We were very p!eased with our stay. The staff were very friendly. We only ate breakfast one day since we were up early the other days. The selection was nice. We were satisfied with our room. The bathroom could use an update but not bad. We liked the location to Zion NPS. We'd stay there again.

Easily the nicest room on our 10 day trip through the southwest. There was no elevator in our building, not an issue for us but could be for elderly or access challenged people.

Hotel was fine but elevator was out for second floor and pool/hot tubs were not working. Great location beautiful views and great outdoor space.

Great hotel. Location is minutes from the Park. I arrived with my dog at 230a, the man who checked me in w/ my dog was very friendly even for it being so late. The area I felt was very safe (& quiet). After I checkin, I took my dog for a walk & felt safe. The room was great & clean & quiet. The hotel itself was was very lodge looking. The style fit w/ the location. It also had loads of grass & had a trail behind that followed the river. I didnt try the breakfast as I was solo with my dog & I will not leave him in the room by himself. I will for sure recommend this property to anyone I know that will be visiting Zion….Thank You

Very efficient and issue free checkin. Cart available to get luggage to our room. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. All the expected amenities. Great water pressure in shower-always a plus. Good location. We walked to a local restaurant. View from our room was nice. Public space was more than expected. Large indoor space for complimentary breakfast eating area. Very nice outdoor spaces with fire pits and great views.

Could use an update in the room and dusting of the lights in the lobby. Breakfast wasn’t that appetizing.

Nice hotel to stay when visiting Zion. Conveniently located as it is close to the park entrance. There is also a shuttle bus stop nearby when the park’s shuttle is in service.

The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was actually very delicious. The view was spectacular. The overall experience was just so amazing.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The views outside the hotel are so beautiful. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with our teenage son and the room was so convenient and comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was very good and included hit options and pancakes. Good dinner dining options at Jack's bar next door. Really recommend this hotel.

It was very nice and the complementary breakfast was great. The only negative was that they charged 10 dollars per night parking . That was not shown when I booked it….

The convenience of three restaurants on property. Free breakfast, the dining area is clean, updated and the view is breathtaking! The bedding and beds were very comfortable. Microwaves and small refrigerators makes the room complete. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Have been staying at this property for years love the changes.

Really love the place but a bit outdated. Stay in the same suite every time. Needs a table and new couch. A little run down.

Staff was awesome, super friendly. The view from the fire pit was really nice. The morning complimentary breakfast was pretty darn good. We visited Zion in January so it was definitely off season, not sure how it would be during peak time.

1. Staff is very rude and unfriendly. We had to call three times, email, and then open a case to hear from them. The manager Michele is very rude and unprofessional. She asked me how to do her job.
2. They are in UTAH where marijuana is NOT legal but still they allow people to smoke in their hotel. We had two nights there and suffered smoke in the night and they did do anything.

Location is good , not many choices around. Good breakfast option , good for family. All hotels should replace carpets to keep it clean

Love that hotel! Rooms are comfortable but what we really enjoyed was to be able to sit outside and enjoy the fire pit! And the surrounding mountains are so beautiful! The hotel is on the shuttle route and there are a lot of dining places nearby!

The facility is fantastic and Springdale is a great place to stay when visiting Zion NP. Most of Zion can't be seen by private vehicle, one must take a shuttle. Shuttles leave out of 9 points in Springdale, one just a few feet away from this HI. The town is walkable. They have awesome firepits out back.
