As always the bed was fantastic! The room i stayed in was not very clean when i arrived. Crumbs left on one of the desk spaces, water marks on the mirror and something crusty on the toile seat. The room looked like it had had some damage to the walls and closet but was "patched" up. Not very well. Carpets looked very dirty.

The staff at this hotel is great! We were welcomed in everytime we walked through the doors. I had questions about my room charges and she was very detailed and broke it all down for me. I primarily booked this hotel for the bar hoping to have some morning mimosas or some wine while working. However the bar does not open until 6pm. This should be noted on the website.
The facility could use some improvements. It looks like it was just remodeled, but very poorly. There were holes in the wall and visible sheetrock. Interesting grout presentation in the shower.
My only complaint is the noise level of the cleaning staff. The walls of most hotels are thin. However, both mornings during my stay I heard doors slam and every movement in the rooms next to me. I had a do not disturb placard on my door and they still knocked and tried to come in. I just feel like there should be a little courtesy with these kinds of things. It won’t stop me from staying on the property again though.

We were placed on a floor with construction, the whole hallway was a mess.

We have stayed at this particular hotel several times over the past six years and have always enjoyed our stay so Aloft is always our choice when we come to visit our family. This particular time, the elevator was dirty and the hall to our room was smelly, dirty and had slight damage - it looked run down. Thankfully, our room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable as always. However, the a/c was very loud throughout the night and there was some sort of damage that lifted the tiles off the floor in front of the sink because they were all uneven and the grout lines were filled with black tub & tile sealant. To end our one-night stay, we had a check out time of Noon and housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30-ish waking us up. Overall we were disappointed with our stay and the condition of the hotel.

Excellent everything

Very dark, poorly lit. Air conditioner fan made loud noise that cycled loud and not as loud. Shower had tile floor that was very slick. Not sure if this is a renovated hotel, but it looks like it was renovated with shoddy work. Fourth floor hallway had carpet that layed over about half of the original carpet without the strip that would normally secure the rough edge to the floor.

It was an ok hotel but way, way overpriced. The elevator was out of service, no breakfast, we were there with our soccer group and couldn’t get rooms even close together.

Front staff was friendly & professional.
The rooms had sloppy repairs.

Front desk service was great! But our room was very warm and uncomfortably humid.

I would like that they offer breakfast

Absolutely no amenities whatsoever. No room service. No staff at front desk at all times. No one to help with luggage No one available at check out. Not enough baggage carts. No convenient ramps to doors when using baggage carts. It would be nice if I could have my money back.

Everything was clean and quiet. It wasn't a busy season for College Station but the staff was great - easy to check-in. The beds were clean and comfortable. I would bring my own pillow next time but I'm old enough that I'm picky like that.

We were disappointed in the quality of the hotel overall for the price of a one night stay. It was not super clean and the A/C made noice every time in turned on/off throughout the night, which kept us up. Our friends staying a few rooms down had the same complaints. Also there was very little parking available at the hotel. We likely will not stay at this hotel again.

When I checked in I asked about the breakfast vouchers and was told I did not pay for them. I did. I checked but the clerk was adamant. However I paid higher price than orbitz price. Told it was taxes. I just checked my credit card and got an additional$ 21.21 charge with no justification. Not okay!!

The property was not clean. Disappointing for an aloft

Unfriendly staff that justifies a TERRIBLE $15 breakfast and super high rate saying that Expedia does not pay them what the customer pays ($300/night because of graduation day). They do not care about customer service at all

We did like the liquor bar and snack bar and sitting outside by the pool. The hotel was convenient to our venue we attended.
When my husband and I entered the elevators, it had blaring music which was a turn off. And when we stayed in our room, it was noisy outside the room. Also, you need some kind of lighting when going to the restroom in the middle of the night.

I had a pleasant stay. They were fully booked so the room I was given had some damage. Nothing that would hinder me from staying here again. The staff were very nice.

The lobby was really fun and cool. Plus the rooms were designed/laid out differently than other places I've stayed. Really cool hotel overall, great location, all the staff was very friendly.

It was disappointing. The windows had roller shades without any curtains. The light came in from the top area really early. We were not able to sleep either night. The lighting in the room was poor at night, when you turn the lights on. Very dim. Plug by the bed did not work so my watch didn’t charge overnight. Shower floor was slippery. The room had a plug in freshener that reeked. Even after we unplugged it the room was heavily perfumed. Aside from the lack of comfort, the wall paper was peeling and there was an unfinished area in the room. Very cheap looking for the price.
