This review is not for the hotel it’s for Hotels.com!! This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last!! I booked a room through hotel .com only to get to my destination and find out they booked a room that isn’t available . Then they have the audacity to tell me that there won’t be a charge to cancel the booking and that I will be refunded in 7-10 days. I then find out that I could have booked the room through the hotel for 10% cheaper than Hotel.com. This not only cost me 1 1/2 hours of my time but it also cost me 2 hours of sleep and a world of misery. Hotel.com Sucks! And their service is horrible . They did nothing to help me and didn’t offer to compensate me for their mistake and now I have to wait to even get my refund. Save yourself tons of trouble and book your rooms through anyone but Hotel.com

I usually only write reviews about great experiences, but after this stay I have to review it. First thing that happened was the key rooms didn’t work. I understand it happens. The second set of keys I got, only one of them worked. The ice bucket in my room wasn’t changed out as there was still water in it from the last person before me. If they missed this, what else did they miss. The actual door room would not completely shut and there was a big gap in the threshold all the way around the door. The elevator quit working and I got stuck on it with my 5 and 8 year old. Trying to keep them calm while over people were freaking out was not an easy task. When I brought it up to management, they just seemed so nonchalant about it. Kinda felt like it happens all the time. The rooms were worn down pretty bad. The sun shade on the window was totally torn up.

Nice rooms. Easy to find. Odd that breakfast required $1 and upon check in they gave me cards to turn in for breakfast. However, their breakfast was scheduled to start at 6:30am which is already later than I needed AND their kitchen opened late AND that morning was a menu order not a buffett so I did not get to eat.

There for graduation. Bed was too high for older people to get in and out comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and I did sleep well, but having to get up and down during the night made for a rough time getting in the bed so high.

They gave us keys to an already occupied room. We told them and they said “this has happened 3 times already” and blamed it on the day shift. The bed in our room was super uncomfortable. The day manager was in the doorway smoking when we left. She hollered from the doorway to just leave the keys. I’m allergic so that wasn’t the greatest start to our day. I won’t stay there again or recommend it to anyone else.

We were disappointed to find out that there was absolutely no milk available on the property. I remembered seeing the snack center when we arrived so figured when we got back from the Santa’s wonderland that milk would be sold come to find out there was none.

3 extra charges amounting to approximately $300 over the cost of the room and the and the incidental charges. Currently working with the bank to correct fraudulent charges but in the meantime no access to the money they have placed a hold on. Bed was comfy. Housekeeping is very sporadic. Would only try to clean the room when it was occupied. Breakfast was made to order the first morning but buffett style every other day. Sometimes breakfast started at 630 other days 7 and sunday 730. Probably wouldnt return since there are so many other options available

Property was fine but way over priced. We stayed two nights and were charged $800. At first I thought it was a mistake but it wasn’t.

The room we were in, the heater didn’t work, so as it was in the 50’s outside, it was in the 60’s inside. Our other daughter has Lupus, and was literally shivering wrapped up in blankets and cured up into a ball. When my husband went down at midnight to see if they could accommodate us, we were put in a different room with heat, but that was our last day there.when we inquired if we could be reimbursed, we were told there’s nothing they could do as it was above her pay grade, and I booked it through hotel.com. Disappointing. Will not be staying here again unfortunately.

Elevators didn't work one day. Staff smoking out front. Poker party with dogs in pool area. Room key card only worked one time and we would have to go get it replaced. This is our 4th time staying here and far the worst experience. Check in after me complained about the rate and received $100 off each night. When I checked out I was given a receipt with the same discount. Contacted Hotels.com who contacted the hotel and I am being told no refund...

The floor was filthy in the dining area- needed a good vacuuming and there was what looked like fecal matter in the bathroom on the wall in our room.

The property is always consistent. I will say that on JUST this particular visit, the management on duty was quite opinionated and was eager to voice his political opinions with his guests. It didn’t go over well. He was very arrogant. The hotel was clean, as usual, and the rooms very comfortable. Every other staff member, especially our bartender, was super friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with.

Never checked in! Have Covid manager did not approve for reschedule. I was traveling there to take CPA exam… but had to reschedule my exam due to having Covid, money totally lost on the room. I will most definitely share my experience with others. All I needed was to move my date
