Well, I had to sleep in my car. It was so clean the cleaner fumes in the room caused terrible congestion and sneezing. I had a nice hot shower first. Then I came in for coffee and breakfast and the food quality is gone way down I used to just love the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was not what it used to be and the biscuits were frozen and heated in the microwave type oven so that they were tough.

Great hotel. Located near Publix and Walmart. Front desk staff super friendly and big shout out to Ernie who is part of housekeeping staff, so friendly and sweet.

I felt that the breakfast was not up to the usual standards for a Hampton Inn. The food was fine, it was just that the selection was meager.

Enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, hotel was clean as well as the dining area. I liked the bathroom and shower-no sample soaps and lotions but full-size bottles. The only negatives- toilet is way too low and though the beds were queen they certainly didn’t feel like it. The Continental breakfast was good, the buffet clean and kept replenished and the availability of coffee 24/7 is a great touch as well.

Clean comfortable hotel with an excellent friendly staff. My only complaint is a suite is just a regular room and the decor is a bit outdated in the rooms.

Hotel was clean but elevator was not working and no rooms on first floor. Stayed on 2 nd floor for 3 nights. No competition and was told if we didn’t like it we could have gone to another hotel.

Our experience was soso, the elevators are not working. Two days up and down stairs from the third level. Hotel room door, does not shut correctly. Who offers, Shampoo, lotion and shower gel. There was no conditioner. Mini refrigerator was not secured, you open the door and it can pulled out. This stay was soso.

When we got the they said the elevator is out of service. I asked for a 1st room because my son couldn’t do stairs. She said there was no rooms available on 1st floor. So we had climbed stairs with all our stuff. We should have been told about this before we got there. Also the light fixture in the bathroom had exposed wires no cover. The room had a bad smell and the refrigerator made noise all night

I paid for 2 nights only stayed one. Check in was slow The 2nd floor smelled musty and moldy. My room smelled like urine. Needs updated. One sheet of Kleenex in container. Really disappointed

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was decent and the pool was clean and clear. Convenient and right next to pretty much any store you could need as well as many restaurants would definitely stay here again.

You can tell it is an older building, a little outdated. I think it is a great place and the staff were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the area. I enjoyed the trip and the hotel.

The staff was very inviting during the entire stay - the locations biggest pro. Room service was great most of the stay. The room did have a musty / damp smell - please note that we did NOT advise staff for a room change, we just dealt with it. Breakfast wasn't bad and worked well for our schedule.

Hotel is a pet hotel and it smelled like it. There are no pet designated rooms. They are all pet rooms. We saw 4 dogs in one room and at least 10 different ones of all sizes during our stay. I am allergic and was unable to sleep through the night. We were there for a wedding and did not have time to make alternative reservations. Would never recommend them and will make all my social media accounts aware.

The staff was helpful and friendly. My first room had a broken shelf in the bathroom and a toilet that would drain and refill on its own every few minutes. The second room had mosquitoes which I tolerated as it was very late. In the morning while showering I discovered the shampoo dispenser and body wash dispenser to be empty. Very frustrating.

We stayed for one night. The rooms were cozy and clean. Property was clean and staff was friendly. We went to Weeki Wachee the next morning which is 10min from hotel. Highly recommend if visiting the spring!
