Stay was fine. Included was leaving my vehicle for 5 days at a quite reasonable $10/day.
The rub was retrieval by shuttle. The shuttle took 40 minutes as we saw other hotel shuttles roll through multiple times and finally called an Uber in the cold. As the Uber pulled up, so did the shuttle. Try harder.

Stay was for a business trip, but there just seemed to be a lot wrong with all the internal parts of the hotel, ie gym, the treadmill was broken, exercise bike was out of commission too, laundry room on second floor out of order, laundry room on the third floor burned clothes, wifi was running at aol dial up speed, bedroom tv had volume issues, last the breakfast was just not up to pare with other holiday inns that I’ve stayed at in the passed. The place really just needs some TLC from up top to get it back on track. Staff was polite location is good

This property was clean and close to the airport. The staff were efficient and breakfast was fine. There is not much to do in this area and although it is clean the hotel is not updated. The tv in the room was small but worked fine. One bed was comfortable and one was hard. We felt safe and it is close to the interstate.

Getting to the hotel was a little issue, but no fault of the w, road construction had a few detours, but once there everything was great.

The welcome staff was beyond good very friendly did their job just so they should, however every time I walk down the hall stepped outside to have some quiet time I was followed and looked at the whole time made me uncomfortable even one time I walked in and I had somebody approached me in the hallway very awkward

We expected their shuttle to pick us up at the airport since when we called they said it would be 15 minutes or so. After over an hour's wait we called again and they said there was no shuttle!!

When we checked in the lady wouldnt stop eating cheetos. She even licked her fingers off while helping us. It was so gross. It was 1am and we just wanted our rooms quickly but she wouldn’t stop eating and prioritize us getting some sleep and our room. It took probably 20 mins to check in. So unprofessional

This property is in need of serious upgrades, repairs. The whole place seems run down. Tile was missing grout in bathroom, curtains were torn, and we found someone else's socks in our room. Night desk staff was nice. Thats about it. Dont stay here - especially not for the almost $200 per night price tag.

If you are staying here don't plan on eating the "free" breakfast. The food was AWFUL! On top of not being good, it was cold and hard. There was no coffee. Apparently it was broken??
The hot tub was filthy.
When I checked in the credit card reader was down and they wanted me to fill out a form with my card information so they could input the information in later for the 100.00 incidental fee. I refused. I told them I'm not leaving my credit card information in writing laying around and to call me and I'll come back down when it's up. She said, "oh, i don't blame you...."

Three of the front-desk staff were kind and personable. The breakfast was adequate with helpful meal preparers. Exercise area was better than expected.

Very nice, clean, well maintained little hotel, excellent for a night after the late flight arrival. Big nice room with basic supplies, good traditional American breakfast. Nice staff.

I took my son to his tourney on Saturday morning leaving my husband in the room. Check out is 11 so he was getting ready to shower. It was 9:15. Housekeeping walked into the room without identifying herself and saw my husband, naked. He screamed, she left. When we left, he told the front office and felt we needed to be reimbursed for the issue. Violation of privacy, etc… one of the gals was great, treated him properly saying he would definitely get a refund for the stay. Another lady came out of her office, yelling at him, saying he wasn’t getting refunded because he reserved on Expedia. So, if Expedia could tell me what they are going to do to make sure we get refunded, that would be appreciated.

Our bed was rather uncomfortable but other than that was decent, freeway and hallway noise was bothersome

They only have a shuttle at certain times, so a cab is offered and paid by the hotel. That is over and above.

Not necessarily the property, more that the location on the freeway makes the rooms incredibly loud. It was impossible to sleep due to the very, very noisy roads

Old and run down property, front desk staff do not attend the desk. There is a sign starting they are away with no information regarding when they'll be back. Took quite some time to get a staff person to even do check in. However, the man who drove the shuttle was awesome. He was on time, friendly and helpful.
