We booked for four, the hotel prepared for two, when we asked the reception, she said that you have to pull the sofa bed and arrange the bed by yourself. The hotel is close to centre but please don’t stay here as hotel is so dirty, the picture is so different from the actual room, go to Mantra or some where else, this trip was very disappointed. Outside the room, people split on the floor and it stay there for four days, no cleaning out side the room, in room sofa bed is dusty, the blanket so smelly. This hotel has seriously issues with communication and cleanness.

Great location close to surfers paradise. We had a lovely stay as a family. Staff was very friendly and the kids loved the slide into the pool. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with spa and the kids loved the spa bath in the room! It was massive.

We stayed on the 8th floor, fantastic views. The property is older but we were extremely happy with it. Had a small kitchen so we could cook all our meals. Good sized fridge/freezer.no oven but microwave and cook top. Shower over spa bath. As I said older property, maybe some things a little ruff around the edges but for the price, the views and the very helpful friendly staff we will definitely stay there again. We were there for the Australian age swimming championships and after a stressful day at the pool found it very relaxing to be there, great aircon as well.

Very dirty apartment, the couches are so old, from the 90s and just smell musty and unwashed. Bed mattress could feel the springs. Would not return. Very outdated, and soft furnishing covers also old. Just felt dirty.

Great room, some maintenance needed: no plug for spa; spa pump way to noisy to be useable (like having a bath with a lawnmower in the bathroom; guard rail on pool slide not attached at top of slide. Otherwise awesome room and view.

My room was crawling with cockroaches. I have about 14 on video in the one evening. Found them in the bed sheets, dropping from the ceiling to the pillow. Never felt more disgusted in my Life and I’ve travelled the world, I got zero sleep. It’s a clear issue and many reviews of it. Was offered to stay in another room but I had no interest in staying at this hotel. Friends also found roaches in their rooms. I was given a refund. Bed only has a sheet and the blankets were dirty and had old food smooshed in it. Bath/shower would not recommend for oldies. Hotel smells stale. Needs a serious update and shut down to deal with the infestation, fly spray will not cut it!

The building is showing it’s age and hasn’t been renovated for a long time, but for the price we found it clean, and in a great location and generally really good for what you pay in the Gold Coast cbd

Only giving it 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. If you're into being exposed to public health hazards from black mould; horrendous, rude customer service (including being many hundreds of dollars out of pocket having to leave and find alternative accommodation due to mould); being promised a bed (and washing machine) in the photos at the time of booking and then discovering there's not actually a bed (or washing machine) in the room; broken, dirty, used crockery and cutlery, bad smells and broken fixtures, this place is for you

Although it is an older building, it is in great condition and the location is fantastic. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The pool area could do with a bit of a spruce up but is still good. I think that 8pm would be a better closing time for the pool, especially in the summer months. Will definitly stay here again.

Nice hotel but amenities are old. Need to upgrade. Rules are many, like only 2 visitors allowed anytime. So many password protected doors. Location although is beat in the price.

Had young guys locked out of room at about 12am and the one was screaming and punching the door. Took security forever to arrive that I had to call the police as felt very unsafe.

The property has cockroach infestation. Our room had storms of cockroaches. Hotel management didn’t take this seriously at all and stared it was normal to have cockroaches in rooms and on property. We had to demand pest control to spray the room as manager refused to move us to another room. We also noticed cockroaches in common areas of the property and shared all photos and videos to hotel management. However never heard back from them and no actions were taken while we were there. We have also attempted to share photos and videos with Expedia without success. I would recommend Expedia to delist this hotel from your list. Horrible conditions and a health risk to all guests.

Hotel is quite outdated in the rooms, but was family friendly for us (2A 3C). Parking is an addition charge at $15 per night, wasnt aware of this until aftee booking. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and Cavill Mall.

We enjoyed our stay but as Surfers Paradise never sleeps we found it a bit noisy. But I’d stay there again, the customer service was great.

Our view was spectacular,, and a great delight. The unit was large and really a pleasure to be in. The hot tub in the room was interesting to use as a shower, but we really enjoyed the brightness of day and contrast of evening as we looked out over the canals below. Great location and the staff /everyone working there, were lovely.
