I would never consider this hotel again. I’ll sleep in my car before I go back. The facility was gross. Dirty and not what was advertised. Staff was unwilling to assist with anything and hotels.com said it was out of their control. At the end of the situation the hotel finally stated they would refund me if I agreed to leave. I was already willing to pay somewhere else and take a large loss if I had to.

Everything was kindof dated. The shower didn't drain. The burner smelled weird when i turned it on. The pans provided were old and the black lining was all scratched up. There wasn't any soap to wash dishes with. Had to wait for service most of the time. Laundry was expensive.

We are on the shady side of the hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to shopping, buses and parks

Loved the view. Older motel but was comfortable and a Chick Filet right in the front of Motel.

Loved our corner room location off the back of the hotel. River walk trail, and view of town, nicely lit up at night. Polite, professional staff, quick check in, small grab and go breakfast. Spacious room and excellent price! Would stay again.

The floor needed more care. Was a hair in the sink.

The room was clean everywhere except the floors were filthy. After our kids walked from the bed to the bathroom, we noticed the bottom of their feet were black. Our socks were black by the end of our stay. Everything else was great. We had a great check in, friendly staff. Please clean the floors better!

I liked the oonvenience and cleanliness. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very poor only coffee to go cups and two types of muffins.

Great neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, and a nice walking path.

There is no parking. I have a 24’ trailer attached to my truck and not able to park. So I’m out the cost of the room. Now i have to pay for another hotel room

My daughter has an ADA guide dog and the form lists it as a pet. Her dog is not a pet. The forms should say service animal or pet.

I like how it has external entrances- not inside hallways. The location is great and has nice walking area(s) and pet accommodation with provided bags and trash cans. The current construction to the road out front makes getting in and out challenging which isn’t their fault. Biggest thing was some necessary items for extended stays even when requested weren’t available : dish soap, paper towels etc. secondly breakfast is only oatmeal packets, pre packaged muffins and granola bars. There is laundry which is nice and it felt safe and quiet.

Door handle didn't work correctly. Had to have staff let me into my room. Staff was as helpful as could be.

If you love rock hard beds, low water pressure with a very poor quality shower head, soft water that seems to linger on your skin no matter how much you scrub, a non helpful staff, a higher price than the Plaza, and a single granola bar with a cup of coffee as your only “free breakfast” choice, then this place is for you. It’s not even a good budget motel, because I paid $20 less for the Plaza, and it had a nice shower and comfy bed.

Property is clean, but dated. Located in a parking area with lots of traffic for fading food restaurant. Rooms are noisy from parking lot location.

I had an issue with the original room which was handled immediately by the staff. The staff were excellent and helpful.

The room was great and also had a small kitchenette that I didn’t expect. It was clean and quiet and the staff was super courteous.

most of the staff was nice but the night person was not, She took personal phone calls while she was helping someone in front of me, also reported that someone had gotten sick in the back stairwell, almost outside my door, to the night clerk it didn't get taken care of till the next day. It was difficult gating in and out of the parking lot, Construction not their fault, but the set up with Chick Fil A was not ideal.

The room was too dirty and bug-ridden to stay in, but the hotel wouldn't refund the full amount

counldnt even drive to the hotel because of a backed up line out of the fast food restaurant next door. Sat in the parking lot trying to find a spot to park and walk up to the door for 30 mins. Finally got into the lobby to check it and the single clerk there at peak checkin was SO SLOW. Nice but took 25 mins to check in 2 guests. WHAAT.
The free breakfast the offer is more like a snack. A coffee, granola bar or some instant oats. Thanks but seems a bit lame to advertise it as breakfast.
In general the place seems run down and. It well cared for. The only thing it really has going for it is location and price. But TBH I’ve stayed at much nicer places in SLC for the same price.

The staff were very accommodating when I explained that I needed a change made! My hotel room was extremely clean and everything worked. Parking was right in front of my room. I would stay there again! 5 stars all day long from me!!!

First and foremost I have to thank Theresa and Aaron for being so accommodating, hospitable and just all around good genuine people. I arrived way too early for my reservation and Theresa, without neglecting any other guests or the consistently ringing phone hurriedly got a room prepared for me all while Aaron offered me a place to sit and brought me a cold bottle of water and made conversation. There is a creek that runs in the back of the property which is relaxing and is especially picturesque with the fall foilage this time around. Even though there are hotel options which are closer to whatever I am in Salt Lake City for at the time Iaways mame an effort to stay here as to be greeted by smiling and familiar faces. Thank you

The bathroom was dirty, the shower was peeling, there was a lack of bathroom supplies such as lotion and conditioner, the floors were not swept, there was pee in front of the toilet, and the breakfast was a tiny muffin or granola bar. There was a homeless encampment behind the building, and it felt very unsafe.

Old property. Dirty and not well maintained. No ice. Fixtures in bad state of repair. Bathroom sink would not drain. Hard to get around bed to get to the bathroom due to close placement to the wall. Breakfast not worth anything. Do not stay here.

Good Stay overall. The construction around the hotel area made it very inconvenient to come and go. Great room and good experience.

I liked the doors facing out and the proximity to health centers

Don’t waste your money here. Management is unprofessional, demanding, and think there attitudes don’t stink. Well they do.
Under the bed was ABSOLUTELY sickening. They don’t clean under the bed. The toilet water was shut off because they were to lazy to fix the toilet that wouldn’t stop running.
They have rules such as if friend is coming for five minutes or they are coming for an overnight stay. They must be reported to the front desk. Honestly I paid for the room what business is it of yours who I have over?

Hotel was nice but road construction made getting in and out of the hotel very difficult. Also google maps tries to steer you into a parking structure. Easy access to a nice park.

When I arrived they told me they didn’t have a room for me! The staff was not friendly or helpful in anyway. Staff refused to let me talk to a manager and it wasn’t yet 9pm!

This property shares a parking lot with ChickFilA so getting in while competing with the drive through traffic was difficult. Also the beds were not super comfy and squeaked. Our door had the deadbolt lock broken off as well which was concerning.
