Nestled in Altamonte Springs, this attractive house for $116 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Spacious Suite attached to the main house with separate entrance and private bath. Enjoy your in room kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Make your morning coffee or tea and relax on the connected patio area by the pool. Your room boasts a view of the garden, large yard and pool. You may catch a glimpse of the owner's pet Silkie Chickens. You will love this quiet spot to unwind. This suburban oasis sits on an acre of land on a quiet street. Sitting on the large patio you feel like you have a resort all to yourself. Feel free to help yourself to lemons from the tree (if in season) or herbs from the garden. Use the full outdoor kitchen to barbecue or in the winter warm yourself next to the outdoor fireplace. Large outdoor living and dining spaces available for use. Hot tub, swing and lounging area on the patio. Close to restaurants, coffee, bars, theater, Wekiva River State park, Golf courses, breweries. We are about 30 minutes from Disney attractions. Dog friendly. Dog treats available. We accommodate small dogs under 30 lbs. We do have a minimal pet fee of $20. We love to provide you the opportunity to travel with your furry companion. All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside in the yard or patio. We do have chickens (which I can keep in their coop as needed.) Most dogs like to chase chickens. :) We cannot accommodate dogs sleeping on the bed. Please be prepared to make other sleeping arrangements for you pet during your stay. We have rigorous cleaning standards, you health and safety are very important to us. Every linen is cleaned every time. On top of regular cleaning we sanitize everything that can be touched - Pull chains, switches, door knobs, handles, keypad, coffee handle, cabinet door door handles, microwave oven handle and refrigerator door handle, etc. Late check out and early check in can be requested but will depend on availability.

So I visited last year for a conference. It was my first experience with a VRBO. Jocelyn, her home are amazing. I was so impressed that I booked it again this year. I made a mistake with my dates and she was very proactive to help me. I would stay her again and again!!! absolutely beautiful, very private and very comfy!!!

Well kept grounds & home. Jocelyn was friendly & welcoming. Grilling our meals out by the pool was a great change from the norm. We will be creating something similar at our new home. Loved our stay! Also it is close to most anything you might want to do in Orlando.

This place is absolutely beautiful. It's so peaceful n relaxing I definitely enjoyed my stay.The pool, hot tub, outside kitchen n patio are nice n neat. Everything you could possibly need was available. I even got to see their silky chickens that are so cute. Definitely would recommend n will stay there again.

The backyard was unbelievable. Pool, fireplace, range, hot tub. If I lived in Florida, I'D LOVE to have this backyard. Also, there were lots of additional touches inside and out.

The property was wasy to find, and directions we're clear. Its nice and quiet, and so peaceful. We got to enjoy the hot tub. Well be back in a days to enjoy the pool. Such a nice patio to enjoy while your there. And animal's are welcome, thats always a plus. Shes got some adorable little chickens running around too. :)

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and truly enjoyed everything about the property. The amenities are incredible. Pool, hot tub and fireplace. Loved being immersed in nature with the trees surrounding the property and the Silky chickens doing their thing. The yard is so peaceful. Definitely would come back.

This property was clean, well thought out, and just easy all around. Communication was excellent. I like the lock box with physical key instead of keypad, because you never know how often the codes are actually changed. I am terrible at providing detail on perfect stays, because only the negatives really get stuck in ones head. I only wish I could have planned a longer stay.

This is the perfect stay for two close friends or a couple in town for an event. We only had a few hours to ourselves between outings, so we swam in our skivvies, napped in the shade, yoga'd in the grass. The hot tub was being repaired, but the weather was better for the pool, anyway. Hosts were very friendly and communicative, and we only saw them very briefly. We availed ourselves of a few of the generous amenities—I love when hosts have supplied the thing I forgot (makeup wiiipes)! Thanks y'all, if I'm in the area again, I'll be back 😊

I was looking for a private little getaway for some downtime and this place had it all. The outdoor kitchen and seating area was wonderful as well has to have a pool and hot tub available just steps from your room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious. I particularly loved the proximity to both the springs and downtown Orlando while staying in a residential neighborhood - It provided all the convenience without the crazy traffic. Particularly if you're looking to spend time at the springs, this is the perfect spot.

Don’t hesitate to book this stay! 5 stars all around. Great communication from start to finish, they had everything we needed and it was very clean! We extended a work trip for a couple relaxing days and this fit our needs perfectly! Their little chicken friends were so cute! We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities. It was very relaxing. Great location not a far drive to beaches, amusement parks, and more. Great neighborhood. Jocelyn is a great hostess. I stayed for 4 nights. This property is clean, comfortable and close to everything I needed. Jocelyn was very quick to respond to any questions. The yard is beautiful, with comfy patio loungers, pool, fireplace…. It really is all I needed and more. I’ll be back!!

Hubs and I needed a centrally located place to stay during our Holiday visit with the grown kids who live in Sanford and Orlando, and this lovely suite was perfect. We spent our days with family and returned nightly to crash and rest up for the next day’s festivities. The suite was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfy. We didn’t eat there as all of our dinners were spent with family, but the mini fridge, toaster and sink were very helpful and there is a nice Keurig as well. The outdoor space as you walk to the suite was so welcoming and inviting. We were bummed we didn’t have time to enjoy it. I had an incredibly embarrassing mix up with my dates and booked a day LESS than we actually needed. Jocelyn was so gracious and kind- she was able to provide the extra night’s stay for us. I’m sure it was stressful for her- trying to reach me all morning while we’re off holiday-ing with the Fam and I hadn’t looked at my phone for hours- and all of our stuff is still in her suite way beyond check out time! Yet she was so kind and helpful and so good natured about it- I was so grateful! Great rental, really wonderful host! Happy Holidays!
