My room wasn’t clean . The hotel is pet friendly . I sneezed and coughed 2 day straight. The hotel food options are the worst in Vegas and checking in is a nightmare.

Great time. Top tier hotel and service. Would definitely return to their hotel for a weekend stay.

Amazing hotel. Loved everything about it. Wish we had spent more nights here.

Nice hotel. Rooms are starting to show their age. Robes had holes and were worn but very comfortable. Mattress needed to be updated, saggy on one side. Pillows were wonderful and sheets were soft. Could have used more attention to details as far as cleanliness goes but overall was decent. The woman who checked in was fabulous as was everyone at the bell desk. Fabulous view! Wicked Spoon is our favorite buffet.

Bellagio Fountain View....the Cosmopolitan hits all the right notes. Vesper bar, both swimming pools, they even helped me when I lost my room card inside the room.

I've stayed here probably 10 times in my life and never really had a problem - I heard there has been new ownership - I haven't been here in years... But everything was a disaster. Literally no cold water in the shower. They came to fix it and it didn't fix it. They came again the next day and couldn't fix it. That was brutal trying to shower in nothing but scolding hot water. Then the TV wouldn't turn on and they came and turned it on.. Great right, wrong! Then the TV didn't turn off and they needed to come do that after an hour. Oh let's now get into housekeeping. They flat out didn't come for over 48 hours - lol. And yes we called 4 freakin times.. Now to give the Cosmo credit - they kept giving us free food... But we didn't want that - just a room that is clean and worked...

The night started as a catastrophe. The Aria didn’t have my reservation so i had to scramble for a place to stay. I found Cosmo which worked out great. Roder was an immense help and made my night. The room wa a studio with balcony on 30th floor. Great view of strip. Great shape with modern decor. Hotel casino and bars are fun. Definitely will stay again.

The staff at the Cosmo were very concerned about everything being perfect for their guests.

There was leftover food and crumbs on the table, leftover food in the fridge, and one of the sinks in the bathroom didn’t drain

We will never stay anywhere else in Vegas. The time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was amazing.

Asked for late check out…keys were deactivated early! What a mess!!! No elevator service, etc. no express checkout available on tv. It’s getting too BIG for the support staff. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!

Cosmopolitan at Las vegas is close and yet not so close from attractions if you consider walking. For families with kids, the pics and art inside rooms are not sensitive to ladies - it seems to be a common trend in Las Vegas even in streets to degrade ladies. Absence of coffee maker in rooms makes folks walk 15 mins down to Starbucks to get a beverage. Restaurants and shops are good for shopping inside cosmopolitan. Overall, my generous rating would be 7 considering the sleaze oriented culture of las vegas.

Not worth the money spent. All the amenities are great (retail & restaurants). The room was warn down, carpet dirty, and room service trays in the hallways all weekend, the same trays. Ordered room service and everything was cold. The casino floor was definitely understaffed, because there were empty bottles and trash everywhere you sat by the slots. Will definitely go back to dine, gamble, and shop, but would never stay in the hotel again.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. I took some of the best naps in that bed. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and honestly no complaints.

We had a suite room with the best view which was unfortunately tarnished by dirty glasses at the balcony. No matter how nice view is, the dirty glasses cannot make any view nice. We also did not receive our receipt via email although we were assured we would be getting it.

Comforter was dirty, pillows smelled really bad we had to ask for new ones or new covers. Anything we requested, towels etc took 2-3 hours on the last night. We tried to order coffee and were told it's 40+ min wait.

The room was dirty, old, wallpaper peeling off. The service was horrific! I was there for a conference and the go of marketing for the cosmo was a speaker!!! The staff took all day to move my room…I had back to back events I needed to attend…never even had the chance to shower!!!! Your prices are rediculous as well! $22.00 fir a very small vodka soda!!! Sub par to say the least!!!

Took 90 minutes to check in….90 minutes! I mean it’s the one thing a hotel operation has to do, check you in give you a key and that’s it. But this place has a queue with over 100 people in it, and only 5 people checking you in…on a Thursday at 7 pm and all you can do is wait. Nice hotel otherwise but I won’t come back, there are better choices.

We had a great time at the Cosmo. They didn't have the room we booked available, so they upgraded us to a better room for free.

We have stayed at the Cosmopolitan 8 times over the years - it was our favorite hotel in Las Vegas. This time, we were highly disappointed. From the initial interaction with the front desk, to our room not having a hair dryer (because they ran out of them!), to the old, threadbare (literally) robes, to the towels that can double as sandpaper - things just felt off. The beds were still comfortable though.

When I checked into the room, I called the front desk because there was loud music. I wanted to make sure that I would not be able to hear this at night time, because I know that you have clubs on premises. In fact, I even hosted a private party at the marquee. But according to the front desk, the music sound would not be heard after sundown, and I would not be able to hear anything from the nightclubs. That in fact, was completely false. There is music going till 3 AM in the morning. I checked out early because I had no sleep in the hotel, wasn’t going to stay another night. The hotel Gave me misinformation, instead of changing my room. It would’ve been easy just to change my room. Instead I had to deal with not only sounds but vibrations from the bass (even with earplugs in) totally upset at this

Booked a certain room type months in advance to celebrate a birthday and when we checked in they informed me the room was not available. They gave me the cheapest room they had when I had booked a room with a hot tub, fountain view and balcony. Manager stated that’s all they had available.

Everything about my stay was awesome. It was my last night in Vegas and my first night at the Cosmopolitan. The hospitality was very great and I do look forward to coming back to the Cosmopolitan whenever I get the chance to come back to Vegas. Thank you!

I stayed at many 5-stars hotels in Vegas before and never tried Cosmopolitan. Will not stay at this hotel anymore. It doesn't worth the $ they charged. Very dirty.....

We were upgraded and go a very nice room however, the lock on the door was broken. The over room was clean but not like perfect . There were stains on the couches and on the patio furniture. I stayed here because people said it was high class to me it was average at best. I was not impressed.

We were at another Hotel on the strip that was run down and not clean. We moved to Cosmopolitan and the difference was amazing!!!! Clean, beautiful, with lots of fun restaurants. We found the staff was extremely helpful!
