smoking. I get to the hotel they tell me we have no smoking room available. I said well I reserved a smoking. She said we have no smoking available. So I took it own my own terms to smoke in a room that smelled like smoke to begin with. So I get home and I was charged a extra $160 for a cleaning fee because of a room that the floors were dirty. My feet was black from filth and going to charge me that much. I won't be back.

The beds are extremely comfortable! The room was clean for what it was. The room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. There were water stains on the ceiling, and everything looked extremely dated despite an obvious bathroom facelift. She's no show pony, but for the price it will do for a decent night's sleep. With a little loving the place could be a gem.

Requested and reserved two Non-smoking rooms for my family. Requesting non-smoking rooms as members of our family have asthma related health issues. Upon very late check in (1am) further inquired that the room were non-smoking, non-smoking was confirmed to me by reception. Upon entry into both rooms it was apparent that these rooms were not non-smoking and the stench of cigarettes was horrible. Having no alternative but to stay the night we checked out the following day. My son had to use his inhaler most of the night with the rest of us having difficulties breathing. The room were fraudulently rented under severe false pretense. Am patiently awaiting refunds for the Sat and Sun nights that we did not lodge there.

AC was very loud. TV cut on and off constantly. We were next to the cleaning crew room and they left all their carts and dirty linens pilled in front of our room making it difficult to exit or enter. Breakfast options were minimal. overall terrible experience

Roomed seemed mostly clean but smelled like cigarette smoke. Furniture was worn (holes in chairs, cigarette burn in blanket, paint peeling). We booked a room for 5 people, but there was only 2 double beds and they charged extra for a rollaway that seemed to have been folded up with what looked like previous occupants sheets and blanket still in it. There were LOADS of palmetto bugs crawling all over the walkways and overhang. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.

my first room was disgusting – – the walls were filthy, there were cigarette holes in the bedspread, the room stank. The second room was better, but the housekeeping service carts were stacked in front of my room, the air conditioner knobs weren’t identified, and every time the air conditioner came on it sounded like it a truck going through a pothole. Very noisy and preventive of sleep.

Specifically called ahead of time to arrange adjoining or next to rooms with friends and was told it would happen. At check in that didn’t happen. Friendly staff but disappointed since we both had traveled a ways.

This is a reasonably priced hotel convenient to a lot of things in Seneca. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The armchair in our room was old and little grubby - probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Shore did not work, housekeeper woke us up at 8am to see if we needed towels, one light didn’t work, nonsmoking room smelled of cigarettes. Manager never got back to me about my complaint. Will NOT stay here again.

The peeling paint, the holes in the drywall with something oozing from it, smeared walls, spiders scrambling across the night stand…words just don’t do it justice. Lipstick on the light switch and hair in the shower as you bathe amongst the rust and mildew make you feel truly at home. The warped and peeling floor had our family falling head over heels. Did I mention the stained pillow case? Don’t worry if this doesn’t appeal to you though, you can skip around to the back of the property where a sign from the health department stands ready to greet you, letting you know the pool has been closed on their orders. Add that sweet smell of cigarette smoke to your non smoking room with your asthmatic lungs and you truly are one step from heaven… Due to the extent of the issues, I emailed the property via the Expedia app just before we left so the manager/owner could be made aware and was berated for it by the front desk upon checkout, who also called other employees around. She literally asked if it was in that condition when we got there-as if I scraped the paint away, made things ooze from the walls, threw up rust & sprinkled dirt and bugs around the room upon arrival. It was not only degrading but stunningly unprofessional. We were exhausted and didn’t feel good after traveling through several states, but I wish we left the moment we got there. It was surreal how awful the experience was. Good: first front desk was polite, and the sheets were clean despite the one stain

A "you get what you pay for" situation. The rooms were clean enough... little things like the sink didnt drain well, and the chairs were stained. The bed sheets did seem nice and clean. The A/C worked well enough...kept the room cool but sounded like a jet plane. The staff was friendly enough...pleasant and helpful, but didnt seem very happy to be there. The parking was good enough...available but the parking lot was in disrepair. They did have pet friendly rooms, which was nice!

This hotel should never have cost me $93. These rooms are in terrible disrepair and the area is not that great. Max should have been $50-60. This property needs major work to be worth this price.

Everything was nice except lighting. Light at door for room was on but not working. 2 of 5 lamps had either no nulb or no working bulb. One lamp not working near bedside when trued to switch light bulbs.

This hotel is poorly maintained. The upholstery on the chairs was badly ripped., and the table was badly in need of refinishing. The paint was coming off the walls in big amounts in several places. Several people were sitting outside their rooms for a long time....why? It was actually scary. The waffles at breakfast were like cardboard. I saw someone else throw them out too. The front desk staff upon checking in, however, were very nice and accommodating. The cleaning people tapped on the door to see if we needed anything. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again, however, because no attention is being paid to the actual look and maintenance of the inside of the rooms.

The room was dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke. Burn holes in both comforters along with places in the floor. The tv did not work half the time and the mini fridge was out. We had to store our child’s milk in the ice bucket provided. The tenets besides us yelled, fought, and slammed on the walls all night long; keeping us and our baby awake. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room had a weird odor to it. I initially thought it was because someone was smoking in the supposed non-smoking room, but when I asked to change rooms the second room was the same. I believe that it might have been from some cheap air freshener. At the end of the day this was basically your typical Days Inn. You get what you pay for.

The rooms smell like smoke, the vent in the bathroom brings it in. There was always a crusty black stuff on all sheets and towels they gave us. The couch is stained and has never been vacuumed before.

This stay was disappointing. The room was recently updated and looked like it had not been swept. There was no liner for the shower curtain. We had to ask for soap. The room was very dark and if floors had been mopped they needed to be done again. We wore sock because our feet were black from the dirt. Our room was non-smoking but our room smelled like a smoker stayed there. Our clothes even smelled like smoke when we left the room. As far as the front desk staff, we could not have asked for better service, it was the only good thing about our stay.

It was not a pleasant experience and we would not stay again. The whole place is old and rundown. Room had sticky floors, stopped up commode, old food in microwave, dirty chair with rips and stuffing showing, few bugs, just totally awful. The only good thing was the bed was somewhat comfortable. Room next door had loud people outside. Stay somewhere else! Def not worth the price...
