The friendly staff and excellent location. This is the first hotel I stayed in that had staff pass by each room around 7pm asking if we needed anything. The care was quite comforting. The daily room cleaning was much appreciated and we didn’t have to request it even.
Our room’s phone wasn’t working which made it impossible to order room service and the weather was so cold and gloomy all week.
