This place was great! The bed was extra comfy. Check-in and out was a breeze. I got the rest that I needed and felt refreshed by the time I checked out. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom door and shower were kind of dirty but I wore shower shoes. There was a little mold starting to grow in the shower and the lights in the bathroom were really dim. Also, the carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. Lol. None of these were deal breakers for me. It was just what I needed. Oh! And I appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room. Most places don't have them these days. I may make this a monthly staycation! :-)

The location and access was good. The employees were kind and helpful. Our room, on the first floor, lacked the black out curtains. Only had sheers. The bathroom fan was ridiculously loud. There was a spot for a reading chair but no chair. Sunday breakfast, they were running out of things. I did use the treadmill and bike in the gym. That room was fine.

Mimi is a welcoming receptionist! She helped me with a room change that met my expectations and was understanding to my needs. The floor staff are also friendly and are happy to help with accommodations. One of the best hotels in metro Atlanta for the value!

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions for business trips in the past. The location is excellent and generally speaking, it has been a positive experience. But I am sad to say that this trip was a disappointment. The bed linens and towels were clean, but the room, itself, was NOT! The carpet was filthy and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all after the previous guest. The dresser top, desktop, and counters had a film all over the top apparently from using a dirty rag to clean them. And to top it all off, I went to put a few things in the dresser drawers and they were SO FILTHY I had to scrub them myself before putting anything into them. I will give this hotel one more chance because I have had better experiences in the past. Perhaps in this instance, it was just a poor maid service on the floor I was assigned. But if my next experience is similar, I will be looking for different accommodations during future business trips.

It was a pet friendly place,they charge a high fee for pet&outside dog area needed cleaning.also outside over all was trashy.Breakfast wasnt all that.hotel room needs remodeling.3rd floor had a weird smell.

this hotel is is aging rapidly. The funny thing was that the pillows on the king bed on a king bed, even four 2 x 2 pillows the second day the pillows smelled and that’s it for me.

Out of 4 days of stay, I was not able toget good nigh sleep for 2 days. After asking the staff to help, they finally gave another room. Hard to convence the staff to move the room and had to suffer thru.

The only complaint I have is, there was hair in the bathroom sink. Not just 1 strand, but multiple strands. Overall we enjoyed our room and we were very comfortable.

We had to come in town very suddenly and the facilities and staff at comfort suites made our trip in town. Absolutely amazing! The beds were comfortable and everything from the dining area to the hallways to our room was super clean. If we’re back in town again, we will definitely stay there!.

Blanket was VERY dirty! Only one wash cloth in the bathroom. One ice machine for 3 floors. The eggs at breakfast were not edible. I’ve stayed in $80 hotels that were cleaner and had better amenities. Will not stay here again.

I visited this property with family, thought I was going to proper 2/3 star Hotel instead got the feeling I stayed in Motel, expect location all other things were bad, First had to wait for considerable time for front desk for Check-in, then had to deposit $100 upfront, then in room no soap/shampoo available in shower, TV had a glitch Overall bad experience staying this property, i would suggest avoid this if you can there are better options available in this area.

Overall, great stay. Just a few hiccups that seemed more inconvenient than deal breaker on staying again if I was in the area. The TV had issues staying connected - it would continuously go out while trying to watch anything. The continental breakfast was "okay." Again, not a deal breaker. I was a bit taken aback on the $100 deposit; it's refundable, but not a whole lot of explanation as to why it was necessary. Overall, the room was nice and the staff very friendly.

I loved the location of this hotel and it was easy to get to. The breakfast area didn’t have forks (and I did ask for one and they said they were out of them) so everyone had to eat with spoons. The room had a very strong air freshener smell indicating they were masking a smell. It was super strong though. There was a booger smeared on the mattress protector on one of the beds, indicating it had not been washed before we stayed there. That was a total deal breaker. There were always employees (men) outside smoking and they would stare at us as we entered. One evening there was a whole truck load of men with a bbq grill out in the parking lot cooking out and they stared and commented at us when we entered the hotel. It was very uncomfortable. We were disappointed at the whole experience.

Good hotel that ruins the experience with an onerous $100 deposit that they hold on to for way too long. The deposit hits your credit card before you even enter the room. I checked-out on Sunday 6/11, it's now Wednesday 6/15 and my credit card doesn't even show a pending refund much less a full refund. Called to check on it (wasting time and adding frustration) only to be told the deposit was released when I checked out. Was told the refund could take 1 wk to 30 days. HORRIBLE experience! Put in a dispute with credit card company, again more wasted time and frustration. I will never stay at this Hotel again--bye-bye future sales; I stay in ATL all the time.

The property is near major roads, a Walmart and any kind of restaurant you could want. It is also near a Racetrack gas station. Desk clerk was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
