I didn't stay. The so called manager called the police because I was complaining about the TV not working properly.

I took my family here while we were out of town for a graduation in Atlanta. This hotel was horrible. I've visited many Country Inns, but this particular one was the WORST Ive ever stayed. Our room was very outdated, paint cracking on walls and ceilings, sheets dirty, dirty bath cloths hanging across shower, floors havent been vacuumed, towels on rack (supposed to be clean) as well as shower curtain had plenty strands of hair. I'd honeslty felt cleaner and safer sleeping in the car. This was truly a disappointment and the quality/cleanliness of our room was unacceptable

The A.c did not work in my room, and when I told the front desk about it. They said it was nothing they could do. Smh

The staff was amazing! Continental breakfast, best selection i have seen in years. Overall hotel needs an update cosmetically on the inside. Was conviently located to many downtown attractions

Overall the staff was super friendly and chill.
The breakfast had very good selections and an employee ready to service any needs with it.
Room was musky as expected soon as got on the floor to my room, the carpets need to be torn up and updated throughout.
The plumbing appears to need attention, Hot water came at a reasonable time and never went cold, however the toilets need to replaced. Had trouble flushing, needed to do it several times to clear the waste down. Seemed to get blocked very easy as well. But never a tragic back up.

Poor and outdated rooms with very uncomfortable beds. The mandatory 150$ credit or debit deposit is really a joke and totally unnecessary

It was nice. Needs to be updated but it's a nice hotel. Breakfast was very good.

The building is old and really needs some maintenance. You can still see evidence of a former elegance this building once had. The breakfast was incredible! Best hotel breakfast I've had in years. I would stay there again, for sure.

My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted with a smile. Check in was quick and the gentleman at the desk was extremely friendly, which was nice to experience. The room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. Quiet as well. Breakfast was very good. There was a lot to choose from. Overall…this was a 10outnof 10 stay. Will be staying again

Some Rooms Should Be Allowed Smoking Privileges & Also The TVs Should Be Updated For Netflix or Mirror Mode Use.
They Say Non Smoking Hotel But Walkin Through It I Definitely Would Have Thought Otherwise. Threatening Customers With A $250 Cleaning Fee If Smoking Doesnt Stop The Customer Especially When Its Raining Outside.

Both elevators broke while we where there and unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor with a lot of luggage

hotel appearance was not pleasant, from the physical property down to the staff

The room had a smell to it. We later found out that the ac unit had a crack in it. I think the water leaking from it onto the carpet caused the smell. The floor behind the bed had a white substance we didn’t know what it was. The beds were the best thing about the room they were so comfortable. The staff was really nice and the cooked breakfast was delicious.

I will never patronize this property. Micey, the front desk clerk was the rudest person I’ve ever met. Her CS skills are horrible.

This property is horrible and they didn’t mention the repairs being done in the hotel. Loud banging and loud noise starting at 9:00am and lasting until 5:00pm. Do not stay here unless you want to hear that all day.

My son and I stayed here for the night after a NBA game for his birthday. I feel like the hotel was good. The pictures don't look anything like the actual place. The elevators need to be updated really bad.

I liked how the front desk lady does her job, really nice welcoming and it was really quiet and great place to stay, first time in atlanta and loved it.

Great staff! Lots of guests checking in for conference nearby and the staff handled things great! Eugene was awesome, friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was great! We has a big group and we were treated great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The staff was friendly and great. Hot breakfast was great and featured French toast sticks, and both pork sausage patties and turkey sausage links. The hotel does need some repairs (painting of walls, and updates) but it was clean.

Staff is excellent...very friendly and helpful. Location isn't the greatest... it is easy access on and off interstate, but there isn't much around in terms of food and shopping. It meet our needs for a stop over while traveling to final destination.

Do not stay here! First room was filthy. Second room not much better. Even though there were mouse droppings on couch I toughed it out until I realized there was no hot water. I told front desk. Didn't try to move me again. Said to just leave and I would get refunded. I did just that and of course. No refund for a 3 day stay that I left first night.

Our stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean and the stafff was very friendly. The only thing wrong was my room had no heat. I did call the desk to report it. The clerk said to let it run 10-15 minutes, and it should work. After about 20 mins, it still wasn't working. I was told I could be moved to another room, but because the heat hasn't been on all season, it will probably be the same problem with the other room. I decided to stay in the room where I was, I was tired and didn't feel like packing up. It was a chill in the air, but once under the covers, we were fine. Other than the heat issue, our stay was fine.
