Nestled in Las Vegas Strip, this charming condo for $291 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool. The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper. The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE. The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in. The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

This condo is perfect for a family. We were able to safely walk to the strip each day. Top golf was just across the street. We were comfortable in the spacious 2 bedroom rental, we had 6 total guests. Would stay again!

My family and I truly enjoyed this wonderful resort. It had all of the amenities and was centrally located near the Las Vegas strip. We had a small problem on the 1st day, and Wyndham was very gracious and totally accommodating. Our host Mr. Allen is a fantastic gentleman! He's very nice and will make sure that your needs are met. Whenever I return to Vegas I'll definitely call Mr. Allen to book his resort every time! Don't miss out on this great experience! Trust me, you wont be disappointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed the adult pool area and the pool bar! Also a good location off the strip yet still close enough to take the free shuttle or walk.

Overall, the stay was fantastic. The manager communicated well, and everything about the property was as good or better than advertised. There were some traffic headaches caused by construction going on just outside the property that also prevented the shuttle from running, but that was outside of the control of the property or manager.

This property is our go to whenever we visit LV. Location is great however we're concerned about the traffic that'll be coming due to the Grand Prix race track being built across the street on Harmon. Hoping it won't be too bad.

Our original host was not accommodating and we had to change locations after we had already arrived in the city. This was very upsetting to us all but our trip was saved by your wonderful condo and some quick action from VRBO to change our arrangements. Thanks

First time in Vegas with family. We had a wonderful time. The shuttle offered was fantastic and Ubers were plentiful so we never had a problem getting to or from the property.

We had a great time. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the room was spacious. We loved using the onsite workout room and hot tub, and the property was within walking distance of the strip and next to Top Golf.

The property owner was nice enough to warn me about the aggressive timeshare selling by the staff. I needed to know that. I had to be rude to the staff to finally shut them down. Certainly beware of this. The staff concierge staff have very little knowledge. Suggest visitors do all their own research for restaurants and entertainment. Overall, this location is a great place to use as a base of operations. We will stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding, so this place served us well. The unit was spacious and clean. Pools and grounds were well kept and staff friendly and accommodating. As the property is a good 10 minute walk to/from the strip, we took advantage of the free shuttle to Paris. The on-site mini-store had everything we needed at a cost that was comparable to Target on the strip. We stayed clear of the pushy time-share reps, who can be quite persistent if you give them the time of day.

Clean and tidy, right next to Top Golf. There are breakfast options and a great pool. It is a wonderful home base for business or family travel. So nice to have a kitchen in a hotel/resort style setting. Property owner was responsive and helpful.

My brother and I travel to Las Vegas about once a year and this place has been perfect for us. We love each having our own room and having a full kitchen really is a plus. The first day we hit the grocery store and save ourselves a lot of money by not always eating out. This is our fourth stay and as always it was perfect.

This property was better than initially thought. The room was recently renovated and had very clean and stylish look. The pool and property were well maintained. It was a great location. Top golf is right across the street and you could get to the strip through a back door into the MGM behind top golf, cut through the Hilton to get to the Planet Hollywood Mall, or take the shuttle to the Paris avoiding the heat. The neighborhood was good and I felt safe walking around with my family. Great overall property!
