The hotel smelled so bad and had a bunch of smoking drug users hanging around outside. We arent that picky, but when we entered the room, the smell was so bad and had such a dark, heavy feeling that there was no way we could stay there. We turned around, walked out, and left the key at the front desk. Horrible place for anyone to consider booking.

When I arrived I inquired about a restroom and was denied, twice even after explaining just how close of an emergency it was. I was encouraged to go OUTSIDE if I had to go. This absurdly rude suggestion was followed closely with being refused the right to check, on the grounds that in they stated that they were going to give me a refund, Management stated they were going to give me a refund, I have yet to receive a refund. This property requires education along with retraining in regards to individuals that are disabled. They do not care for their fellow human, and have a great amount of distain for individuals they deem beneath them. The two blonde females that were working that evening have zero compassion and lack the professionalism to be interacting with anyone. I truly feel bad for whomever raised them because they must surely be disappointed that their progeny has such little regard for their fellow human.

The toilet didn't flush all the way from the time of arrival a little after 3pm. I informed an employee, but noone came to my room. Good thing I didn't need to go #2

Hotel is not clean. There was hair and toenails in the bathroom My none smoking room had cigarette butts in front of my door and I smelled smoke all night long. Heard dogs barking and place smelled like dog. Floor was super sticky. Not worth the money at all The night front desk guy was very helpful though.

I had booked 2 nights at another hotel and had to leave after the 1st night. It was awful. Extended Stay was considerably nicer and the staff was excellent and very accommodating. Would book this hotel again when returning to the area.

We were here for 10 minutes our first room was dirty with towels on the floor make up on the counter. The second room had dirty bedsheets and roaches alive.

I've been staying at this location since 2014 when I come into town. Usually it's a really good place to stay, but this time there were two roaches in my room. One in the bathroom, and one by the entrance door.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but something must be done about this. My family and I booked two rooms. One room was littered with cockroaches in the bath tub and kitchen area. The bathtub housed a whole swarm of roaches which was extremely unsightly and there were at least 5 roaches (dead and alive) making themselves at home in the kitchen arwa. We even found a dead roach stuck to one of the sheets we requested for the pull-out sofa. We asked the front desk to change our room but unfortunately there was no availability. The other room we booked was relatively clean. I am hoping to get at least one of the rooms refunded on account of the infestation.

The hotel room smelled horrible ... We believe it was moisture coming from the AC. The bathroom tub had cracks with red and yellow stains, as did the bathroom sink. Not the cleanest, at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Charge $100 upon checkin to try and deter damage. Rooms have kitchens but are not stocked with anything. Have to ask for cups, plates, etc. and even with that they could not provide a coffee maker as advertised. Said “maybe you might be able to get one tomorrow night”.

Overall the place was ok, decent location, I had to stay here for a few weeks and I can say that the staff is friendly. I will warn you that they are requesting $100 deposit which is not listed in hotels.com when you book the reservation. Also the manager is looking for excuses to not give back the deposit even though the rooms are already beat up and nothing special. For the price there’s much better rooms around.

I don’t like how the hotel charges you extra to have silverware, plates, cups etc. placed in your room. For a room that has full refrigerator/kitchen, I expected these items to be already available for use. Highway robbery!!! Will not be returning!

Don't stay here unless your a smoker. The smell is horrible. The carpets in the room dirty and smell like smoke. There was a underwear in the hallway. Bathroom in the room not very clean had hairs. Outside vibes in the parking lot was scary. I won't be staying here again. Not worth the money. Only good thing is that you have Restaurant near by. And a nice park across the main streets. Besides that never again. Hope this helps.

It's very basic. The place is clean but worn. There were a lot of family sounds (kids speaking loudly, tv's) in the hallways but nothing that pierced the room's walls. In spite of it's wear and tear, at something like $67/night, it's still a very good value, IMO. I'm traveling alone. I know the location very well as I lived nearby for 25 years. It's a safe location, next to a Hilton some apartments, professional offices and lots of retail. I'm content with clean and safe. My wife would insist on a higher grade (which would go for twice as much) but it's fine for just me.

The area is good, but they need to take care of the carpet in the hallways , it smells very bad. Unit needs a little bit of updates. I understand that dogs are allowed, but it doesn't mean they cannot clean the carpets or make excuses themselves.

The hotel was decent and the room was clean but there must have been something wrong with the AC in our room. The room was very humid and didn’t get that cold. The hallway was much cooler and less humid than the room. Yes we adjusted the thermostat and fan modes. Also the room was missing one nightstand next to the bed which was just a minor inconvenience.
