It is quiet and away from the bustle of a town. There was a lovely old fig tree that provided shade as the cabins did not have a veranda. The host assisted us to change the rooms as the booked room was difficult for an older person to reach. The vehicle could also not be parked near the rooms. The host's husband also provided us with some firewood and explained the farming to us. There are many birds.
The property needs some tender love and care. It seems the rustic cabins and venue had a former glory which is no longer apparent. Our children also booked a room and vacated their room at the given time but left the key in the door. They then spent time with us in the shade of the tree in front of the cabins. At no time were we personally approached by the hosts or did they check the room/needed to clean the room. We then received a voice message from the host ordering anyone of us to come and see her in her office and to return the key and to pay an additional amount. After a few whatsups sent to and from to try and understand what the issue is, my husband went as requested, to the office, found the door locked and no one answered when he knocked. He left the key on the doorstep. Usually there is no problem if people remain on the facility with people staying longer, as long as they do not use the room, they no longer had a booking for. The children left late in the afternoon, and we left the following morning. We had no further interaction with the hosts. We travel a lot and stay in different types of accommodation all over Africa and in the world. It is the first time that we had this experience.

Great location the place is at especially when one has been through some challenging times. The fact that I could be in such a quiet and serene place, listen to the sound of birds and animals was just exactly what I needed. My partner and I will definitely be revisiting the place very soon. The owners are just wonderful and truly go all out in making sure that you enjoy your stay. Thank you very Babs
Since I'm a big fellow, the bed felt a bit hard for me but that's nothing compared to many things that I enjoyed...

Cleanliness, comfort, quietness and the sight of nature on the surroundings👌👌❤️
As there we animals on the surroundings, I was just worried about the wild ones. On the rooms that we were in there's no parking close to the room, we parked infront of other people's rooms, that was not appropriate as there's enough space in front of the back rooms as well. Otherwise it's beautiful I wud go back anytime.
